   Predatory AI Scams and Fake Profiles. I’ve been a member of this app since 2024 and this platform has turned into a total scam. They are using fake, AI generated profile pictures and automated computer scripts for readings instead of real people. The readings use predatory scripts with trick questions at the end to force you to buy more credits and tank your finances with vague answers, leading to even more confusion and frustration. Save your money. I have already filed an official fraud report with federal regulators and the FTIC.

   NEVER using this or any other psychic platform again. These people prey on the vulnerable and you WILL end up spending hundreds of dollars just to hear fairytales. There is no such thing as psychics, just scammers who claim to have abilities and use it for their own financial gain. HEED MY WARNING: It’s clear that the majority of people (myself included) seek psychic advice to discuss their love lives. THIS IS NOT THE WAY! Use your OWN intuition and judgment, get advice from trusted friends, family members, and reliable online sources when seeking dating advice. Even modern AI chat bots are more reliable than these scammers. The only ones who were somewhat helpful were Jodi and Kat, but everyone else I talked to is nothing but trash.

   Bad. I think there are some readers who are genuine. Most of the ones I felt who were authentic are gone. I kind of feel played at times or insulted with the responses. I think of all the things I could do with the money I wasted on mean responses. For the life of me there's one reader who insults everyone when they give her a bad review with her readings. Why in the world is that person still on this app? Not a bad app for once in awhile whim but way too easy to spend too much time and I think that vulnerability can get taken advantage of Update - There is one reader i thought i could trust and as i scrolled through their messages i found the contradictions and just felt dumb. What a waste. Another update - Really. Quit this app. This will be a money saver. I did trust a couple on this site and thought I’d try again. When someone keeps saying there’s jealous females all around you, you know its a scare tactic.

   Stolen account. My account is missing i had text credits live credits and my chat history taken away. I put in a report and they sent me someone else’s email address. I can’t recover my account and got no help. I’m reporting this as fraud idk who has my information now. This app is sketchy and illegal. I’m going to report them horrible horrible app nothing ever came true either and i was on for years. All of a sudden my account is gone! Someone is gonna be in a lot of trouble.

   Don’t do it!. I signed up, tried to connect to someone twice they never answered and I got charged! There’s no live customer support agents!!! I sent a request to issue a full refund and cancel my account, didn’t hear from anyone. Terrible platform, impossible to get help and you get charged without any help!!!

   Terrible support. Paid money and got locked out of my account. Emailed support for help like rhe notification said, and they asked me for a video as “proof.” When I took time to record and send that video they ignored me, then after I kept emailing they told me my account wasn’t locked and there was nothing they could do. It’s a scam

   Account blocked. Hello, my name is Trey Toney. I am having a hard time to understand why this account blocked me when I’m trying to talk one of my favorite psychic readers. Please fix this because I’ve been emailing you guys and no respond back. This is so unprofessional.

    Account randomly locked. You guys randomly locked my account and I made multiple payments (which is absolutely absurd) but made payments and was waiting to hear back from three psychics but noooo you guys locked my account for no reason!!!!!!

    Customer support don’t care about you!. I tried to report an issue I had by submitting a report and customer support carelessly closed the ticket without even responding! Just know if you come across issues on the app they will NOT fix it! They only care about the money coming in but when it comes to you losing yours or you coming across an issue they’ll straight up ignore you! That’s absolutely unprofessional! They need better staff that cares about people & not ones who ghost or leave you without answers 🙄🙄🙄

    Scam. Advertised as having a 3 minute reading for free at signup. Then asked to set up an account to use. Then you have all of the intro rates magically unavailable. Then you connect with an advisor only to have them never answer you. Using app support takes you to a page with no way to ask for a refund or support, unaffiliated with the company or the service. Complete scam.

    Took all my credits. At first I really liked this app, but I deleted the app today with 346 in credits and a few messages from advisors and when I downloaded the app back again today and signed into my same account with 346 credits all my credits were gone and so is my messages from advises. I would really like my credits back because I paid money for the credits and it doesn’t seem fair that they were taken away just because I deleted the app, but I DID NOT delete my account!

