   Junk app. No matter how we tried to pull in the passes we bought an unknown error occurred. Tried multiple times over 2 weeks right up into our trip. Junk!

   Can’t figure out how to reserve ticket at Space Needle. Currently, I’m not happy. I just bought my city pass, but can’t figure out how to reserve a ticket at the space needle. I’ll keep trying. This is my first time trying the city pass

   Verify email NEVER works. I cannot use the app because the verify email code never works?!?

   Awful customer service. I lost an entire day of my 3-day trip because of poor customer service. There are better alternative pass apps I used and it was a mistake trying the citypass for this trip. I will never do this again.

   Can’t even use. Was going to use for my trip to Seattle but app won’t even open I just get to sit at a white screen.

   The Apple iPhone app not working. Like other mentioned, the app won’t connect to the ticket bought. Why they put out this garbage to waste people’s time? Apple should ban this app.

    Complete Garbage.. I cannot even access my account in the app to add my tickets! I resent the link to connect my email 8 times and uninstalled the app 3 times. And I still cannot access my tickets on the app. A complete waste of time.

    Great product - app is not usable. The app will not link to my email. I have about 20 “verification emails” and click the link but it routes you directly to safari, with no way to open the app. Seems like this is very common feedback and gas yet yo be resolved. I even tried deleting the app and still had no luck.

    Did not receive my tickets. What a scam! Did not receive the 5 passes I ordered. Tried to contact customer service… what a joke! Could not speak to anyone. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau after I contact my credit card.

    Doesn’t link to my passes. I bought Chicago city passes on their website. After checking out, I learned they have an app to manage the city passes. When I got the app and went through the link passes flow, I ended up in the mobile Safari app instead of their app. Looks like their app isn’t setup correctly to handle universal links. It’s a shame that I can’t use their app’s flagship feature

    Non Intuitive. Not the best app. Tickets times are wrong, although the app tells you they are wrong. Why not just fix the problem. The wording for the ticket types is inconsistent. It makes you switch back and forth from the app to the various websites. Confirmation codes are slow to arrive via email.

    The app had to be reset several times. In order to get the app I had to write my information 3 times and reset it. After that I had to reset it again as it would not take the reservation. It was not Internet issues as I have two Internet sources and my phone has sufficient memory space. Also a high processing power.

    Can’t use app, won’t connect to email. Like others, I am stuck in the endless loop of going into the app, “verifying” my email, going to email to verify, then being directed to Safari instead of app. So the actually app is literally unusable for me. I like the whole system with being able to get discounts on tickets, I just wish I didn’t have to use a browser to access those tickets when an app is supposedly available. I will be deleting the app now.

    Difficult to link. Purchasing the ticket is simple. Linking the ticket does not work in the app. The verification email includes a website that works if you open it in a browser. However, a link stating “open in app” and the ability to make a reservation in the app would be user friendly. I

    Not worth it. Too hard to get your money’s worth out of it. Better to just buy your tickets separately. If you don’t use all it’s more expensive than just buying when you go on the museum website. I miss counted the days and missed out on two entrance fees

    Confusing. The app is clunky, confusing, and limited. It immediately sends you to the website to purchase or research the various options. It may be good once you have your attractions but not prior to it.

    Crashes. Tip: log out and sign back in to view reservation and past experience details. App crashes frequently in Chicago and need to restart my login due to the app losing all details. Fortunately the reservations are still saved

    Overall good, having an app bug though. Overall I like it, but I’m currently having an issue where when I click on “map and directions”, the app crashes. Why did I write a review instead of contacting support? The process of contacting support was too much work (as it often is). Regarding the city pass itself, I definitely thought it was worth it

    App stopped working when I needed it. I like CityPASS. It offered a good value. But, when I needed to use the pass, the app was unavailable for 2 hours. The screen was just white. I reset my phone. Connected to wifi. Nothing seemed to work. You should take screenshots of your tickets to ensure you can use them in case the app is down like it was for me. Update (8/12/24), Dev responded that Azure, their cloud provider, had outages during this time. I appreciate the comment as I felt stuck in a city without options. It’s understandable that their cloud provider was down. Perhaps you could add something to Apple wallet or something offline if you haven’t already for people unable to connect to your site. Either way, enjoyed the pass, and was VERY glad I took pictures of the tickets prior to being able to connect to the app.

    Good discount. Though the experience of entering all the 19 digit codes is ridiculous. Take a look at the Sea Aquarium they had our info already!!

    Used for trips to different cities. I like how the pricing works and that you can reserve straight from the website or you can reserve using city pass. But what I don’t like is linking my ticket every time I want to make a new reservation I have to delete the app to re-link my tickets properly, which is very annoying

    Takes some getting used to. Im not completely phone savvy, but I have the CityPASS app open, email open, and still the internet browser to book the tickets. Not completely inconvenient, but just takes some getting used to. Worth it for the money saved though!
