   Wonky website RIP OFF. I tired to make a reservation and got no confirmation. I tired again and got a confirmation. Later, I found out that my credit card was charged twice. WEGO refused to fix the problem by refunding duplicate charge. Use a reputable site like skipplagged.

   Cheats and Scammers. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE AND APP PEOPLE! They are a bunch of cheaters that won’t return your money!! The airline cancelled the flight due to weather conditions, and I asked for a refund. And now they don’t return my money. Their service sucks. Don’t buy anything from these people. I’m still not sure that I will get a refund, even the full amount.

   Unfair Refund and No Transparency. Very disappointed with Wego I paid 306 KWD for two passengers, but due to airport closure I couldn’t travel, and they refunded only 66 KWD without any clear explanation or proper receipts, this feels unfair and lacks transparency, especially since the situation was completely beyond my control.

   Flight not Guaranteed. If you book your flight, and there’s a lot of people. For example, I booked a flight for 7 people and as it was processing they changed the whole flight just because it was at a discounted price. We couldn’t cancel the flight. We had to pay extra for a flight that was similar to ours and it was even more expensive than we booked. I personally don’t recommend. Our flight was by HoildayBreakz.

    Scam app. This company is a complete scam. They advertise fake, impossibly low airfares to trick U.S. customers into booking. Once you enter your personal and credit card details, they call to say the ticket is “no longer available” and then try to charge you three times the original price. They are collecting personal data of U.S. residents including full name, date of birth, address, and credit card information under false pretenses. Immediately after booking, you’ll start seeing unauthorized credit card charges or alerts. These scamsters are sitting in India and using platforms like Wego to prey on unsuspecting travelers. Wego is directly enabling this fraud by giving them visibility and legitimacy on their site. This is criminal activity plain and simple. They must be reported, shut down, and prosecuted for identity theft and online fraud. U.S. residents should never provide any information or payment to this fraudulent operator. Wego must immediately remove this scam company from its listings and take responsibility for facilitating these crimes.

    Scams. Wego appears to not check the legitimacy of the ticketing sites, at least for air lines. Be warned of sites that offer tickets that are too good to be true! They are often exactly that: not true! Absolute scam. My experience is with Travelo1! Great name but terrible scam.

    Won’t give me a refund for my ticket. I purchased a ticket on June 9th for a flight from Damascus to Los Angeles scheduled to depart on June 18th. On June 17th, I contacted wego after Qatar airways canceled my ticket due to the conflict between Iran and Israel. I was told that it would take 3 days to receive a confirmation email and 15 20 days for the refund to be processed. After a week without receiving any confirmation, I called back and was told they would simply refund me within 20 days. I also reached out to them via WhatsApp and received the same response, they kept saying the refund would be issued in 20 days. It has now been 17 days, and when I called again today, I was told the same thing: I would receive the refund in 15 20 days. I requested a written email confirming the refund for documentation purposes, but the representative told me the call was being recorded. I responded that the recording is for their records, not mine, but she continued repeating the same message about the 15 20 day refund timeframe. At this point, I’m not sure what else I can do. I’ve called three times and contacted them on WhatsApp, but I’m still being told the same thing with no written confirmation.

    Not recommended. No baggage options , no cancellations options, no refunds options , no changes options it is just a screw up to your wallet, besides the airline refundable with baggage allowance is cheaper.
