   Doesn’t Work. I downloaded this on an iPhone and the app doesn’t connect to Apple Health. Second, when you watch the ads they say that you also earn 1,000 reward points, but you won’t receive anything. The app needs several things to be fixed in order to work on iPhones.

   Awful App. I won a Walmart gift card over 3/4 months ago and never received it. I've written support numerous times and have yet to receive a reply, but they are good about letting g you know when a new auction appears.

   3 stars because...... The option to connect to Facebook does NOT work. Fix this and I will give 5 stars! UPDATE: 1 star now because the developer abandoned the app completely. Rewards cannot be given because the devs email NO longer is in existence. Do not download this app!!

   Don’t download. It doesn’t give you the option to delete your account and their email doesn’t exist anymore so there’s no way to contact them.

    Rip off. I won 2 gift cards on the auction and never received them. Emailed support 4 times and never had a response from them.

    Can’t verify account and non existent customer service. Horrible. No verification email is ever sent so I can’t redeem my points for anything. Try to contact customer service and the email is non existent so there is no customer service available. The customer service email is non deliverable. Don’t waste your time

    Not enough auctions. Not enough auctions, cannot even spend what I have. If there is something, it cost so much, that is not even worse getting it. So not happy with this app lately, that thinking to erase it.

    Downhill and disappeared. This app use to be good for the occasional auction reward but they stopped sending auction wins about 6 months ago. Repeated help tickets have gone unanswered and I’m wondering if it is even active anymore. Too bad since it was a fun and modest passive earner that seemed to have a personality without gouging you for ads, extra steps and other junk that most of the step counting earning apps use. Very disappointed since about last August or so. Getting ready to delete it.

    Does. Not. Work. At. All.. You don’t receive your green coins for reaching your goal. Nothing loads. There’s no rewards. No auctions. Nothing. It’s a waste of an app.

    Horrible Custom Service. I’ve sent emails to customer service multiple times. They respond with a blanket email and never actually respond to the issue in the emails. Don’t bother with this app.

    Doesn’t Work. I’ve been using the app for weeks. It still says I haven’t walked a single step even though I walk miles a day. When you e-mail the company, they don’t respond. What a scam!

    Terrible. I’ve used this app for years and it has become terrible. Your steps will just stop syncing during a challenge and support will never get back to you. You’ll win challenges or auctions and never get your reward. again you can email support and no one will ever respond. Honestly just don’t waste your time.

    App is a scam. I recently won the 60 day challenge and still haven’t seen my $16.67 reward (2 months later)! I got the email on Feb 28th letting me know I won and I will be receiving the reward but never the actual reward. I emailed Michael and the support email account and am still waiting to hear back. Since this is the 2nd challenge I haven’t received my reward I’m thinking the guy/team that runs this app is pocketing the money and the challenges are just scams! Hopefully the people/companies giving the money to Carrot know this and think twice about working with the Carrot team. Reading other people’s comments…they all seem to be similar….if people aren’t getting their rewards….where are all the unclaimed giftcards going?!?! Why is there not a simpler way to request the giftcard be resent?!?! Perhaps hiring someone to read and respond to emails could be the solution!

    Would not recommend. Prizes aren’t worth it. They are most subscriptions and the other ones, which are low amount gift cards, you have to auction your points for and the amount of points you need to wager is extremely high. Not worth your time or the space on your phone.

    Scam app.. Won a gift card. Waited two weeks no gift card. Sent email, no response. Complained on Facebook, finally got a response in email. Said gift card would take 2-3 days. I replied back with another question. Almost 2 weeks later and no gift card and no response. I’m deleting the app. Don’t waste your time. Download the Achievement app. I’ve cashed out Amazon gift card twice on there.

    Solid app, horrid service.. The app is fantastic until you do auctions. Then you find out the stuff you win, namely gift cards, they NEVER send you in any timely manner. I'm almost set to delete the app after I've won three separate gift cards in the last two months and I'm still waiting for them to even acknowledge that I exist.

    Pretty worthless. Have all these coins and carrot points but I can redeem for any rewards or gift cards! Synced it with my Fitbit so I could get more steps but again, worthless since you can redeem for any rewards!
