   Scammers! They stole 300$. It’s a bunch of scammers. They ask for documents that doesn’t exist to scam you. We proved to them with an embassy official email that the requested documents doesn’t exist but they kept insisting. They sole us 300$

   Very disappointing experience.. I contacted support regarding a flight that was already changed by the airline due to operational reasons, and I was clearly informed that I may be eligible for rebooking. After waiting a very long time to reach a live agent, I was asked for all the details and assured that changes could be processed. However, I was later told that only the departure could be modified, and even that was not actually completed. In the end, no changes were made at all, despite the time wasted and the initial promises given by the support team. This is highly unprofessional handling of a clear case where the airline initiated the schedule change, and proper assistance should have been provided. I do not recommend this service based on this experience.

   Scam. Bought ticket from them, asked flight company, flight company answered there is no ticket under your name, now think about it, mytrip just takes money, and then they don’t care about anything, before buying ticket, they offered me about 10 additional add ons, worst service ever.

   Avoid Mytrip – Worst Travel Experience Ever. I had one of the worst experiences with Mytrip and want to warn others. I booked two international flights through them and paid over $2,300. Unfortunately, due to a family medical emergency, I needed to change my travel dates. When I contacted Mytrip for help, they refused to assist me in any way. Instead of supporting their customer, they kept hiding behind airline policies and told me I was responsible for contacting the airline myself. This made no sense because I paid Mytrip, not the airline, and I expected them to handle changes or at least provide real support. Their website never made it clear that I would have no flexibility or that they would refuse to help in urgent situations. Every time I reached out, I got the same scripted responses, no empathy, and no solutions. Now I’m left out of pocket with no way to use the tickets I paid for. Mytrip is misleading, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional. I strongly recommend avoiding them. Book directly with the airline instead, because Mytrip adds no value and only makes things worse if anything goes wrong.

   No online check-in. When I booked my flight it seemed like I had a booking/reference number for each airline, but when it came to do online check-in, none of them worked or I got a message that I couldn’t do online check-in with my ticket type. This caused me a lot of stress, and I had to go to the airport an extra hour in advance and wait in a long line for each leg of the journey, instead of going directly to the gate. Their costumer service just didn’t respond. Probably not worth the money saved.

    Complete scam. This was a complete scam. I bought a ticket for 1400$, got a message from my bank confirming the 1400$ charge then it processed. 5 mins later I got the receipt for the ticket came and it was over $2,100. Complete false advertising. They know what they are doing. Avoid this. HORRIBLE COMPANY. NEVER USE THEM!!!!!!

    Avoid paying baggage. I had paid checked baggage through them and it was not applied to the airline. I ended up having to buy it at the airport because it was not applied which also costed me more. After showing the receipts to my trip for them to refund me the amount I paid to them they have made it impossible to do so and lack communication back. I have had to resort to contacting my bank for a dispute.

    SCAMMERS. This app is a huge scam! I actually booked it through the website, and my flight was never confirmed, flights never showed up on Air Link Airlines, and the flight on Kenya airways was a scam! I called the airline no flight information! Now I’m scrambling around looking for money for a flight! The APP IS STILL TERRIBLE AND GE DEVELOPERS ARE AWARE OF THE SCAM! I’m filing complain with APPLE, BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU and the FBI for fraud! so ridiculous, the developers and owners GoToGate.Inc ARE ALL SCAMMING PEOPLE!

    Awful experience. Mytrip app booking experience was terrible. All information about flight and services are fake. If you pay for tickets and seats and extra assistance you will lose your money and face with lots of problems. They don’t have responsibility for your loss and trouble during flight.

    Can’t load my flight. Every time I try to add my trip to the app it sends a verification code in my email and then I’m unable in every way to press the verify button after I’ve pasted it because the keyboard doesn’t minimize and the page doesn’t scroll enough for me to press the button.

