Automatic captions are inaccurate, multi-language support barely works, and the editing tools lag constantly. Long-video support is unreliable and often crashes, and the styling options don’t match what’s advertised. Even manual syncing and the teleprompter feature are glitchy. Overall, the app feels unfinished and not worth using until major fixes are made.

   No Good. Do not waste your time Or money on this app. The captions part does not work, I paid to export my video and then the export button did not work. Then erased my video then every time I tried to upload the video the app kept closing.

   Exporting Doesn't Work. Man this is annoying. I have made four copies of this video now with Captions and every time I get to the export the button doesn’t do anything. Then I downloaded the update and it says “export bug fixed”. But the exporting still doesn’t work.

   Waste of money. I received no benefits from this app. The captions always had to be fixed so I stopped using it and then when I attempted to use the teleprompter, it doesn’t appear to be accessible. Wish I could have gotten a refund.

   App Won’t Save Edits. Uploaded a 5 min speech I gave that had multiple transcription errors throughout the clip. Tried multiple times to save edits and only got through about 1/3 of the clip before the app would shut down each time. When I opened the app up again, my project video came up but no edits were saved. I tried this about 5 times, each with the same result. App is utterly useless if it can’t save simple text edits. Fix the bugs please.

    No way these reviews are trustworthy. I cannot believe they actually expect people to pay for this slop. After testing out tons in captioning apps this one is easily the worst. Few styles to choose from, horrid captioning and dreadful editing interface, and that’s just to name a few drawbacks. Not to mention this is easily one of the most expensive options I have seen.

    Bad translation- cant correct. This app is terrible. I don’t know if there’s paid reviews or not, but the translation into Captions is horrible and you cannot make corrections easily to fix the wrong captions. This is seriously terrible. Do not buy it.

    Not allowed to edit - believe us and correct. I paid for a year and need to cancel it. I gave it a try even though there were complains about the edit. ITS TRUE. NOT ALLOWED TO EDIT THE ENTIRE SCRIPT, ONLY one or 2 mistakes and the rest keep the same —wasted time—💰

    Kinda Bad. The app has some positives, but also many negatives. I love that it has several fonts and color selection. In the highlight feature is pretty cool. But it breaks up words and it's very hard to edit. Sometimes even after I've edited it, it's still does not reflect on the video itself. This video needs a lot of work and lots of patience.
