   App changes are horrible. I have used the app twice before over the years for different bachelorette parties and it was extremely helpful to be able to coordinate everything in there and be able to message each other. But all these new changes are actually horrible and I won’t be using this app anymore.

   So glitchy. Hadn't even been on the app for a full minute before it started glitching. I was trying to set up custom splitting of a bill and got the error message. It gave me the option to "restart and report" or "restart without reporting" and guess what? The restart and report button didn't even work

   Chat. Lots of great things about this app but the fact that they are taking away the chat options basically eliminates half its purpose. If I wanted multiple text group chats I wouldn’t have downloaded the app to begin with.

   Regret Using This for My Bachelorette Trip. I’m honestly shocked that this app is so highly rated. I chose Batch to plan a very simple bachelorette trip to Palm Springs, and it has been frustrating from the start. One of the biggest issues is the group chat feature. At first, there were no notification options, so messages could easily be missed. Meanwhile, every time I make a small edit to the itinerary, everyone in the group gets notified. The notification priorities make no sense. Now the app is removing the ability to message people entirely. That completely defeats the purpose of a group trip planning app. If I can’t communicate with my group in the same place where the itinerary, expenses, and trip details live, what is the point of using this app at all? It feels like the app is actively removing one of the most basic and necessary features for coordinating a trip. I regret using Batch to plan my bachelorette and wish I had chosen a different platform from the start.

   Unnecessary. MOH for a Las Vegas bachelorette party and bride insisted on using this app. There are way too many ads and ‘recommendations’ from the app for places to stay/activities. Even once you create a party, you scroll for one second and the rest is just ads/recommendations despite having everything planned/entered into the app. Because of how the app is organized prioritizing getting people to book things through the app, even once you click on your party, it’s not very well designed/easy to navigate. Email thread + google sheets is a way better and easier way to plan/keep track of things.

   such great scam. i am one of the parents with this app. i wasn’t satisfied the data results come out for my advertise . So I chose to unsubscribe sending the message for the to do so . And then they still charge me for the whole month fee. they told me we need 14 day advance for that. OK fine. I took another a month then. my bill day is 16th of the month. And then they help me to unsubscribe, which is fine. what is not acceptable Is they took my the monthly fee. and also take off my listing so basically they charge me for another whole month for nothing. It’s really great scam. If you want to do the business, please stay away from this company. It’s all lie.

    NEVER use Batch!!!. Batch ripped us off with our reservation. Providing false information and pretty much scamming you of your money. My group had to put down a 140 dollar deposit for hat making and in the statement we were told that each group member will have that 20 dollars put to the hat which was not the case. Batch never refunded and the hat making company said that they didn’t get any deposit from batch so therefore they cannot put our 20 dollars to each out of 7 hats. This app is horrible and I will never use it again. I strongly suggest creating your own itinerary and scheduling through the company itself. This third party app is an incredible disappointment and doesn’t stay true to their word. Don’t end up like me and lose 140 dollars to this awful app.

    DO NOT BOOK ANY SERVICES THROUGH BATCH. We booked massages through Batch and they failed to provide the service instructions of only female therapists. We ended up having 3 men arrive at our Airbnb and only 1 woman. Batch was hard to reach and they partner with PureKneadMassage, a highly irresponsible and disrespectful vendor. Batch response time is slow and there’s no emergency number. The yoga experience we booked separately also canceled last minute UI is good and helps organize a weekend, but I would recommend booking any experiences/services directly.

I downloaded this app and decided I did not use it because my bride wants something else for her bachelorette party and then I woke up to over hundreds of emails of places that I never subscribed to half of them not even in English so please be smart unlike me and do not download this app and certainly don’t put your email in or else they will take it and they will sell it

    Cannot update anyone. Used this app for my baby shower to be able to send save the dates and update guests as time went by. No one was notified about any updates through the app or the service, it was a hassle for people to sign up, and there were discrepancies between the information I put on the app vs what people saw on their invitations that led to mass confusion. I’ll be deleting this app and will never use this service for any event ever again

    False advertisement. I tried to book a boat rental through this app. It wouldn’t respond so I contacted the boat rental place. They said that they do not work with second party apps. So it was a scam. Also, once you enter your debit card information on this app, you can’t delete it. Shystie.

