   识别小字时镜头不清晰. 识别小字（例如食品包装袋上的小字）时镜头不清晰，完全没法使用。在同样距离上，我的手机相机是完全能把小字拍清晰的，所以这不是苹果手机硬件的问题。坦白说我不知道问题出在哪，它只是困扰了我很久了。我的另一部手机是很便宜的安卓，它在识别并翻译小字的表现上竟然惊人的好。不得不说，我很失望。也许我出门应该带安卓手机而不是苹果，毕竟外面的商品上都是我看不懂的文字。

   Getting worse. This app is getting worse each update. I can no longer use the live conversation feature as it wants to stop before the person is done speaking. Also getting more words incorrect now. I used to depend on this app a lot, but now it’s time to find something more reliable

   Terrible update. I frequent a Latin country and this app was my go to. The last two weeks, the interface changed and it does not work properly. It is the most frustrating thing ever now that I’ve come to depend on it. Whatever this change is or was, is a terrible idea. For now I give it zero stars and 10 HATES!

    Incorrect translations. I find most of the translations, especially for Japanese, are plain wrong! A simple google search offers correct translations.

    Listening issues. They need to improve the app to not stop the listening option until the person is finished speaking. For both regular translating and the live conversation editor, it would stop randomly and translate when the person wasn’t even finished with what they’re saying. I feel like it should not pause and translate until the person finishes speaking. It also provides completely incorrect translations in the conversation feature for Korean conversations.

    Apple is failing at UI, but still Google can’t beat them!. No, Google! There aren’t usability improvements in this update. It’s worse! Listen to spoken Japanese and show me the English translation! Minimalist design, but you can’t figure it out?!

    Thank God the update came AFTER our trip to Japan!. It was great and reliable before the update, but it is barely functional now. Something broke. It’s like it just freezes anytime you want it to do anything.

    Tricky. Unfortunately, downloaded languages randomly delete, which is unacceptable to a world traveler who often goes off grid. Why can’t these big companies let you own anything??? My ancient tomtom gps still works with 10+ year old maps lol…

    Disappointing. It’s so bad it keeps cutting off mid sentence whenever someone is talking so annoying please fix this google. How yall a billion dollar company but have stupid bugs like this, crazy. 🤦🤦

    Awful. The most moronic and sluggish translator imaginable. It can't translate anything properly, constantly mixes up words, and completely fails to recognize dictation.

    Ridiculous. This simply has to be the single worst translation app that exists. Everything you have to do is manual. It doesn’t detect languages correctly. When you do translate into another language, it then changes your keyboard to that language so then when you go back for another translation, it screws up the language that you’re inputting.. In today’s world of AI this app borders on complete idiocy. This app also doesn’t understand formal and informal uses of the term you and there is no way to easily toggle between the two. I would rather use ChatGPT than this ridiculous app.

    Total waste. Used to be helpful, not anymore. Old way to simply aim camera and instantly translates was pretty good. Now it requires a photo. And even this is clunky. Complete junk. I’ll never use again

    Ok, Google, how hard is it to make an app that recognises the letter ё?. Plain wrong translations. Especially since they seemingly implemented ai into it, became recognisably more inaccurate, making me switch & write this review, since accurate translations & the ability to recognise ALL letters of the Russian alphabet are important to me as someone who uses translators on a day to day basis. Very disappointed
