   $100/Year Sub? Exploitative!. They told me how much I'll save quitting vaping. Which frees up capital for them! They calculated my savings then immediately required $100 / year or $20 month... No thanks. I'm doing fine without you.

   SO tired of money-hungry apps & subscriptions. Remember the good days when you could pay $0.99 $4.99 for an app and have full access forever? I saw the great reviews and thought it was free, so I downloaded it. It asks you a few preliminary questions, then immediately prompts you to pay either $99.99/year or $19.99/month. No free trial, just “pay me before you even see what I have to offer.” Not that I would ever pay that much for an app on my phone anyway. Maybe one day we’ll get apps that care more about helping people than milking subscriptions.

   Waste of money. I bought this on the monthly pay plan and randomly got charged the full yearly plan. I tried to cancel it and it won’t give me my money back. When I go in the app, it doesn’t even show that I have the plan and everything is locked. It was a waste of my money and I want my money back.

   Buggy and expensive. Does not accurately track consumption - which is the most basic feature this app claims to provide. The graphs are incorrect, the daily consumption goals don’t actually show up in the tracker, and the app support & updates are non-existent. Save yourself the $30 PER MONTH and use a simple spreadsheet.

   Ridiculous price. Absolutely insane price. I find it so annoying that they show how much money you waste on vaping and then make me pay almost the same amount just to stop??? Stupidity.

   Not worth the money. The cost of this app does not reflect the quality. Seems like a very basic UI that gets glitched/bugged out at times. Not very polished for the cost. Would not recommend this app.

    Payment?. You can’t even use this app without agreeing to a minimum of $14.99! For that, I might as well keep the vapes. There is not trial run, there’s nothing you can see or use until you pay money. How do I even know if this is a good app if I can’t see anything? Crazy!

    Everything useful requires a subscription.. I wanted to love this and give it a shot but all the tools are subscription based. Being that I don’t know how good the tools are or if they will even be useful to me, I’m not going to shell out money. Given there’s so many other highly rated free apps and apps with at minimum a free trial that are readily available this app gets a solid no from me.

    Doesn’t work. Pretty annoyed because I paid for the premium version. Day or so after I paid for it the tracker is all messed up. I wake up and it says I took 20 something puffs the day before (logged 95) and that I’ve had 50 puffs today already for a very low amount of nicotine intake. I manually changed it to 0 and it says my nicotine intake is in the negative???? Literally not possible. Was pretty excited to use this app because I’ve struggled trying to quit for years and low and behold it’s a waste of money.

    Attempts to Sell Alternative "Vaping Habits". I never write reviews but I found this absolutely disgusting that I am one week sober from vaping and the app's immediate response is to advertise to me a 15% discount to VAPES. Even though there is no nicotine, why on earth advertise a supplement to the thing the app is made to help you quit? Will be deleting this immediately and using a better app.

    Not syncing with Apple Watch series 6. Aside from this review option, I couldn’t find a support contact. Watch states “please open the app on your phone to sync your progress” but I’ve tried, even rebooted phone but still no luck.

    Shady Security!!. In case you haven’t noticed already, each time you open this app it automatically pastes whatever you have copied and saves it in their system. Trying to copy paste an email? If you open this app they will nab that email and store it. God forbid you just make an app that helps people struggling to quit nicotine, now you have to steal their information too.

    Horrible. I genuinely cannot believe that you feel that this should be a paid service. Addiction is a DISEASE and you guys are making profit off of it. You are no better than Nicotine companies. Whatever money we save from not vaping, you want to take it to give us this “wonderful service”. For anyone who is in need for an actual good app that wont charge you to try to quit something thats slowly killing us, quitStart is free and i downloaded yesterday. You know an app is good when it doesnt have any in app purchases.

    Doesn’t work well. Poor customer service. The calculator to taper down vape use doesn’t work (advises me to “cut down” to the equivalent of two pods a day, even though I don’t vape more than one now!). No way to edit these silly goals and no customer services contact (only gives social media details of the founder). Waste of money

    APP BREAKS PHONES !!!!!!. DO NOT ! Use this app. I got to 6 days of quitting and my iPhone 14 pro that isn’t even a year old went very laggy, hot and wouldn’t charge. Now I’ve deleted the app my phone has gone back to normal.
