   App crashes, zero support. The support on this app is horrible. I have tried to contact support only to be met by an AI bot. I have not been able to reach anyone at support. Despite my effort to email and even provide all the crash logs and troubleshooting steps. If you are on an M1 MAX do not bother.

   Subscription. I canceled my subscription but was still charged for the full year! I called apple literally as soon as I found out and they won’t refund me. I’m paying 80$ for something I don’t like and will not use.

   Are you serious?. Before jumping into Teleprompter Pro I first installed the free version to see if it works. NOPT. I refused to recognize the microphone. Worse though they claimed a microphone icon in the corner. NOPE DOESN’T EXIST. The final affront was Teleprompter refused to “QUIT” and had to be forced quit. WHY WOULD ANYONE PAY FOR MORE OF THE SAME?

   Forces subscription - will not let you quit. tell me what my price is up front, don't force me into a seven day subscription where you think that I will forget and you get to make money. I have the app on my phone and installing it on my computer is trying to hold me hostage. Garbage.

   Please find a different option. First, they got me with a seven day trial, and unfortunately, when I switched the monthly deleted it. I used it and quickly realize this is not the right application for And on top of that I can’t find anywhere where to reach them. If you’re looking for a application that you can use any he feels like a natural Teleprompter. This might not be it. There’s no way to fix the eyes and there’s no support zero support. I don’t recommend it.

    Two critical bugs since latest update — pre-record capture + end-of-video glitch. I’ve been a regular user of your app and rely on it for content production. Since the most recent update, I’m experiencing two critical issues that are significantly impacting my workflow and forcing extensive post-production cleanup on every single video. Issue 1: App is capturing footage BEFORE the record button is pressed. When I tap record, the resulting video file includes footage from before I tapped the button — meaning movements, expressions, and audio I didn’t intend to record are being captured. This is a serious bug because it defeats the purpose of having a record button at all, and it forces me to trim the beginning of every video manually. There’s no way to know how far back the pre-capture goes, which makes preparation impossible. Issue 2: End-of-video glitch on every recording. Every video I record now has a glitch at the end — the footage stutters, freezes, or otherwise corrupts in the final moments. This does not appear during recording (I can see normal playback on my screen as I record), but it shows up in the exported file every time. I have to trim the end of every single video because of this. Impact: Together, these two bugs mean I’m spending significantly more time editing every video than I did before the update. For creators who produce volume content, this is a productivity killer. I post multiple videos per day across multiple platforms, and the cumulative editing time is now substantial. What worked before: The previous version of the app captured exactly what I recorded between hitting record and hitting stop. Clean in, clean out. Whatever was changed in the recording pipeline in the most recent update has broken that. Request: Please either roll back the changes that caused these bugs or push a fix as soon as possible. I’d also appreciate confirmation that this is being looked at, because right now I’m actively considering switching to a different teleprompter app and I’d rather not. Thank you for your time.     DO NOT DOWNLOAD. May cost you $299.99 and weeks of anger. DO NOT DOWNLOAD. This app is a total scam. On the day my trial expired, I contacted their support to cancel. Instead of helping, their system triggered an UNAUTHORIZED upgrade to a $299.99 "Max Plan". They claim you can cancel in settings, but their app intentionally blocks you with a "Nonce mismatch" login error, making it impossible to manage your account status before they hit you with massive charges. I was double-billed $89.99 and $299.99 on the SAME DAY. Apple already refunded the $89.99 charge due to this obvious error, but the developer refuses to acknowledge the fraudulent $299.99 charge caused by their own system glitch. Their customer service is useless and hides behind "Apple's policy" to keep your money. This is predatory billing at its worst. Stay away! Do not trust this developer's response. They use technical glitches to trap you into unauthorized charges. 1. The Technical Trap: I started a trial for the Teleprompter Pro Annual ($89.99). When I tried to cancel, the app displayed a "Nonce mismatch" error, physically blocking me from logging in to manage or cancel the subscription. The developer claims this doesn't prevent cancellation, but it blocked my access to the very account needed to stop the charge. 2. Unauthorized Double Billing: On the same day, the day I contacted their online support, they charged me $89.99 AND an additional unauthorized $299.99 "Max Plan" that I never selected or confirmed. 3. Useless Support: When contacted, the developer hid behind "Apple's policy" to keep the money. Apple has already refunded the $89.99 charge due to the billing anomaly, yet the developer continues to fight the $299.99 charge despite the clear system failure.

    Great until subscription. I loved using the teleprompter app until they started asking for a subscription. If you don’t get it, you can use the app for free but you get no space and your videos download with their watermark. Just another way for them to take advantage of people. Never downloading/ using again.

    Subscription. I cancelled my 7 day trial the day before the subscription renewal and was billed. My payment was due to be processed on the 23rd and I cancelled on the 22nd. Sent them an email and contacted them via APP Support on the 22nd and was billed on the 23rd anyway. Beware of Trial periods. I have contacted my Bank and disputed this transaction.

    Poor customer service. I needed to try this out to see if it would work for my situation. It didn’t, but no issues with the app. But got busy and of course no notice and a charge shows up for an entire year subscription. That day (like a few hours after the trial expires and the charge posted) I submitted for a refund. Bear in mind I used this once and it doesn’t fit my purpose. It was denied. No reason given. I appealed and explained what I’m saying here and appeal was denied and again no reason given. So they basically stole almost 100 bucks of my money and I didn’t use nor will ever use this product. This is ridiculous. So stay away from this app if you’re not 100% sure you want it.
