   Gift cards are a scam. This app is a scam. I cashed out 100,00 “vibes,” never got the gift card, and customer support ignored me. I doubt anyone actually read my email. Don’t waste your time with this app.

    Extremely disappointed. Very disappointing experience with the Noom Vibe app. I redeemed my points for gift cards twice, and both times the points were deducted from my account immediately, but I never received the gift cards. It feels unfair to spend time earning points only for them to disappear without getting the promised reward. Customer support has not been helpful in resolving the issue. This makes the whole rewards system feel unreliable and frustrating. I would not recommend using this app if you expect the rewards to actually be delivered.

    Bad. The only issue I ever have is when redeeming points I never get them within a decent time frame . It says 3-5 days but here I am still waiting 10 days later and nothing.

    Horrible customer service. Don’t expect to receive your redeemed vibe gift card or expect to hear anything back. Don’t expect to be able to get ahold of anyone in person. There is only a form to submit and then silence. It has been three weeks and two submitted follow ups by me trying to escalate the situation. I am about to report this on the BBB. Very grumpy about the bait and switch:(

    Not counting my real steps!. I’m new Noom user and I downloaded this app to supplement the Noom account, but instead of encouraging me it’s just getting me disappointed. Even Noom counts my real steps abut this is allways taking less. I accomplished my goal every day but most days this app says I didn’t. I am not happy about this at all. And I wouldn’t recommend using it to get discouraged.

    Vibes for gift cards. The whole deal with redeeming your “vibes” points for gift cards is an absolute scam. I redeemed 100,000 points to use towards a gift card. The app told me to wait “5 business days” for an EMAIL for instructions. That email never came. I requested help three times through the app and never received a response. Everything about it is a complete joke.

    Stopped getting my rewards.. The first 2 times I cashed in my vibe rewards I received my gift cards without problem. Every time since then…nothing. I’ve tried contacting support…. Zero response which makes me feel maybe there was no intention of giving the rewards. If I don’t receive them this time, I’m deleting the app.

    It's a Scam. I was able to redeem a $10 gift card last year. My kids joined me coz it was okay. Although you get a $10 gift card for walking 20,000 steps a day in 3 months! Yes that's how long it is to get the vibes! Last week me and my kids redeem the gifts cards but we didn't received any. Before you'll get it right away the next day but it's been over a week still didn't received any. I also noticed that they removed their reviews at trustpilot. Don't waste your time with this app. We will all uninstall!
