   No. Interview Process I went through a recruiter screen followed by an interview with the hiring manager. The process moved quickly and communication from the recruiter was timely. The Concern After being rejected, I was informed by the recruiter that the hiring manager believed I was looking up answers on my computer during the interview. This did not happen. I found it troubling that a false accusation was relayed as fact without any opportunity for me to address it, and that it was presented as a contributing reason for the rejection. Candidates deserve a fair evaluation process. If an interviewer has a concern during an interview, the professional approach is to raise it in the moment rather than citing unverified assumptions in post-interview feedback. Advice to Candidates Be aware that subjective impressions during the interview may be communicated as fact. Advice to Firstrade Ensure interviewers address concerns directly with candidates rather than making accusations after the fact that candidates have no ability to respond to.

   Cannot save indicators setting. Previous saved indicators configuration are gone, and cannot put them back, every time I configured them and saved, moved off to their screen then came back, it went back to original default. Terrible update!

    Stock Purchase limitations parallel Trump's Tariffs on china.. It seems that Firstrade is owned by a Chinese corporation. Out of nowhere, Firstrade decided to block purchases of stock below $5, which paralleled the exact timing of Trump's tariffs on China. Coincidence: I think not! There is no indication on their website that anything has changed; it is just a “corporate policy as of two days ago.” I think the FCC SHOULD LOOK ASAP AT FIRSTRADE BUSINESS STRUCTURE.

    Aggressive Legal Threats Over $3.71 – Unprofessional and Incompetent!. As if the legal threat wasn’t enough, Firstrade then continues with more nonsensical threats. They claim that failing to pay this tiny debt will damage my credit report and could prevent me from opening a brokerage account at another firm or obtaining personal financing in the future. Again, for $3.71. This is not just laughable, it’s downright insulting. They’re essentially saying that a small debit, which could easily be corrected with a simple deduction from a future transaction, will somehow have a lasting, severe impact on my financial future. This overblown fear-mongering is not only baseless, but it also shows a complete lack of understanding about how credit and finance work. If I could give 0 stars I would.

    Horrible!!! STAY AWAY!!!!. I used to really like this app but now it has gone down the drain horribly!! They now require 100 shares minimum purchase for stocks under one dollar! They also dont let you market buy which now makes day trading horribly slow. STAY AWAY!! The people running this brokerage are now full of horrendous ideas which only hurt the traders, the people they will cease to exist without. Im closing all my accounts it has gotten so bad. There are much better options out there with less restrictions on the traders.

    It’s not allowing me to log on. This is a waste of time. It took me countless times just to set up my account. Due to the app was unable to complete process and asked me to proceed with doing so on the desktop. Now I have been trying to open up my account with the app to no avail. Very disappointed. I have reset my account a number of times. I’m still unable to do so because the button did not work. Poor design. I had high hopes. Plus, you have my deposit.

    The efficiency of the service is disgusting. I will never use this brokerage anymore.. I had to set a new ACH account recently, but that is a new-opened account. Firstrade kept asking me to provide the official monthly statement, but it is impossible since I haven’t opened the account for a month. I understand that it is their duty to verify the information, but the worst is I’ve tried every possible way to provide official documents, and they just denied me and I’m not able to access my money in the account. Moreover, every time I tried hard to solve the problem they just putted off and responded me after a week. I can’t believe this is the service of one of the main brokerage companies. For all new users, DONT DOWNLOAD THIS FUXXKING APP.

    Link to other apps fails. I’ve been linking Firstrade to other apps for years, but this month the link broke and cannot be restored even after I’m trying to reconnect. This only happens to Firstrade app. All my other broker apps are still working. Please fix it ASAP.

You can’t to make a multileg trade , you have to work for each leg individually,and make you lose time and money absolutely no good for options level 3 and up Paired options can’t be rolled you have to buy and sell separately , is desperate , !!! come on !!!! you have a long option backing your short option!!!!

    Dangerous / avoid Firstrade. Firstrade will red flag you for withdrawing more than $1000 from your account. The headache and pain is not worth it. Believe me, it can take months to get your money back. Just avoid them and the headaches.

    Scam broker. They receive your incoming wire same day but everytime you try to withdraw your money via wire they take over a week and keep delaying the process for “verification” purposes. And the team that handles this “verification” is never in office. If your an active trader this will be your biggest nightmare

    Make sure you're paperless or they'll steal money from you without notice. I used this account for small, reverse split arbitrages, but after icloud blocked firsttrades emails, they AUTOMATICALLY changed me to paper statements and started charging me $5 monthly. This nuked my account and drained it completely.

    Nope.. Do not put your money in. Getting your money out is very very difficult. no problem taking the money out of your bank and into their hands… But getting your money from the brokerage back into your account is alot more difficult- they call it added security. Lol. None of the 7 brokerages I’ve used have these unnecessary hurdles to get your money out. Stay away from this one.