    Attention Fraud fraud. Please please no one use this company I had very bad experience with them after I booked a flight through them they charged me over $500 to make the change and for the the actual ticket was $850 and when I get to the airport I found out there’s no flight for me. I called them they said you have been a scam throughout our employees and we will investigate further and they never did. I DONT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL ( don’t use their services or you will get scammed)

    Lousy Customer Service. I had to give them one star to be able to write this review but I will give them NEGATIVE 10 stars. They have a SUPER LOUSY customer service. They are bunch of POLIT!!!! LIARS. They made a mistake on spelling my name and my request was the name correction. I called them 13 times (so far) and spent over total of over 10 hours as well as sending bunch of emails. They keep repeating the same things over and over again and saying it is responsibility of the airline. Also some of the representatives said that they escalate the issue and will contact me within 24 to 48 hours, but they never did. I contacted the airline numerous times and they said the travel agency has to send an email requesting the correction. I even did a 3 way call with the airline as well as the travel agency representative but the agency’s representatives keep lying and don’t cooperate. Through one of the conversations I realized that there is a possibility of receiving a fine or some kind of negative points from the airline. I believe that is the main reason for such lousy service. I suggest purchasing No tickets from them even if they are offering 50% or more discount. LOUSY and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

    Fraud. This company is a fraud. We purchased a ticket from them and Lufthansa cancelled our flight. The airline said they refunded the money to Mytrip.com but it's been almost a year that I have contacted Mytrip.com more than 20 times but they keep saying they will issue the refund and nothing happened yet. I will never buy tickets from agencies.

    scam, pathetic, bad, can't change plane tickets. You should not use this fraudulent service and app. You will not be able to change your flight if you book the wrong date. They will say there are no flights available. Meanwhile, I called the airline directly and they confirmed that there were still seats available on that day, but they couldn't rebook me and I had to contact this app to change the ticket. But I think they don't want to change and asked me to book a new ticket with them. Dream huh? I lost 700 Euros

    Lack of credibility. I came late to the airport, and the receptionist told me that I came late, so I must contact the website I used to book the plane ticket. I called the “my trip” contact number and they answered me after a quarter of an hour. The lady told me that I could change my trip to tomorrow, but I had to pay an amount. I agreed, and later that day another person from the same phone number called me and told me that I had to pay another amount. Due to the delay that occurred before the flight was changed (the lady was speaking to me on the phone for more than 20 minutes), I agreed to pay the required amount, and then he sent me a reservation ticket for the plane. On the second day, when I was supposed to take the flight, the receptionist told me that the ticket reservation had not been made and that I should contact the site that I used for the reservation. I called the site and they called me back after 53 minutes, and as it was late, the gate had closed and they would not receive any more. Travelers. The person spoke to me for 3 minutes and told me we will call you later (they did not call me) and thus I wasted two days of my vacation to travel and I do not know if there will be more days that will be lost + money wasted on transportation and this stupid site (no offense). No compensation was paid and their customer service is not satisfactory and you have to wait for about an hour

    Cancelled fight and the ‘help’ center. My flight was canceled. No text alert or advance warning from the app so I found out at the airport. The ‘help’ center could not get me on the same flights the next day as they were fully booked. They will not book anything more than 24 hours out so the following day was not an option.They do not offer alternative flights to get you home. I was basically given a refund for the flights I could not take and hung out to dry 8000 miles from home. It’s a good job I had enough credit available to book another flight home. Flying multiple airlines and self transferring vastly increases the chances of missing a flight. Combine that with the above and this is a horrible way to travel. I would give them negative stars if I could.

    Don’t get deceived by fair prices. You might find deals on this app which are steal and bargains but at the same time it won’t. I’ve paid for ticket from Central Asia to US, it was somehow a bit cheaper from Turkish Airlines official website, when I choose seats it added up I was fine with that, but after 2 weeks of my purchase of this ticket they stated that my flight was cancelled due to unknown reasons, but I can still see my flight info on official website that it’s still active and not actually cancelled. They said they will refund my ticket but no seat fees, because they spent time searching and booking it for me. It’s bizarre to see such apps being used in such high end countries like US, they simple scam your money from your seating stating it’s fee, meanwhile you pay for them and it has to be refunded back since flight is canceled. But no, I assume they believe it’s their fair share they have earned just because they toggled and clicked on some seats charging me over 100$ Use other known apps for travel and avoid this one at all cost. 1/1

    Thieves! Be aware!!. Be aware that if you have to cancel on time and months ahead because you realize you booked 2 times by accident they will not refund you. Not with out a fee thats ridiculous. They got fully refunded by the airline. Yet. They kept the money. They close the chat because I asked for a manager after being told they keeping virtually most of it. Customer service is a joke!