    AWFUL. I don’t understand why you can’t put what city you’re traveling. If you don’t actually book hotels Airbnb anything on the app you shouldn’t dictate “cities” there’s plenty of places to go and you limit people to so little. If I could give 0 stars I would fur sure

    Bummerrr. Looked cool at first so I was very excited to try it out. Ended up finding out there are limited locations, and unless you’re planning on one of their pre-selected cities then there is absolutely nothing to use the app for. Riddled with bugs too, like several pages open to a blank screen of death. Big bummer and pretty disappointing. Would not recommend :(

    Scam Bookings. The Batch app is a good concept, however with it being an app for mostly women I feel like they have some kinks to work out for sure. We recently booked a drag show through the app. We assumed this show was probably safe/not a scam because we booked it through the app and surely they have some sort of screening before adding shows and different bookings on the app right? Wrong. As the date of our bachelorette party was approaching our maid of honor started receiving texts from multiple different random numbers, giving us random locations and fake updates about location changes. The "show" was moved multiple times and finally a few hours before the show we got a text with a location for a strip club MILES outside of the city, in a not so safe area. After doing research we realized this show was not real at all, it was just a scam to get multiple girls to an unsafe location far from the city. After trying to get our refund for over $200 the bach app told is they couldn't do anything. The main reason we book through this app is to make sure we are going somewhere legitimate, and have the guarantee of not being scammed. After many back and forth emails over the past few weeks they refuse to refund us, and will not admit that they have a scam listing on their app, not only a scam because they stole our money but this could have potentially been a dangerous situation. If your going to run an app for primarily women, do better.

    DO NOT USE THIS APP. I am so disappointed with the entire batch team. We used this app to do my friends trip to Charleston this month. All was well until we booked a drag show for the bachelorette weekend. I received texts from two random iPhone numbers the day before telling me the location changed to a random strip club outside of the main city area. I tried to reach out to the original location to confirm that there was a location change (because you can’t trust random numbers these days) and no one ever answered. I filed for a refund with my credit card company and Batch denied it because “it’s not uncommon to receive text updates” despite the fact that there were texts from multiple random IPHONE NUMBERS and they failed to answer my 4 phone calls to their original location. Do not trust this app, if they allow this scam to operate who knows what other things they allow.

    Horrendous. Totally ruined our weekend. App was useless and just left girls confused. Literally use a group chat and a canva and you are good. This app is just meant to sell you experiences and doesn’t help with organization / communication at all.

    Non-responsive and sketchy. The bride booked an event for us that I’m unable to attend. I started a chat on the app to see about getting a refund, but they’ve completely stopped responding. The location for the person I’m allegedly chatting with is marked as the Philippines and when I Google to try to find a phone number to call directly, none exists. I don’t think it should be this hard to talk with customer service.

    SERIOUSLY DO NOT USE THIS APP. EVER.. I would like to make people aware. I never write a review for an app, ever. This NEEDS to be brought to people’s attention. I had high hopes for this app because my friend used it to plan her bachelorette party in 2023, but boy was I wrong because this app has completely let me down. 1. They say in the app that they do not charge more than their vendors. LIE. Don’t believe me? Call up your vendors yourself and see the price difference. So crazy that they would lie about this. I mean seriously?! 2. My maid of honor booked us facials for over $700. Batch canceled it out of nowhere, for no reason. Not our vendor. Now we have nothing booked and it’s too late. Also, it says our vendor will only be giving us 50% of our money back. This is NOT the vendor places’ refund policy, which batch says it is. Our vendor was so upset about this, they held a meeting after we contacted them, to no longer use this app for booking with them, ever again. Sadly, I’ve heard this from another of our vendors- a party bus- that is telling us to just book through them and NOT the batch app because they are a scam and they have had problems after problems with them. 3. All I can do to contact them is talk to a bot or email them. Are you kidding me?! This needs fixed. Immediately. Batch has RUINED my one and only bachelorette party. I’m absolutely disgusted with batch. My maid of honor will be contacting you guys and she and I expect a FULL refund for bullshi**ing us. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. SO HORRIBLE. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS APP NO MATTER WHAT PLEASE DO NOT DO IT. I’M SO SERIOUS THEY WILL RUIN YOUR PARTY AND PLANS AND TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
