   All AI-driven. I poured my heart out during the intake questions. Just to be met with, “We are sorry you feel this way. How can we help?” Or something like that. I was hoping for something that would actually look at my answers and think about them. Not a bot. But nope. BOT. This makes me legit angry, because it’s taking advantage of a vulnerable population. ETA - I tried again. No better. Still AI driven, from what I can see. I am in therapy and have support. This does NOT go more than three questions deep. And it absolutely should. I am sure it’s good for some. But my brain needs more options. Sorry, not sorry.

   Now I really want to drink. The app made it clear that it was easy to cancel before the free trial expired. I tried to cancel and they made it very difficult so I guess it didn’t get canceled and now they charged me $119. I have a wife and children and can’t afford this. Now I really wanna drink. I need this resolved and any help would be appreciated.

    Can’t even get started. Can’t even get started with this app. I tried creating an account, but after waiting over 30 minutes, I still never received the confirmation code. I checked my inbox, spam, and junk folders, and there was nothing. I then attempted to contact support through the link provided, but when I hit “Send,” the page just kept refreshing and blinking back to itself without actually submitting my message. Hard to evaluate the app when I can’t even get past the account setup process.

    Scammers. They’ll bill you without a subscription. I paid for the first year. Then canceled months before renewal. Even the app shows “NO SUBSCRIPTION “, yet they try and charge my credit card every few days. There’s no one to talk to and they just keep charging my card. SCAM!!!!!

    Overwhelmingly Unhelpful. I can only imagine that the devs have paid for 5 star user reviews. This app is atrocious and has too much going on. The UI/UX is abysmal and they’re constantly trying to upsell you in the app. AVOID unless you want this app to make you relapse.

    Predatory Subscriptions. This app is completely worthless. There are many other resources that are free or cost much less. If you purchase this app they will automatically sign you up for a yearly subscription without telling you and continue you charge you yearly. Don’t do it. Find other help.

    No customer service. I booked a therapy appointment and the therapist no showed. I have contacted their support email several times and they have not responded to reimburse. They don’t provide a phone number for customer support. Scam.

    Predatory charging. I subscribed to the free trial, I canceled the free trial a day later because it wasn’t for me and it disappeared from my Apple subscriptions. I believe because I canceled and Apple took it off of my subscriptions it should have canceled. It did not and then I had to change my password to log into the actual app and cancel. Do not use this app.

    Rip off. Costs $120 a year. Was just checking it out thinking it was a $10 a month payment and then got hit with $120 withdrawal in my bank account now I’m tied to something I’m not gonna use for the next year.

    Tech support is awful. Nothing getting what I paid for.. I love this app and the community that I’ve found. My issue is the technical side, I’ve been told for over a month that issues with my coaching subscription would be fixed by tech. Nothing is fixed. I’ve had four video coaching sessions that I paid for where the video doesn’t work. I’ve been promised time and time again this would be fixed. I’m so disappointed.

    Making me drink more. I have not been able to successfully modify this app or ask questions that are heard correctly. There is no app support other than AI. The groups that seemed relevant to me were full or closed groups.
