   Lack of Customer Service. I think it is horrible that I can not get a hold of anyone at the office, even after I am told to call if there is an error.

   Clunky. App is clunky and cumbersome. Kept stalling out while trying to book a room. Also seems to completely reset when I go back, and wish there was a way to filter out Great Wolf Lodges as not interested in staying at those resorts.

   Can not log in. I have tried for five days to log into this website. EVERY SINGLE TIME I complete the process and try to open the app it tells me it does not recognize me and to try again. Then it locks me out. This means I have five days (and counting) of being unable to make any reservations. This is not what I expect from this company!

   Terrible technology. This app is ridiculously bad whether phone or tablet or you log into their website. Hilton should spend more time and money upgrading user online experience. Owning a timeshare is not cheap so the lest they can do is put all the fees toward better online tools. If you want to push going online to book then make the search process easier and make sure your filters don’t suck. The other worst thing is having to scroll thru all the great wolf lodge properties. They are overpriced here as well as when you book direct with one of their resorts. No price breaks for time share owners that I can see.

    Huge disappointment!. Looks like something coded by amateurs! Just tried to update one of my reservations but when I logged in it says “You have no reservations”. Guess what - when I went to my computer and went through the complicated process of getting a code on my phone and looking through several different menus and screens I found my reservation. I’m not sure which is worse. Incorrect information or difficult website navigation. I still couldn’t do what I wanted so had to call HGV and get the issue solved after waiting 40 minutes for a callback. As a 45 year IT professional, this kind of incompetence is infuriating. Doesn’t anyone do quality insurance and verification snd validation anymore?

    Useless. Mobile app is inaccurate and not usable. Have tried to book open season and it often says nothing is available when there are many openings on a desktop or laptop computer

    Extremely Limited options. HGV no longer provides the flexibility we purchased. Since recent expansion of complicated programs and purchase of other properties (Diamond res ports) we rarely find the rooms we desire. The various windows are complicated. The additional fees for a “live person” vs. complicated technology for older long term owners is borderline ridiculous. Just no the opportunity it once was….way too limited and complicated…don’t do it!

    Hilton….Do Better. HGV needs to team up with the Hilton Honors app team. For as much money as we forked out to be owners we should have access to a user friendly app. It’s constantly making me sign back in and constantly loosing my search info. When I’m researching a vacation property I need to open other tabs for a minute or less. Every time I do that the unfriendly HGV app looses all my info. Ugh.

    App needs work. This app is not user friendly. You should be able To enter dates and search various resorts. You can’t look at the resort there is just a book room tab. Way too stressful for a vacay app

    FRUSTRATING & SUSPICIOUS!!!!. Even with an elite status, it is extremely difficult to make hotel reservations! It is absolutely frustrating and suspicious! It makes me think that we are blacklisted!!!

    Not Worth It. This app is awful. Non-intuitive, the menus and options don’t make sense, and it doesn’t even truly show all resort availability. HGV needs to invest leas in pushy sales people and more in better app developers.

    App is worthless. The HGV program is a good program. The website is workable with laptop, though it crashes occasionally. But the mobile app is worthless. It almost never works, and when it does it collapses quickly. What a frustrating experience. Today is another example where I try to check a reservation in the app and also look for a new vacation opportunity. Neither would work. Just a circle of death and no connection. I tried the website via my phone and that was not much better. Once again, i’ll have to wait until I get home and do it in my laptop. Just worthless.

    App is terrible. The app (and it’s dawning on me, the whole HGV program) is terrible. Took a month of resetting passwords, changing emails, deleting and reinstalling, etc. before I finally succeeded in logging into the app. Once there however, it’s essentially non-functional giving forever spinning wheels or error messages on almost very tan. Imagine my continuing frustration when there seems to be no actual to get customer service without submitting a “form” online. Seems easy till said form asks for not only your membership number but also your contract number. I challenge you to easily find the latter unless you’re looking at your original paperwork. The lack of customer support is a bit shocking.
