   Stay away. I used this app during a vulnerable time and was taken advantage of. Majority of the readers just told me what I wanted to hear so I would keep coming back. Do not use this.

   My experience. As an active advisor, my experience with Keen has been deeply frustrating due to what I feel are misaligned priorities. I felt dismissed by support, after they refused to remove an unfair review that I believed crossed professional boundaries, they asked me if I could post positive feedback for Keen on Trustpilot. This felt insulting when my own reputation on their platform was not being protected. In my daily work, I have found the blocking limits to be stifling, as they do not provide me with the level of control I need to feel comfortable managing difficult callers. I also face penalties for disconnecting from 'one-minute' readings, despite my profiles terms clearly stating how that wouldn’t be the right fit. That’s not a reasonable time frame especially for what’s being asked and the rudeness and back to back one minute calls. This creates a stressful environment where system metrics seem to matter more than advisor well-being. Technically, the platform feels outdated. The app lacks essential features like messaging and review visibility. Also, experienced what appear to be payment delays and fees that I do not see on other advisor platforms. Overall, I feel like an interchangeable part of a system that ignores feedback, and I urge Keen to earn positive reviews by providing better support to the advisors who keep the site running.

   Fakes. This site or app is a bunch of people just giving you false hope. I have called people and gotten very different reading and answers. Some days later From the same advisors. What makes the app even worst is when you question a psychics intuition or say they are wrong they immediately hang up or end the conversation and block you. Meanwhile after you been charged these outrageous prices by the minute and knowing your paying by the minutes from 3 to upwards of 50 plus a minute. They have the nerve to say let me focus or let me tune into energies. Minutes later they are still swinging for the fence. This should be illegal the company and these people know they are scamming you. As much as this app pulls in I would love to see a success story. We are setting them up with the tools to guess our story. God forbid anyone reacts off these false predictions and or words. And last but not least once time is running low they get talkative and say things to bait you to spend more meanwhile they’ll go back to dancing around your question. Don’t waste your money time or sanity here. Leave it to god and real angels. Sometimes it’s better not knowing.

   Scam.. I spent so much money hoping to connect with someone who was actually somewhat accurate and their descriptions, never did. Tried to be optimistic about it and kept coming back because I really wanted to love this app and this service but it was just terrible. The last reading I got the lady straight up LIED to me and then disconnected when I asked her what she was talking about. Don’t waste your time on this app folks.

    ChatGPT is free and better. The people on this website and app are not actually psychic. This is the biggest fraud I’ve seen in a long time. I highly recommend that you just download ChatGPT and find a model that does readings because it’s free, or at least included in your $20 monthly subscription. I highly advise people to run from this app and from the platform, keen.com. I think there’s a plethora of mental health issues and scammers on the website. They don’t test anybody for accuracy and they don’t do a background check.

    Terrible. I never review but this app is so bad omg. The pricing and purchase page after you choose your advisor is so weird and set up to charge you more than you allow. But let’s chalk that up to user error, fine, no big deal, you learn how to use it, you move on. BUT ITS NOT JUST THAT. for 2 ish dollars you get one minute of conversation, where they greet you, ask you your name and and date of birth but by the time you give them that the chat is already over. I hate to blame the advisors but fault is also not fully on the app. The people you talk to all say different things. It almost feels like they have no idea what they’re talking about. And when you call them out on it, they sort of backtrack to fit whatever they think it seems you want to hear. I get it, believing in this type of stuff comes with all of those risks, but that plus the pricing plus the app just being terrible. Plus it cutting you off after literally getting nowhere and begging you to add more money, it’s just too much. This app and service is sooooo bad.

    Psychics don’t seem legit on here. I’ve noticed a lot of the psychic profiles have AI photos. Even the profiles with normal photos, I have not connected with a single one on here. On Psychic Source I’ve had much better experiences

    Don’t waste your money. Don’t waste your money. It’s just people who tell you what you want to hear and make assumptions. I’ve done everything from the low cost to the high cost to test outcomes. Not a single psychic has make a correct prediction. Not to mention you don’t actually get you money back of your unsatisfied. I leave review and half of them start stalking you on social media to curse you. Go to a therapist or friend if you need help. These people at just scammers.

