   Bad experience. Terrible interface - registering is buggy and asking for things in formats that are not clear/necessary. Login in doesn’t work

   Worst airline app around. This is by far the worst app between those from all the airlines, and I have used all the other apps a lot. Beside the fact that the quality of the interface (web view instead of native) could be significantly improved, the main issues is the inability to complete a booking, every time failing and every time requiring to restart entering all the information again

   Completely Useless. Impossible to check in without an account. And if you create an account, it’s impossible to log in. Endless loop of: “1 error occured. Please check your login data or request a new password/PIN.” Password reset doesn’t work. This makes the app completely useless.

   Buggy, doesn’t work often. “Something went wrong, please try again later” should be the name of this app. It’s slow when it works, requires re-verification that your human multiple times throughout interaction with it, but mainly it’s buggy as hell. On an iPhone 15 ProMax running latest iOS (26.5) and its simply unreliable, poor workflow, the developers need some fresh ideas.

   So many bugs disrupt travel. I have tried to use the Lufthansa app for several different flights and it never works. There are many bugs and crashes when checking in, booking flights, adding baggage or changing seats. Need to fix this before I fly Lufthansa again

    Mobile app is sluggish, repeat log outs and inability to update info correctly. The app logs me out repeatedly while using it (why is it constantly trying to log me in while I’m actively using it?), when creating my account it put my first and middle as just the first name, even after I put in my information properly and updated, it chose a completely different flag for the country code I selected, (I can’t update that either) , I can’t update my wallet or I get stuck in a login loop where I never can update it, and I am not seeing seat information even though I had it booked beforehand. Updating info requires a specific field but they separate it in other sections but are weirdly lumped together on other pages that don’t allow me to update all information at once. Why is it so hard to match data fields? I’m not putting any weird characters in and I’m not doing anything out of the ordinary of the regular process any typical user would go through. What could’ve been a 20 minute task AT MOST has turned to a two hour annoyance with almost nothing to show. I still don’t see seat numbers and haven’t been able to add a KTN. Also, adding my MFA is annoying, the screen pushes the auto code field out of view, so I can’t copy paste. I’m using a giant of an iPhone btw. If security expects data to be correct, why not help the user make it so there aren’t any issues? I see a recent update from the developer(s) about bugs and glitches being fixed, but see so many issues here. Is there only one person working on this app? If so, they need help getting this cleaned up. The user experience is extremely lackluster. I’d like to point out their version history notes on updates is all mostly copy pasta of their previous updates. This does not give me hope for my security check through and bookings but fingers-crossed it goes smoothly since it looks like I might be able to at least add to my wallet and avoid the app. There are absolutely bots pushing positive reviews for this app. But I am at least seeing the negative reviews that voice the same concerns. This app could be better and I could’ve been talking great about it to other people, but now I guess I’ll be bonding with other people on how terrible my experience was.

    Terrible App. App does not reset password & does not respond to Mile & More number with PIN. I have call Lufthansa multiple times & submitted a written request. I have wasted about 12 hours trying to get them to fix this. Mostly I get the “bait & switch” routine. A giant do loop with no help at all. This is not German efficiency. My score is not 1star, it’s zero star.

This app would be great if it was 1996 but it’s 2026 I can’t even get my boarding passes emailed to me I had to type all my info in 6 times just to figure out how to get my boarding passes because it won’t save my info finally was able to get the first leg boarding passes on a screenshot only but couldn’t get our second leg

    Not able to cancel. I have economy flex ticket and still they are not giving me option to cancel flight online their chat is unreachable and call is also not working. There is no way i can request to cancel ticket

    Glitchy and and awful. After downloading the app and setting up my user profile, I attempted to check in for my flight. I was prompted to log in (…again…), where I was met with repeated “technical errors.” I attempted to reset my password (maybe I was making the mistake?), and got the same damn error. I’m unable to check in for my flight. Very frustrating.

    Ineffective app. No adjustability there’s a great chance. You’ll typically miss your flight in Munich. If you’re flying international avoid that airport at the very least.

    Fails to live up to Lufthansa standards. Lufthansa‘s operation at New York JFK is a disaster dem start to finish. It began with a completely inefficient check-in process that took more than an hour and 20 minutes to drop a bag off, even though I had checked in prior to arrival. And when I arrived at the counter, I encountered rude and completely unhelpful service. Then the airplane was delayed by more than 30 minutes because the crew could not get bags loaded or the plane prepared in time. After the ground crew pulled away from the airplane, my Lufthansa app still indicated that one of my bags had not been loaded, so I approached the counter to ask about the status of the bag and I was rudely dismissed. From the front door to the airplane gate, the whole Lufthansa team seems annoyed they have passengers to deal with. If that’s the problem, I’ll do everything I can to help them avoid it in the future by flying any other airline that’s available.

    Unresponsive Support, Buggy Systems. I don’t recommend flying with Lufthansa. If you run into any issues, their support isn’t very helpful and drags out responses. I’m still waiting on my delay compensation.

    Terrible!. This is probably one of the worst airline apps ever! It constantly gives you the run around, and you often can’t access the things you need to access. Flying the Star Alliance? Forget it! Integration with United Airlines is worthless! It’s 2026 Lufthansa, get with the times! Even the personnel in the Lufthansa lounges say that the app is terrible, and has been for years. The website is not much better either. Again, GET WITH THE TIMES LH!!

    Just bad and basic. Why cannot you just use the app without having to register. It’s difficult to check flight status or get the chat function.
