   ???. I don’t get what’s wrong with this app but for the past year I can’t link my tv provider so I can’t watch anything locked. Anytime I try to link it just loads and loads but never does anything. It literally will not let me link my tv provider. Stuck forever loading and I have to close out the app.

   AGGRAVATING. The app is always buffering and the sound goes out constantly. It’s been this way for about 6 months now. There was a time I watched ID so much the logo was actually burned into my tv screen, so no matter what channel you changed to you saw the ID logo shadow.

   Worst App Ever!. I used to be able to watch older shows without paying a fee. ID Go decided to get greedy after adding more channels to its lineup. Channels which I don’t watch. All of a sudden I began getting error messages from ID Go on my tv and my iPad. It wouldn’t load or went into a state of buffering. I did my research and it appeared I now needed a tv provider. I have Spectrum internet service, but no cable TV. ID Go stated if I didn’t have a tv provider I could still watch past seasons of shows. Nada! Not working so I went to the support page. I completed all the steps several times over. I requested a Spectrum service call. The tech checked everything and also connected a new modem and router. Still not working. So…to watch maybe 3 shows on ID Go I have to shell out $40 per month plus my internet monthly service fee. Add that $40 to Amazon Prime, the Peacock fee, the fee for Hallmark Mysteries, plus another and I’m right back to what I was paying for Directv. Instead of “Cut the Cord/Cable” it’s “Cut the Bank Account”! And ID Go is still buffering…

   LOGS OUT. Every time I sign in with my provider information, the app ALWAYS logs me out. When trying to put the information back in it NEVER seems to work. Y’all really need to update this issue!!!!

   Boden. I don’t know what Boden Clothing is paying y’all to run their commercials, but bruh…it can’t be that much. Programming on this platform is UNWATCHABLE because every 10 minutes this STUPID commercial is on…I didn’t even realize the commercial was about clothing the first 20 times it aired. It’s just some weird girl walking around tossing her hair and smiling at the camera in different locations, from different angles, creepily …with annoying music in the background. I LITERALLY just stopped streaming the show and moved over to another platform. The commercial is LONG…and it runs twice back to back, so it’s like FOUR straight minutes of the girl walking around tossing her hair and smiling at the camera .

    Can’t link my tv provider. I have spectrum which includes the id channel. I had no problem using this app and then for some reason my provider is unable to be linked. I reached out to customer service and never received a response.

    Locked shows. Most shows on ID Go are locked. Why? I sent about 7 emails to customer support and have yet to get a response. They said to contact the developer so I left a rating of 1. They never told me how to co tact the developer so I figured this would do. I received ab email back saying they sent a response to my inbox. What inbox? Where? I have no idea what they are talking about. If they can just fix the locked shows that would be great. I received a response back saying you sent me a response to my inbox. What inbox? I do not have a response anywhere.

    Ridiculous. All the shows are locked even though I have a subscription with Xfinity. Nothing to watch, a waste of time to even try to watch anything.

    Completely useless app. Doesn’t work. I get a message that ID isn’t included with my tv package but it is. I can go to my browser and watch ID through my tv provider but I can’t use this app to watch anything. It’s junk.

    Abandonware Scam. No longer functions on newer iphones; doesn’t even recognize account information. I bought an IPad 3 mini to watch Investigation Discovery, but they refuse to let me open the app. Looking for free alternatives that let me use my cable service to watch TV on the go. Any links to a bypass for this app’s soft lock would be appreciated.

    Excessive ads/commercials. Really aggravating that the ID app doesn't offer an ad-free subscription option. Having to watch commercials ruins the viewer watching experience

    App Crashes and signs out randomly. This app often crashes my Roku tv and requires a reboot. Even on my Apple TV the app often signs me out and restricts content randomly. I sign into this app more than any other app on my phone or tv. It’s pretty bad to have such great content

    Worthless app, keeps locks me out of favorite shows. App keeps saying the network isn’t in my cable package when it is! I’ve done everything suggested but nothing works, signed out and back in, deleting and reinstalling the app, and shutting down my pad. I keep getting my same error!!! This isn’t the first time this has happened, so I give up. I deleted the app and now have to pay for Discovery+.

    Terrible!. I have used this app for about 2 years, but the last 6 months all shows are locked. It indicates that the network is not in my tv package…but it is! It’s linked to my direct tv! The app was great, now it’s terrible.

    Laggy and errors. Tried to watch a show. I couldn’t get through episode 1. It would lag and repeat trying to start. After an ad would play it would give me an error and completely restart the episode. I know it’s the app because it wasn’t doing it if I visit the site with my laptop. Just the app.

    It does not load live feed.. For the past 3 weeks your app keep saying this “the requested URL is not found on this server” I already deleted your app 6 times and reinstalled it on my Apple TV and it does not work. This is happening on the travel channel, HGTV and food network app. Fix it!

    Torture. Even with a tv subscription you are forced to watch the same ads over and over and over. If I see the Lizzo ad or Sex Lives of College Girls one more time my eyes will bleed. Such a waste of time to have to see something not even remotely in your interest every.single.commercial.break! You can’t fast forward or rewind if you stop and come back to a show and you can’t minimize to picture in picture to say, check your text messages. I just read a review from 3 YEARS AGO and they had the exact same complaints. Seems like in 3 years you could get up with the times. Waste of an app for such a good channel with compelling programming for true crime enthusiasts.

    Keeps buffering during TV shows. Seriously every minute it buffers and has to reload when using Chromecast. On my phone it’s fine, but the constant pausing is infuriating when casting to a TV. It used to not be like this. I Can chromecast every other app flawlessly so it’s not a problem with my internet or connection. I even got a direct Ethernet cable and it still constantly pauses when trying to chromecast. Why is is this happening?

    Why break what was not broken. Loved the app for years until the Discovery+ junk. Totally ruined ID. This is the only app I wanted, could watch years of shows now more than ever I get locks on almost everything I try to watch. ID GO back to how you used to operate. Horrible change. I also watched while on DSL and had zero issues with buffering. Now I wait up to 2 minutes multiple times to watch a 42 minute show. Freezes every 30-90 seconds and I have to wait. AWFUL. I would give it a 0 but I had to select a star to write review.
