   Don’t purchase digital decks. I purchased a digital deck within the app to use, it doesn’t show up in the app to use after purchase. Restoring purchases doesn’t work and I got no response when I emailed. Pretty disappointing.

   hate new subscription model. checked back in with this app only to find features that used to be free are now BEHIND A PAYWALL and i have to delete YEARS worth of saved readings??? that makes me regret ever supporting this app and buying physical decks.

   Card Descriptions are lacking… and AI READINGS????. I’m sorry to post this, but why are there major discrepancies in the card descriptions between the mobile app and desktop browser website? What’s the point of using the mobile app to read card descriptions when it has a hyperlink that points to the website anyways? Why not include the full description in the app itself, alleviating the need for two entirely different bases? This makes no sense. You can literally copy paste the text or cheat sheet in a sub menu within the card page. The app looks like it was made with love, but has major usability oversight in my opinion. Furthermore, what’s this about Artificial Intelligence card readings? Way to suck the entire living soul out of readings and exploit spiritual people. Shame on you. Anyone reading this - don’t give this developer any money. They’re using a free AI and charging you money to give fake readings.

   Unethical app. I had this app years ago and loved it. Just redownloaded it recently only to find it uses AI now. Generative AI is built on theft and is incredibly harmful to the environment. It is unethical, and you cannot make it ethical. Even if you trained it on your own data, that doesn’t remove the harm it causes. Incredibly disappointing. :/

   Ai. The app is beautiful, but I can’t get past the use of Ai when there destruction of the environment is a very real consequence. I cant in good conscience have a cute cat Ai avatar interpret my tarot if it means several families somewhere else in the world loose access to running water in their house because a data center is near by :/

    Mistake purchase. Extremely difficult and confusing to navigate. You have to sign up to a mailing list for every option of readings, etc. and it’s poorly designed and really confusing. Wish a refund was possible. Definitely would not recommend.

    Greed breaks customer trust. I’ve used this app regularly for years. I was always able to “favorite” readings to refer back to them later. Now this feature suddenly costs money. I will not pay for something I used freely for years, especially a single feature they decide to charge for. This app is a useless gimmick without paid features. Greed and spirituality don’t go together.

    Basic data malfunction. Daily readings are being named using machine notation for data type and no longer record by the label "How is my day going?" Suddenly kicked in on 6/24/25 after missing a few days of readings. Bizarre with no reason for it. Would also prefer these aren't recorded given the limits to reading journal as free user.

    disappointed. admittedly, i loved this app. i’m very disappointed that they are now offering AI tarot readings. AI is antithetical to my personal spirituality, but much more importantly, it’s unethical for our environment and for our livelihoods.

    WRONGFUL CHARGES. The app offered a 7 days free trial and when I accepted it they CHARGED me a one year subscription. Do not trust this app, they will wrongfully and misleadingly charge you

    Cross Device Capabilities. Honestly. It’s killing my desire to use this app. I can’t be logged into multiple devices and have them all keep the same info. And I don’t understand why. It’s the only thing missing but it’s such a huge deal breaker for me that I give up.

    Company is ignoring me regarding failed delivery. Ordered one of the physical decks a month ago, had a typo on my shipping address, sent a correction minutes after placing the order which was ignored. Item was returned to sender because address was wrong, and I’ve reached out multiple times through multiple avenues and have not received a single acknowledgment. Hey Labyrinthos, check your email maybe? You’ll find a few from me.

    Not relaxing anymore. I used to feel such a sense of peace and clarity when using this app. I could explore layouts, learn about the cards, and the information was simple, clear, digestible. The app has expanded, and the additional features are really nice - but the constant ask for money (upgrade to premium when you open the app, blurred out content with a huge banner to upgrade for access, paying for digital decks). I’m not opposed to a subscription model and the features that are premium only feel reasonable, but I don’t feel I need the “premium” features and I need to be mindful of my finances. (If I subscribed as often as I’d enjoy, I’d go broke for sure) I like to do readings for myself and often use the app for this, especially when I’m feeling a need for emotional processing. Visuals are very impactful for me, and the way the app uses visuals to get people to subscribe are very in your face and disruptive. Now it makes me more anxious and less able to focus on the reading. Which is SO disappointing. I’ve been using the app much less because of this, and I’m considering just deleting it now. Ultimately - the learning area and available layouts are wonderful. Actively using it for readings is frustrating if you don’t subscribe.

