   Doesn’t Work Correct, also wants you to “Tip”.. Immediately uninstalling this app after review. It doesn’t work. It’ll show 0 steps when I check my watch face, then a few minutes later show the correct steps, then back to showing 0. If you click into your steps from your Apple Watch on this app, scroll down a bit and you’ll see “Tip Jar”, where the app devs are trying to prompt you to pay them 99¢ up to $4.99. You’re not getting squat for tips for an app that doesn’t sync correctly and stay synced.

   Not Accurate. Today my Apple Watch and iPhone shows 10,984 step count and the Duffy app shows 12,682. That’s quite a big discrepancy. Both were syncing the first two days I installed this app but not anymore. Will uninstall.

   Not good. I walked 4 miles and Duffy said it was 7400 steps . Used a second tracker and step count was 8200. Further, I added Duffy to my main display and it simply does not update. I have to go to Duffy app where it always reports steps as 0 and then tap the screen multiple times. Then go back to main display and often, have to repeat multiple times to eventually get a count. Does not work on iPhone 12.

    No longer updates. I have had this app for almost a year. It use to update all the time. Now you have to constantly manually update it. When I put my watch back on after overnight charging it still has the same steps on from yesterday. I have the most recent update. Every update it gets worse. Is there a fix?

    A joke. This app is as inaccurate as all these other step tracking apps. The best app I’ve found even close to being accurate is stepwise.

    Needs over 26GB free to install. I have just over 26GB free storage on my watch, but it refuses to install Duffy due to insufficient storage. Not sure how that can be?

    Not optimised, will drain your battery at double the rate!. This app is neat but is not optimised as of January 2019. My AW4 has doubled the rate of battery consumption since I installed it. Avoid like the pest.

    Didn’t work. I got this for my Apple Watch so I could see my steps on the watch face. But it doesn’t work! My goal is 10,000 steps a day. And it never shows up. I usually do 15,000 steps a day and it’s updates about once then disappears back to 0! And when you click on the app it resets! I have purely for aesthetic now. But I don’t recommend.

    Doesn’t sync to my phone anymore. I loved this app because I like to see my step count on my watch face, but when I try to convert steps for other apps, the reading on my phone is always way lower than my step count. I have everything set to use the count from Duffy, but even if I open the Duffy app on my phone, right now it says I have 5,704 steps, but my watch face says I have 12,415 steps. It sucks when I try to cash in on my distance thru reward apps and less than half my steps show up on the phone end. Please fix it, it used to work so well! It was a little delayed, but it always ended the day accurately.

    Watch app doesn’t load. The companion watch app won’t load, busy spinner just keeps circling. iPhone is nice and clear for stats.

    When it works, it’s great.. The complication on the Apple Watch often gets stuck or is incorrect. The only reason I have the app is for my watch to show steps but it’s often inaccurate. Disappointing.

    Why AppleWatch only. How hard can it be to allow users, who either don't have or don't want an Apple Watch, the option of changing the mile goals from their iPhone app? Other free apps give me the option without requiring additional purchase of yet another overpriced Apple device.

    Same as KN-NM from a few years ago. My review echos that of KN-NM from a few years ago. Apple's oversight re: failing to provide step counts is so glaring that it renders the Apple Watch an overpriced toy. (I've had the problems of others with Fitbits, my 14 month old Versa 3 failed last week.) Like others, I was pleased to find that Duffy filled in the gap. I gave it five stars and a tip in the "tip jar." Now, not quite week later, it has failed me as has been true for others. Not sure I trust the step count, and the Duffy iOS app doesn't update at all now. I have an Apple Watch 6 with WatchOS 8, current as of July, 2022. My other apps sync. To be sure, I'm disappointed. It's a free app, so I suppose that the old saw is true : "you get what you pay for."

    Weird issues. I previously downloaded this to my Apple Watch over Wi-Fi. At the time I was using a Samsung iPhone, but I had zero issues. Now that I’m connected to my iPhone my compilation in my Apple Watch shows zero more than half of the time then it will update to show completed steps. But when I click on the app on my watch it constantly shows zero. It never updates. I dint know what’s going on. I wish I could upload photos to show you.
