   Illegal and greed!!!!!!!. Extremely disappointing experience. I tried to cancel a booking that was not even fully completed, and the agent insisted I would be charged the full flight amount unless I finalized the booking. I was pressured after already providing my credit card information and was repeatedly told there was no supervisor available. The entire interaction felt coercive and unsafe, like I was being forced into a purchase I didn't consent to. This left me stressed and uncomfortable. I will not be using Momondo again.

   Helpless. I used your services a lot of times, but now, you have dumb restrictions to find flight from Moscow, I’m US citizen and you limit my access, almost all other services provide this information, so you lies about “government restrictions” definitely not in US, my question is do you plan to fix it? If not probably no reason to keep helpless so at my phone

   Flight redirect. I found a good flight to my destination and was redirected to a different sight that said none of the flights I chose were available and showed me flights on airlines I don’t fly on. Momondo showed flights on Jet Blue American or United and this website had Frontier and Spirit. I felt like this is a bait and switch operation. So no I will not be using this app again.

   Never trust their offer. Never trust that app . They pretend to give you the best offer when you try to book international but after you submit your booking they will put on hold to call them back and then they try to charge you more to confirm your booking. Or if you try to book interstate they try to sale you upgrade

   Questions arising about this app. I do not like this app and this business for various reasons It is not at all transparent. I have noticed that it shares your information. It’s just about everyone across the board it seems. It has to be very careful with this app. It also doesn’t open any information about flights to let’s say Tehran. This is such a bigoted attitude. It’s totally ridiculous so many people travel there from Germany from China from just about anywhere.. So what is the problem? Explain it to me. Why do you play politics? . Or are you racist? That is what it looks like blatantly racist attitude.

   Books canceled tickets causing chaos. I booked with Family for a vacation several times and the tickets got confirmed each time. Only to find out a few hours later each time that the airlines never had that fare!

   Careful!!! Caution!!!. They sold me an insurance for a rental car that was not refundable. When I picked up the car, they said that it didn’t work for their service and I had to pay AGAIN!! Ill never use momondo again. Go with a better app please.

    Used to be good, now just annoying. I have used Momondo for years to find suitable flights. Now it tells me that I am a bot each time I search. Not satisfactory to make me "solve a puzzle!" several times each week. I received a message from the developer saying it is fixed, but nothing has changed. This needs to be fixed, else the app is not worth the accusations since there are fine alternatives.

    Disappointed. My first search gave me a price range I found reasonable. My second search a few minutes later showed me prices had increased by $30. It would not show me the car I saved.

    They’ve opened to scammers!!. Momondo used to be really nice, but now they have opened to scammers like Ovago and Gurufare. I have signaled it to them bot no reaction so far.

    Exploitation at all levels. It doesn’t show only published fares directly from the airlines even if you select that option in the settings. This app works on deception to the end user at all levels who do not understand how to legitimately book travel. Avoid at all costs and book direct instead.

    Ushers you to Scam like online travel agency. Unfortunately, momondo has no protection for its users from booking tickets with scam like travel agencies like edreams, etc. If this platform kept allowing these companies to lure customers into their scam like businesses operation, it’s basically a culprit. ##For other users, please be careful for the third party booking websites momondo is directing you to, some may never refund your money even when promised. Read online for honest customer reviews before paying or book directly with the airline.

    Massive spam. This use to be a great app until they started to send me massive spam about tickets prices I've been searching for (without asking me). Also, I've started to receive spam from some airlines from which I've blocked tickets trough Momondo app and I think they sell our email address. I'm moving to another app.

    Privacy. I love using momondo to book my trips however I don’t appreciate multiple sites asking for my personal information like my passport number & Identification card info , I have book with airlines and they never asked me for these personal information, now I’m thinking twice to use momondo to book any trip kiwi was one of the sites who asked for my info when I called them they said it’s the airline so I called the airline and they said that it’s not them it’s the site kiwi policy … thanks momondo

    Shady Partners. Very good Ap for a long time until now. I was Directed to purchase tickets at Fare Bubble and thought I booked a flight but it was a scam website. Had to cancel my credit card that I used. This is unacceptable and disappointing that Momondo allows this type of partner on the Ap. Buyer beware.

    Refund. I need contact info. No numbers for them or the third party agent. I need to change my flight and I’m within the 24 hours. The third party is Travelgenio and I am seeing they have one star on Yelp. Why would you use them momondo? Horrible.

    This app allows scam websites to collect credit card purchases but never deliver the purchased fare. The website allowed “fare bubble” to post flight search results. The company is an absolute scam. They don’t answer their phone, email is bounce back, and IM has nobody on the other end. I also have found it impossible to notify them of this serious issue.

    Dates of flight. The App does not allow me to put in both the arrival date and the departure date. it is only allowing me to put in the arrival date OR the departure date, not both.

    I got charged $60 then refunded $20.... Do not trust the vendors!!! They will cancel your Paid For Flight, and only refund a 3rd of your money!!! WHAT GIVES!!!??

    Bad Update and Worse Customer Service. The newest update made it very easy to mistakenly book a flight for the wrong date. Customer service was rude and unhelpful. They thought it more important to win an argument than save a customer. Deleted the app.
