   Be more clear. Answering all these questions at the start and then showing the payment plan is crazy. You say it’s also upfront but it’s not a user friendly design in order for me to see the price directly. This is a big waste of my time and now I wouldn’t want to pay after all of this.

   Waste of time. Make the cost the first thing you display when registering instead of all of your stupid questions

   Does not work. I downloaded and paid for the subscription. Mostly so I knew my mileage while I walk. This does not work. It will show my steps but that’s it. I feel like this app and the makers stole 20 dollars from me. Do not download!

   Too many upfront questions before you find out what you’re really getting charged for. An app should be upfront and honest about price and plans before wasting 10 or 15 minutes answering a bunch of random questions. I get that they want you to already feel invested in the app before they hit you with the fee. I am deleting the app before even finishing the questions.

   Not free. Say upfront there is a cost instead of answering tons of questions and then hitting you with a cost!

   Constant charges. I canceled the subscription but i still receive charges constantly…there is no getting rid of this app

   Bait and switch. App looks good at first ask a bunch of questions and right when there going to give you a plan they hit you with a 5.99 A WEEK!!! If it said up front it was $24 a month I wouldn’t have even looked at it. Crazy it cost more then a Gym membership

    Paying for nothing. You have to sign up to a subscription to see your plan, the plan includes a target number of steps. That’s it nothing else total waste of money.

    Poor app. Downloaded app and did my first walk. App won’t let me complete the walk by pressing ‘done’. Zero data is logged or can’t escape from the screen.

    Annoying questions. The introductory questions were very annoying and took way too long. After about 7 of them, I was just clicking whatever. Didn't seem worth it after what seemed like 50 questions to pay that much to use a walking app.

    Bugs. App won’t close after using timer, even after restarting phone.

    Basic Functions. This app is is completely unnecessary if you have an Apple Watch or FitBit. If you don’t, I could see how it’s helpful to track steps and utilize the map/gps.

    Not enough demographics. I signed up for the app but noticed all the questions were quite restrictive. Questions aren’t focused towards women who are pregnant or postpartum and seeking help eg: sleep deprivation, stress, eating habits etc to provide better support and help. demographics matter to provide results.

    Simple motivation. I am tired fat and unhealthy but nothing seems to stick with my work schedule and gyms or trainers . This is a self starting easy to use: your phone! Hope to reach my goal to lose 20 pounds
