   Terrible service. When i arrived at the hotel booking was non-existent. Booking agents told me to pay out of pocket and that booking will reimburse me for the difference. That never happened. After more than a month and more than 2 dozen talks with agents i’m statting to lose hope.

   I would give less than 1 star if that was available.. We booked a property through Booking.com. It has been 2 1/2 weeks since THEY canceled our reservation in Paris for a week and we do not have our refund back. The cancellation notice from them said 7 to 12 CALENDAR days and we would have our money back. It’s now been 18 days, no refund!!

    Service and inaccuracy. The website had an incorrect location for a hotel I booked. It was over 300 miles from destination when they said 14 miles. Refused to give me a refund after an “internal investigation”. When I proved their website wrong they stated it was my job to verify their website information was correct so still no refund.

    Terrible will keep your money. I arrived to the location and of course they were fully booked because they don’t care about third-party and their reservations so no reservation you make through booking ever really matters so I had to scrounge around finding any open rooms, different locations and paying for them on the spot, after I already had paid like a couple hundred bucks and of course they just never give you your money back

    Don’t use for car rentals. What they don’t tell you is that you basically can’t change pickup and drop off dates and times without cancelling and rebooking. Nonsense. The chat feature in the app is also broken (suddenly fails to allow sending of messages)

    Book the same hotel two times. I’ve used bookings. I paid the bill had a reservation and they canceled it two days before and I re-reserve it at the same place don’t understand. Be careful with these guys even though they have your money.

    I used to like the site. I was happy in the past booking with booking.com but while I was booking my latest stay I clicked the button for pay now and the price increased by $20 for no apparent reason and no matter what I did I couldn’t get that price again. Seems a little sketchy if you ask me

    Don’t use booking.com if you want to enjoy your stay. SCAMS AND FAKE REVIEWS. Booking.com does not hold up their end of the deal on stays and will leave you high and dry when a problem occurs with the hotel. They will lie about issuing refunds to your card and try to scam you out of your money. BEWARE OF BOOKING SCAMS AND FAKE REVIEWS

    Bad service on refunds. I paid for a hotel stay and when I came to the hotel I was not happy with the condition of the hotel. The hotel told me to speak with booking in regards. I was told I would charged for the first night and I would be refunded the rest. It’s been almost a month and haven’t received my refund. And they are telling me I should deal with the hotel. Why should I deal with the hotel when I did the reservation with booking. It doesn’t make sense

    Customer service issues and refund issues. It’s been two weeks since I last spoke to someone about my cancellation. I loved booking with this application until this past booking Ive been trying to speak to someone and I’m being sent to AI and apparently when I try to go to ahead of someone online it says “technical issues”. The property CANCELLED my reservation for free and all I’m waiting for is the money from Booking.com.

    Use at your own risk. They won’t help you out if you need it.. Booking.com was a site I used to swear by. Until I had a bad experience with a property and needed them to look out for me like the loyal v.i.p. Customer that I was. I’ve spent thousands with their company only to be strung along and lied to by multiple different people in their customer support team. After listening to them promise to handle the situation today I was told no refund would be be given and the supervisor I was talking to Carlo hung up in my face after over talking me and being very condescending and rude. He showed little to no empathy for me or my situation. Just stay away from this site or just book straight through with the property.

    Unsettled matter. They owe me $500. Made a reservation in Los Angeles on Valentine’s Day. The Hotel said they were and I needed to contact booking.com to resolve this matter. I called them and the costumer service rep stated I needed to contact the hotel and tell them to send an email stating that I didn’t stay at the hotel. It was a back and forth thing. Bottom line never got reimbursed.

    Comfort Inn Palo Alto. The room was clean, however, the AC/htg unit was not working. Room was very stuffy, and we could not get the windows open.. When we reported it to the front desk, they said they would send someone right down as we went to dinner. We got back and nothing working. I was headed in for brain surgery at 5:30 AM so we just went to bed. When I went to the office, I was told that I should’ve called the second time and they were rude.