    Tarot Journal Glitchy. I love the convenience of this app, but when I do a reading and save it to my journal, the card placements glitch and some of them are stacked on top of each other or in other wrong places. It makes reviewing and reflecting more difficult. Other than that, it’s a great app!

    Disappointed. I downloaded a previous app by the same devs and it was great. You could choose between digital or physical cards at will, learn card meanings at your own pace and gain personal insight without going broke in the process. I even bought a physical deck from the devs to support their work. Now I find that, like everything else, spiritual improvement is now a subscription service. I understand that everyone needs to make a living. I enjoy eating, too. However, if you can’t get by charging once for something maybe you should do something else. I’d pay $25-30 once for this and it would be fair. $90 a year is laughable. Thank you, but no.

    Great App, Problems with Premimum. While I love this app, charging $90 a year for premium and not even having the option to share the subscription with your family is very frustrating. It’s a shame because this one of the best tarot apps, but I can’t justify $180 a year for my wife and I to both have premium.

    Premium Price not worth it for what is offered.. This is a decent app, but it completely lacks features that would improve user experience. Meaning in context should be a free feature for all users as the point of this app is to learn Tarot. I would like to see bigger more in depth descriptions for the meanings. I also would like to see instead of three of the one word meanings under each card, 5 of them to better understand. More features, and adding birth chart information and using astrology with to come into play with the tarot, maybe a personalized to users birth chart daily horoscope as well, maybe a personalized monthly and yearly horoscopes with some tarot cards in the horoscope as well. Just add more features to make the app more cool and interesting. It lacks a lot of things currently

    Issues with Daily. When doing my daily tarot card readings, I pull up the app and it doesn’t load. No cards will pull up or anything. It usually does, but it is a blank space. And the the runes don’t load sometimes, and the Lenormand takes over on the runes slide

    Dissapointed by the lack of decks and oracle decks.. Only 9 options in the store feels so strange for an app that's been around for ages and is the best one, and then there's not even a single Oracle deck to be seen.

    Focus Shift From Education to Money. I’ve had Labryinthos for well over 5 years. I used to be able to open the app to my daily cards and do my quick reading. I could go to the library and learn. Now, I have to decline the premium pop up every single time I open the app and sometimes it’ll come up again after I get through my daily read. It comes up if I try to learn more. I understand having to monetize but this is actually ridiculous. It is against the foundation this app was built on and I’m disappointed as I remove it from my phone. /:

    Bring Back The Original Golden Thread Tarot. I had lost all my journal entries because I forgot to back things up, for one. Then after the new update, I seemed to have been forced to use only the Sacral Iris Tarot for daily draws when I usually used the Golden Thread Tarot. Then on top of that, they added this awful re-design of the Golden Thread Tarot that I absolutely HATE, and now there’s no option to use the original. They also de-listed all of the individual deck apps which I was about to re-download and I’m disappointed because those had different benefits to them. Developer responded. My main point wasn’t talking about bringing back the original app, but the original deck, and they won’t do that either, I’m guessing. Edit: I re-downloaded the app to check if I was right about things. I’m not sure if I just didn’t notice before, but it was the King of Pentacles looking different than I remembered that bothered me. All the other cards look the same, so maybe I’m just imagining things or I never liked the KoP card.

    ???. I'm a little confused on what it is that's supposed to help me learn beyond quizzes. The "learning" is clicking each card thru super clunky screens that don't even let you scroll thru. Just not conducive to learning something you don't already know. I saw a lot of bot comments on IG that really emphasized the teaching aspect that just isnt there.
