   Doesn’t work mostly. Trying live voice translate and most of the time I hit the button and it listens for about half a second then stops and says ‘Sorry I’m not sure what you said’. Can’t get it to translate more than one or two words at a time .

   Paid for the app years before. I paid for this app in its completion a few years before. I’ve used it on and off and recently, now it is saying I no longer have a subscription? Seems like bad business to not honor an original customer and purchase.

   From Free To Stupidity. Was a great App until the update came unannounced and started a paywall. Not worth the money.

   Would be ok if i can actually use it. Paying a subscription for what? Reviews made it seem good and I really was looking forward to trying it myself. But when I open the app and selected my languages, it wanted access to my microphone. Seems reasonable right?? So I’m pressing allow and it forwards me to settings but there’s not even an option to allow the microphone or turn it on. So I’m going back and forth between the app and settings trying to figure out how to allow it. How can I grant access to something that’s not even there

    Terrible translator. This is a terrible translator. No matter HOW I tried and tried , the translator could not correctly translate. Would never trust this app.

    Not Good!!. I canceled my subscription after using this translator for five minutes. It was unable to translate several spainish voice sentences.

    Removed Legacy Purchases. Purchased the app back in 2013 and up until the latest update I had legacy access to most paywalled features. Access has now been removed from legacy users meaning the features are all paywalled.

    How do I get a refund?. I paid $50 for a year of iTranslate Pro for an upcoming trip to Japan. I arrived in Japan and the app informed me that I can’t use it in that country. Google Translate saved me.

    RUBBISH APP & RUBBISH SUPPORT. In actual usage all three apps…Converse, Voice and and iTranslate…are absolute RUBBISH and $76.46 for -EACH- for a year subscription is an outrageous rip-off and shouldnt be allowed in the App Store. Before purchasing the subscription to the Converse app, I emailed the developer -TWICE- to find out if buying a $76.46 USD subscription entitled me to use all the products in the family such as Converse, iTranslate, and Voice but never received a response from the developer or anyone at this company. And when I tried to use my Converse subscription with iTranslate and Voice, I get error messages saying account not found, etc. and so can’t use them. The subscription is a rip-off because you’re billed for a entire year at $76.46 USD and if you cancel it, you still don’t get a refund for any remaining time you have on the subscription. I tried to use all three applications on a trip to Portugal, and they were absolutely worthless! The interfaces are confusing and clunky and there are no instructions to be found for any of the apps anywhere on their website. Don’t waste your time or money on any apps by this company!!! If anyone knows how I can file a complaint with Apple for a full refund, let me know. I have my emails to the company and a list a mile long of the bugs in these apps that I was going to share with the company developer.

    Instructions?. What am I missing? I’m calling Sweden and trying to use the app to translate so I can understand their language but there are no real helpful instructions. This call is for a work project and I can’t help but feel frustrated.

    Doesn’t work. My wife speaks Arabic natively, she tried several times speaking Arabic and the translation was so far off. It does not autorecognize speaking, especially with Arabic. I would not waste money on subscribing.

    Stops working and can’t reach support. This was a great app so I purchased the one year subscription. It worked for a while but now both flags are greyed out. If you click email support the send button is greyed out so there’s no way to resolve the issue. Waste of money.
