   Is this app real or a 7th grade project?. Does this video streaming app seriously have portrait mode only for the UI? Yes it flips to landscape to watch a video, but enabling landscape for the UI is literally just flipping a toggle on the app’s plist file. Though I assume they probably used some hacky cross-platform framework that’s just a wrapper around their website. Plus, the app is constantly asking for AppleID sign in, even though I don’t use my AppleID, which is a violation of App Store policy (and it’s clearly a problem, numerous reviews mention it). Stop responding with canned apologies to reviews and just hire semi-competent developers.

   Apple ID password?. This app has gone downhill. I can no longer rewatch movies because they’re locked behind a subscription (even tho I can watch MAJORITY of them for free on Tubi) and it keeps asking for my darn Apple ID password even tho I keep entering it. Garbage app

   Terrible. I just bought a year membership through Apple and I’ve been trying for a month to get logged in and it doesn’t work on either of the Fire TV the Apple phone or the Apple TV. This app is terrible.

   Not worth it. Movies and dramas I used to like to watch I can’t watch anymore. Almost everything good requires you to register now. There’s not much on here I care to watch anyway. Deleting the app.

    Used to be okay until this week - Impossible to get help. I subscribed to AsianCrush and watched a few programs on my iPhone & TV too—with no trouble over several months. This week I was sent email to change my password. Live TV kept playing a show and wouldn’t t stop —not even sure how I finally got it to stop. I can’t get into my old account it kept saying password was incorrect then signed me up for 6 mos. Free subscription. I’ve emailed several times (almost impossible to get help or find customer service contact now) no response. I’ve asked that my paid subscription be refunded and any and all subscriptions cancelled

    Where do I begin…. Constantly having to re-log in, majority of content I saved is missing, newest update doesn’t allow me to login with my original credentials and it’s portrait only one direction so I can’t leave my tablet plugged in. Plus constantly playing ads when I subscribed to premium ad-free service. Canceled and deleted. Too bad as there was some really good content.

    Crappy App / Terrible Service Offering. The service is just terrible as it gives on average two minutes of actually programming, sandwiched between 2 -two minutes sets of commercials. The Apple TV is simply crap. I am currently stuck in a never ending loop of commercials. This happens with every series eventually. Closing the app completely, followed by I restart the previous watched program, leads to it kicking off a new round of two minutes of commercials, then it plays a few seconds of the program, followed by another never ending loop of commercials. Need to pause the stream for a second or switch to another app. No problem, just pay the penalty of another set of two minutes commercials. It’s disappointing to say the least. I can’t imagine how apple approved the app for use.

    Good options, doesn’t work when you actually want to see them though. The app overall has a good selection, but constantly crashes and doesn’t really have a good format on how to be able to watch it. It shows some episodes and you cannot see the rest after that. Was very disappointed that i had to cancel my subscription due to the crashing and glitches.

    Don’t waste your time. A third of the subtitles are missing. The app crashes constantly. If you get the free version, after the ads, the show often restarts from the beginning. There is no way to manage your account, settings are nonexistent, just a terrible experience. It’s too bad, because it looks like a decent selection of content that isn’t otherwise widely available.

    Terrible customer service!!!. I have lost access to my annual subscription since middle of October. The screen keeps saying the username or password is wrong and even though I had changed the password many times (and it said it was a success each time), I still haven’t been able to sign on. I contacted customer service with this problem numerous times but (not counting the automatic emails of upcoming shows/movies) they have never responded. I want my money back for the months I’m unable to watch and any future months. Never subscribe for the yearly price again!!

    Needed Upgrade. 1. Return channel to Samsung TV Plus. 2. Program schedule should be available. 3. Movie names are not included so a viewer never knows what movie they are watching.

    Don’t waste your money!!. I finally decided to purchase the annual premium package so that I could have access to all the content. It offered a free 14 day trial period before purchase. Well, it gave access for one day then BAM! Immediately it locked the content. I didn’t panic because it didn’t seem like a big deal being that I hadn’t paid yet. Once the trial period was over my money was taken and I had access. About a week later I went back to the app to finish watching a show and all of a sudden I see locked content!! 🤬🤬. I paid my money!! Why don’t I have access? Sounds like a bait and switch job to me. Forget trying to contact them, I tried no response!! Do yourself a favor and avoid buying the subscription from these guys!! Viki, IQIYI, and Tencent are way better!!

    They lost my account. It was this movie on here that I loved watching over In over. I had sign in with my email in it tell me that my email doesn’t have a account. In I only have one email. Maybe it’s this new iOS—15 my phone been acting weird lately.

    good shows bad app. way too many ads.. wth do u need 4 ads in a row for?? its too much time to wait. and the app crashes so much.. for example it always exits the app out, the screen stops and you can only hear the audio, and other annoying stuff this app has good shows and movies so its a shame that the app is so bad 🤷‍♀️

    Slow app. I was going to subscribe as I am with Viki and Crunchy but this app doesn’t load properly. I had to wait a while for everything to load before I could press play. Not worth a monthly or yearly subscription if this is the quality I’m looking at.
