   Eh. Why have the availability for checking accounts and have physical buildings if you are unwilling to take cash and put the money into our accounts? Why would I want to go to a bank to get a statement when the main reason I even have a checking account with you guys is because banks are toxic? Idk. I’m sure it’s fine for wealthy people, but investing for a poor person is silly.

   Easily the worst app ever. I have the Robinhood app which never has issues. But this app has so many issues, it’s hard to know where to start. The most frustrating has to be when you are logged on and get ready to make a trade and then you get an error message and have to logout and log back in. I’ve lost money a number of times this way. So beware if you are day trading. Also, half the time it will not live stream pricing. Overall, worst app I have ever used.

   Unable to Login. I am unable to use the app because it won’t let me login. On a computer there is no problem. I have deleted the app and reloaded it several times and called customer service. Schwab Customer service says that they are working on the issue, but this is been going on for several months at this point. It’s REALLY frustrating that I am no longer able to use my phone app. This is a huge inconvenience and has cost me opportunities.

    Need to refresh all the time. I miss TD Ameritrade. The price showing is not the current price. I have to keep refreshing the Apps in order to see current price, that cause me a hard time to set up the limit order that I want. Apps keep log out itself. I lost a lot of money in this apps!!!!!

    Awful. It constantly glitches, information becomes periodically unavailable. It also prompts me rate the app EVERY 3 MINUTES.

    Not for trading. As soon as you open the app, a streaming not available notification appears, you have to pull down to refresh the app and get streaming to work. then after ten minutes of being signed in you’ll get an error message that forces you to close the app and restart it again. Very annoying, half of the time you don’t know if you are getting current prices for the stock you’re buying. Not good for day trading……

    Horrible customer service. Here is a fact: if you create an option use limit. If you use market they will take the average between the lowest asking price and the highest asking price to calculate your market rate. Market rate is not asking price. For Schwab asking price include $0.00. Therefore the mean will always be 1/2. If high is 10 and lowest asking price is 0 then they will give you 5.00. Asking price is not market price.

    Schwab ain’t what it used to be. Schwab used to be a great company to invest with, but they’ve taken away tools used by their long term clients to help evaluate stocks. I’ve moved a substantial part of my holdings to another brokerage, and I certainly wouldn’t put new money in with them-what will they take away next on a whim that ends up screwing more clients?

    App/Web Interface is terrible. This is the most counterintuitive interface I have ever used. Just terrible. If you would get some actual humans to design a useful website for transactions, you likely would have FAR fewer phone calls clogging your system (I have been waiting 31 minutes for a Schwab representative). When I do reach a rep, they are always superb.

    Always a problem. I’ve been a Charles schwab Client for over seven years. During the last seven months, this app has been absolutely atrocious. Constantly has issues logging in, won’t show you certain information, won’t show certain tickers at random moments. At this moment, the market is extremely volatile and I can’t login to make any trades. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. On a daily basis I risk tens of thousands of dollars because I trading platform. This is bush league I expect way better from Charles Schwab. I guess it’s time to start looking for a new trading platform.