    Scam scam scam. I don’t know where to begin. I was at a time of my life where things were bumpy. I reached out for help and sometimes it was helpful, but sometimes it really wasn’t. And then I ended up pouring more and more money into it, sometimes being DOUBLE charged for a subscription multiple times. I was reaching out again because I legitimately needed help. I got good readings at first. However, I forgot to include the problems I was experiencing with someone I will not name, and then the psychics I worked with started giving me different answers than they did yesterday. NONE of them picked up on the problems I had, just the stuff on the surface. I’m done giving money to an app that doesn’t work

    Bad. Sooo i recently lost my job, i got readings from Jodi and Nancy and they told me ill get a job soon. Both said a specific time. And those times have past. Some people definitely NEED to be screened more. Cuz some psychics aren’t real.

    Scam psychics who don’t tell u the truth.. I would stay away from these psychic apps because they lie to u to get u to add more funds and I encountered one who was straight rude and wrong. I’ve gotten accurate readings on Etsy from very gifted psychics for cheap prices and every single one of them resonated with each other. As soon as I have a free chat with a psychic on these apps they tell me the opposite of my other readings and are quite negative. They tell u things to make u concerned so they can pull you into adding more funds for the reading. I had a free chat with a psychic and she told me my poi is lying to me when he said he said he doesn’t want to be with his baby’s mother when every reading I had confirmed he doesn’t and is only with her due to feeling trapped which is why he has a connection to me. That was so rude of her. Another reader on a different psychic app told me i had negative energy surrounding me. I got an energy check reading from one of my trusted psychics on Etsy and he saw nothing around me due to the fact that I’m well protected with a shield. Stay away from these readers and just get readings on Etsy. You will thank me trust me!

    Support does not respond. I was using the app, bought credits and then was locked out of the app. I reached out to support several times and no one has ever responded to me or refunded my credits.

    Don’t waste your money. I really learning in the hard way that these apps are just scam. Today was my last reading as I see there is nothing true about what they predicted. One of the “best ones” said so many things that didn’t align at all with the reality and predict something that never happened. I deleted the app today, I rather let the destiny surprise as I hold expectations with the readings and this never come true becoming super disappointing.

    Suspicions. I have been suspecting about hackers that have been hacking in psychic txt app to pretend to be few of advisors that did not sound like them the one I used to talk to in past. What’s odd is psychic advisors never was the first to send me text in the past until now. I strongly recommend the technology team to look into getting a security to beef up for the app. Thank you

    An advisor named Luvenia is the WORST. Do NOT get a reading from an advisor named Luvenia . She’s one of the WORST on that app. Not only does she not give you insights but is extremely rude if you have any problem with her short generic readings that don’t provide any insight or details. She also shows no empathy towards your situation . Horrible experience

    App does not work.. How are people writing 5 star reviews? I can’t get past the part where you enter your birthdate. A pop-up comes up saying “Unable to Update Data,” no matter what date I enter. Then, you can’t do anything else on the app. There’s no customer support. Do not download. This is a waste of time.

    How?. There’s NO way these 5⭐️ ratings aren’t paid for. I’ve tried connecting with over 10 psychic mediums to connect with passed loved ones. NONE of them were accurate. Stupid cookie cutter “they said they’re fine and to move on” and also saying things that had didn’t relate to me, and even bringing up wrong eye and hair color. (Which is why I purposely upload black and white photos) really? That could be said to ANYONE. It blows my Mind that all of these people make god knows how much money off of innocent people looking for an answer on their future, love life, connecting to loved ones. And these people are just fine with lying and taking money.

    DON’T TEXT EMPATH ELLA EVER. I texted this advisor a one hour rush text. I began getting concerned after about 50 minutes. I looked in her profile and she was busy with a client in the live chat. A few minutes later she logged completed the live chat so I assumed she was about to complete my text since she had only a few minutes before the hour was up. WRONG! I received a message exactly an hour later that the advisor will get back to me shortly. About a minute after that I received a message that I have been given a credit. I went back into her profile and guess what, SHE TURNED OFF HER ONE HOUR, LEFT THE 24HR TEXT ON THEN WENT RIGHT BACK TO LIVE CHAT. Basically, screw your little question. Never again. I’ll stick with Daniela.