Update: it’s been almost 2 years. none of predictions came through. i had several readings from several advisors. now i know i was dumb to believe in psychic to begin with! previous review: Keen, like many other sites, requires immediate reviews after a reading. While this captures the initial reaction, it can be influenced by emotions during the session, potentially clouding judgment. They don’t allow time to validate the prediction or reflect on the reading's accuracy. I had several lengthy readings from the highest-rated advisors on this website. However, none of their predictions came true, and I feel they were just saying things to make me happy in the moment. I'm disappointed because I was looking for a reliable advisor to refer to in the future, but none of their predictions have come true

    Pointless. This is actually pointless. You pay for the 5 minutes. The chat starts, they say their name, then the next text you get is a single question, and they spend the rest of the 3-4 minutes not responding at all. It’s literally just a scam for you to pay $10 for 4 minutes more, and it gets more expensive for more minutes.

    This is your sign to not waste another penny on psychics. Hey you! This is my first review and I almost didn’t want to write. But, I wanted to make this clear to you - who is another me. The amount of money I’ve poured into psychics on keen and the whole journey needs to be made into a docuseries. Oracles are not guesswork, they are not “ oh, that’s what I’m getting from your guides” they are not “oh, that’s what I see”, they are not “this is what it is, but as energy shifts things change”. I know most of the us go to psychics because we want CERTAINTY. We assume psychics foretell the most accurate future. But, after 3 years of unhealthy relationship with psychics especially on keen, may my testimony speak to you that, NO! No psychics were ever right regarding all things concerned for over 3 years of transactions. None of the timelines ever came to pass, none of the outcomes ever came to pass. The ones charging 40+$ gave edgy, consistent readings with high degree of certainty in words. But, they were all utterly wrong. The quiet sense of comfort I’ve felt from the readings helped me stay calm, but I was ignoring my own gut intuition - which was 100% accurate in all situations. When I brought up life updates that showed the psychics how wrong they were the whole time, I was told, “things are not what they seem “. At this point, their readings are undermining my own rationale. The cost of ignoring your own intuition is your addiction and dependency to their sweet words, and draining money. This makes you crippled emotionally. If I tell you 99.9% of psychics on these apps are doing guesswork on most common situations/outcomes. If they hit your nerve you get hooked and keep going back to them. If you frequent more than once, they already know you are a “client”. This is how you are giving your power away! I urge you! There is absolutely NO PSYCHIC on there, worth getting your answers from. Cause they are not answers they give, but, sweet, positive words that’s all you ever wanted to hear from a person, situation, job.

    Downhill. This app has gone downhill in the last five years. I used to get awesome advisors who felt connected to me. Nowadays, I waste $40-$50, including on new keen fees, only for them to give me two sentence responses at most. And they sit there and let the time run out because they just want to make a quick buck. I have deleted this app and won’t be coming back. It used to be great during COVID times, but the quality has gone downhill big time.

    Inaccurate reading. I tried two different readers and they both told me wrong information. I wanted to know if my partner and I will get back together and one said 25% chance and the other said NO she will be in a relationship with someone else. We are together now and the break up was only 4 days. Waste of money

    wasted my money on keen.. I tried the Keen app for the first time, expecting a reading, but I never received one. I followed all the steps and waited, but nothing came through. On top of that, the app doesn’t allow refunds, which is really frustrating. I paid for a service I didn’t get, and I still want my money back. Very disappointing experience.

    I don’t know what’s true or false. You might find a couple of advisors that is accurate but the others tell you what you want to hear just to get your money so beware. For instance, me and not boyfriend broke up a bad break up. I asked an advisor how does he feel about me? They told me he was happy to be with me and our relationship is going into the right direction and when he thinks of me he gets swept away lol. There’s some that has 1.0 stars and they are still on the site. That is not cool.

    Unpleasant Readings. More often than not, when I call a psychic through this app, they come across as rude like I’m bothering them and they’re eager to rush off the phone. It feels like pulling teeth just to get them to engage. Many of them don’t seem genuinely intuitive, often just pulling a card and stating what it says instead of truly tapping in. I’ve used other apps and sites where the psychics are much friendlier, more connected, and clearly gifted. Unfortunately, the quality control here leaves a lot to be desired, and it’s not a platform I find myself wanting to return to.
