   Says you get 5 video credits to use before paying…. Then doesn’t allow you to use them?????? God awful software anyways save your money. Tik tok does this a million times better, and the only reason i paid for this is because I couldn’t save tik toks with captions included I want my money back

   Horrible paid app. Where to start 1) I couldn’t easily copy and paste the subtitles to put in a word doc. None of the FAQ has any mention of this as they all want to copy it to my cloud drive which is full or a word dox, which wasn’t working. After poking at it for 20 minutes I managed to get it to google drive and copy it over to my google docs. Then came the second problem 2) I was doing reviews of places and the amount of periods, incorrect numbers and overall subtitling was abhorrent. With the amount of time I spent on this I might have well typed it up myself. I can’t believe this is a payed app Overall: ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH IT

   just don’t do it.. literally about to cry because i’m so frustrated with this app. followed the tutorial to a t but the subtitles disappear after i wait the two minutes it takes to export. i’ve tried multiple times.

   They force you to update then remove features. Updated review: Yet again they force you to update and remove features. This is the second time they have done this. Clearly they don’t read reviews. If you are like me and get slightly annoyed when an app forces you to update, and then when you open up the newly updated app it turns out they REMOVED features… Then this app is absolutely not for you. ———- Original review: I hate it when apps suddenly lock you out and force you to update... then when you update the app, you open it up only to find they have removed features. (E.g. even something simple, like cropping a video) I would give this -10 stars if I could. Shame because you can tell they put a lot of thought into this. They just obviously don’t consider the customer and seemingly enjoy bullying people into updating (and then removing things when people comply). Use a different app for video memes, like mematic. They used to be inferior, but now they are better.

    Crashes every time. I downloaded and paid for this app for its caption ability. Every time I try to generate the captions it crashes and closes the app down. Please help. If this can’t be fixed ASAP then I would like to have my money back. Thank you.

    Does not work with your video edits. I’ve edited a few videos on iPhone as far as size and made some invert changes and this app only allows the originals to be used for some reason. Wish it would upload videos in the way they are finished.

    Super Disappointed Subtitles Don’t Work. Was ready to pay full price of monthly 9.99 and very excited to finally have professional branded Instagram videos to grow my brand but should have known too good to be true. Very user friendly interface so I liked that a lot. The progress bar worked but kept saying “no subtitles found” I added the subtitles and then added the video so it should work!!! Please improve the subtitles that is the whole point of the app 😃

    Took my money then crashed. I paid the .99 to remove watermark. Edited a video. Exported. Received success message. Closed app. No video in camera roll. Reopened app. Pop-up message about not being able to connect to servers. Rip off.

    SUCKSSSS. Wow this app blows! I couldn’t even get past the first 20 seconds of a video before it just stopped working. All I was trying to do was add subtitles. Yeah it wouldn’t go past the first sentence. Worst app ever. Don’t get for subtitling

    Look elsewhere. Appears to be the best app out there, but when you use it you see how glitchy it is. Almost every part of it has an error, from fake promises in the free trial, to issues with the subtitles, to errors when you’re letting them know of errors! Will look for a different app.

    CC Subtitle Difficult. It’s difficult to write out the CC Subtitle because the video freezes all the time. I’ve been working on putting a subtitle on a 15 seconds video for the past 1 hour. The video keep freezing. Please fix

    Complicated and not good. Inflexible, inaccurate and you can’t do a thing with subtitles. Too many steps etc etc… AND they charged me 5 seconds into the ‘free trial’. Total rip off.

    No free trial period. I was charged for 1 month’s subscription on the first day even I thought I had 3 days free trial. It appears that the free trial was only for the year’s subscription. Who on earth would like to purchase an app without trying it first? I even didn’t like it as it was too complicated to use it.

    Not worth it. Don’t even bother buying this app, just bought this and it’s so limited on the things that you can do. I paid £10 per month and by the 3rd video, I couldn’t save on my phone because it wasn’t part of my plan or something.

    Paid for a year and told to pay again. since they updated I have lost access to my yearly subscription. I paid £70+ for the year and now they are asking me to pay again. Customer service is non existent they won’t acknowledge me or even reply to my emails. Just another company wanting to scam as much money from you as possible. I would highly recommend avoiding and definitely tread with caution when your paying a year full in advance. They will just ask you to keep doing it. I will be reviewing them on all my platforms as I have 50,000 followers and fighting for my money back. You can’t scam people out of money.

    App was great before bugs ruined it. I used to use this app all the time and it was by far the best app for creating native social media videos with text overlay and subtitles. Since its redesign it’s absolutely riddled with bugs. Every time, every project I attempt to make I’m thwarted by some kind of impassable bug. Whether that be subtitles inexplicably not uploading or text boxes changing their formatting/position AFTER you export the project, or even video files failing to upload into the project with no explanation. My advice to the developers? Strip back all the fancy UI pointlessness and relaunch the original app, pre redesign back when it was bug-free.

    Don’t download this, seriously. This app has Extremely misleading information, DONT bother downloading unless you intend on paying ridiculous money for services that are free elsewhere, and there is no free trial even. App won’t let me unlink my Facebook now, and it is tracking my personal information. Tried to unlink it from Facebook and it says ‘error’. Total scam, and impossible to cancel.

    Stay away! No free trial and steals your money. I came for a free trial, I was automatically subscribed for a year and it’s charging me monthly and I can’t unsubscribe from anywhere.
