   App Crashes. Really want to use the app to plan an upcoming trip but it crashes after viewing one or two properties. In addition, it doesn’t save my search criteria despite being logged in before and after the app crashes. Doesn’t matter whether I used my iPad or iPhone. Same performance. Very tiresome.

Tienen que arreglar la comunicación primero es difícil encontrar un número para hablar directamente con una persona real hay que irse a google para poder encontrar el número y luego la máquina te vuelve loca para , al final decirle a uno que fue imposible entender llame más tarde 😡

   Phone Service Is Awful. Anytime I call them for help it takes them at least an hour to even just find a new flight for me to book using my credits from a cancelled flight. It shouldn’t take an hour minimum to book a new flight with my own credits. Why do I have to call to use my credits?

   Trust me don’t use this app they have the worst customer service ever they don’t even try to help. It’s the worst app ever I book a fight with them and they charge my card and took the money than they cancel my reservation and told me you will get refund 3 to 5 business day which is I told them I book the ticket back to the us with my last money I have they told me they can’t help me I told them o don’t have anything left to book another fight I’m staying in hotel I have to check out tomorrow morning I have no where to go Basically, I will sit in the street they told me we can’t help you and the ticket was 2400$

   Shortened stay. I will NOT be giving you the password to my email in order to get my money back. If I have to hire an attorney to get our money back, I will. We only stayed one night at your hotel choice in Rochelle. We checked out before 11 am, the manager has said she will vouch for that.

    Horrible Glitches when I pick package deals. Worst app ever for glitches with package deals option and when I called it’s some AI person talking and doesn’t help.

    Horrible no poder hablar con una persona. Necesito ayuda, con mi reservación y es horrible no encontrar una solución, no tener un humano empatico inteligente solo estúpidas máquinas que no entienden, estoy decepcionada de esta compañía.

    Very old. I was very disappointed with our stay. The hotel looked nothing like the photos online. We booked a Junior Suite expecting the sofa to convert into a sofa bed, but it did not, making the extra space essentially useless for our needs. The room felt very outdated & the furniture was dirty with dust throughout the room. Overall, the property looked & felt more like a 2-star hotel than what was advertised. For the price we paid, $900 (3 nights) we expected a much cleaner and better maintained room. The pool dirty & useless. There were only 4 or 5 chairs around the pool all dirty & half broken & ….! The only positive part of our stay was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, courteous, and helpful. Unfortunately, because of the condition of the hotel, I would not stay here again or recommend it.

    Unable to get answers to questions. I booked several hotels that never showed up in my itinerary. When I tried to contact Expedia through their chat, virtual assistant, it kept going round and round and not giving me any answer. There is also no place to find a phone number to talk to a real person. Was extremely frustrating. Speak to a real person.

    LAME, no customer service. They have inaccurate info listed for hotels and guest houses and wash their hands & blame customer for their failure to have accurate info. Booked Kadillac Kustom Guest House for one night stay in Rothesay. There is no front desk as stated on Expedia . They fail to tell you the property will not answer phone calls from foreign numbers so only way to communicate with them is via Expedia. But then Expedia refuses any assistance saying to contact property owner directly which is impossible.

    Dissatisfied customer. Expedia doesn’t protect your trip and advertises companies that will scam you. They’ll tell you they’ll give you a credit but you’ll never receive it. Not worth the headache when there’s plenty of sites that do the same thing with better deals. Expedia was cool before I had a problem and talked to customer service. Customer support is the reason why I’m deleting the app and never using it again. Very disappointing very frustrating very very unprofessional

    Bad service. My experience with this travel agency was extremely disappointing and frustrating from start to finish. The level of service was unprofessional and disorganized, especially for something as important as flight arrangements. Communication was consistently poor. I was repeatedly left waiting for responses, and when I did get replies, they were vague, unhelpful, or contradictory. I never felt properly informed about what was happening with my booking, and I had to constantly chase them for updates that should have been provided automatically. When problems arose with my flight, the agency showed little urgency or accountability. Instead of offering real solutions, I was passed around or given unclear instructions that only made the situation more stressful. It felt like once the booking was made, any sense of responsibility disappeared. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience that caused unnecessary stress and uncertainty. I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking for reliable or professional travel support.

    Failed in Responsibility. Booked and paid a super 8 hotel in chicago and could not check in because there are no room available. Trying to get the refund through Expedia multiple times , and Expedia keeps responding me that they don’t get a response from the hotel and could not initiate the refund. Very frustrating!

    Nasty place and even worse service. Showed up at this place after checkin, the place was nasty and not cleaned. All beds used and dirty, dirty towels all over , trash in the cans,and dirty countertop. The property managers solution…. Leave and I’ll get it cleaned. Granted this was after a 5 hour drive with no where to go. She only offered to buy me a drink for the Inconvenience but I don’t drink. Wouldn’t discount to make it right… Her solution… “leave at 9 and I’ll refund you”. So we did. Then had to find a new place at 9 pm and book it. Then the next day she tells me she is going to charge me a cleaning fee… a cleaning fee…? The place was nasty and we never stayed or even sat down … Stay away, you are warned! The house smells, old carpet and not worth the price. I have big shoulders and could barely fit in the small spiral staircase, not to mention my 7 month pregnant wife. Trust me and stay away!
