   More than 50% content are ads... Ads are currently 50% of the length of video- 10 minutes of ads for 20 minutes of content- and about 40% of content is intro recap and credits. That means for every 8 minutes of content you get 10 minutes of ads. Subscriptions should reflect that. My math says there needs to be a 70% discount for this to even be remotely worth it. What a scam.

   Fire everyone. It's been at least 6 straight months and they haven't fixed the memory leak. 6 months?! Tubi works better. Free Tubi who must have much more limited resources works flawlessly. Matter of fact, EVERY SINGLE STREAMING APP works better. Fire the devs, the leads, the executives, the QA team if they even exist; they're all incompetent. How has this not been fixed yet? I'm paying almost $100/mo and I'm dealing with a STREAMING app that doesn't work. How hard is it to stream video? (it's not hard). Heads should roll at Hulu for how long this has gone on for

   No notification settings. No obvious way to turn off push notifications within the app. Instant one star review.

   Login hell torture pain. Other apps can link your iPhone and Apple TV subscription with a QR code. This has no such functionality, and the cable tv geniuses at Hulu even disabled the remote keyboard functionality so you have no choice but to enter your long password on a left<->right scroller with EITHER capital or lower case letters and onshore keys even though both could easily fit. They could use this to extract confessions from POWs. Also you’ll be using this interface a lot because Hulu likes to open and go blank or show the logo for hours so you constantly have to delete it and reinstall. Apple should invent an app death penalty for this app. You don’t get to come back ever.

   Why are there SO many ads?. Five 2-minute ad breaks in my 20 minute episode. Really?

   The worst UI. Why does the app tell me to “continue” show then when I select it I watch the ad only to find out it’s the wrong language. Get out select correct language watch ad again…. Why can’t I change language while watching the show? Do us all a favor and copy everything from netflix… the terrible UI makes me just want to pirate anything related to Hulu…

   Do better. The app for the Apple TV is slooooow AF. I have 4 of the latest 4k, Ethernet Apple TVs on wired 5gig fiber connection. I’ve reset the Apple TV. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Pulling up the guide for live tv is super slow. As I’m writing this I’m staring at the spinning circle of death. Do better Disney!

    You pay for subscription you still have a bunch of stupid advertisements. I minimize the screen and mute it so I can do something else during the average advertisement for instance right this review

    Too many adds. Why does Hulu exist. I hate you. I switched to pay for no adds and you still did it and every streaming service does it. Literally in one week I will discontinue.

    Terrible autoplay. This app is buns. Why does autoplay start playing random pilots of shows I’ve never watched after two episodes of what I’m watching. Whose idea was that. It makes the app unusable. Makes me want to cancel the whole thing. So dumb.

Charging this much for a platform that is honestly less functional than a screen door on a submarine is wild. I think to myself, "Oh, you know what would be fantastic? Watching the shows I just spent hours downloading." Because let’s be totally honest—your catalog has fallen off hard. My dead grandma could pull off a better lineup at this point. Amen to you, Granny.So here I am, excited like a little kid, ready to endure this absolute nightmare of a flight. I open the app mid-air, click that familiar download button, and guess what? Nothing. Not a single microscopic dust particle of a show. Just a smug little message saying: “This big empty space would look way better filled…”OH, YOU DON’T SAY?! Like I didn’t just do that?!This isn't the first time. Not the second. Not even the third. You guys have severe commitment issues and a deep-rooted obsession with causing pure human rage. What was I supposed to do? Open the emergency exit? Cry like the toddler a row away?No. I sat in that middle seat for 21 hours of literal misery. Squeezed between two elderly people struggling to understand how a phone charger works. Dark, freezing, multiple kids screaming. Just me, my neck pillow, and my hands in my lap, deeply contemplating my life choices. I reached the point of spiritual enlightenment where I genuinely thought, "Wow, Dad, you really should have thought twice about having me. Or Mom, you could've just said 'no thanks' or ‘not in my house’ before any of this happened. Me. Having me is what happened." I am the tragic result of that timeline.21 hours with no TV shows that I am actively paying for. And do not pull that corporate "Oh, did you check if they were eligible for download?" customer service talk with me, because I will find you.Thanks, Hulu, for being less useful than a chocolate teapot, and for turning me into a raging, unhinged mess. Fix your service. I don't have patience left for this relationship, and I refuse to find any. I am not paying premium prices to get absolutely ignored with zero entertainment.     Price vs ads. Every other subscription/ tv service has less ads than Hulu. Save your money and subscribe to any other streaming service.

    Broken App. Unable to pause on phone app. This is an issue that has persisted over years and multiple different phones. There is no button anywhere to report an issue with the app and phone calls with customer support in the past didn’t fix the issue. This is extremely frustrating and makes the app unusable.

    Ads Ruin the watching experience. I love the variety of content hulu has but it is so difficult to get into anything without being disrupted by an 2 minute ad ,what it feels line every 5 minutes. PLEASE hulu loosen up on the ads it is ruining the experience.

    Ad subscription. Paying money to watch the same amount of ads as cable boo. Better off seeing what they have on any free streaming platform. No wonder with streaming services like HBO max and prime video existing Hulu is bundled with everything.

    Annoying. I’m watching a show called “Coroner”. Hulu is showing an ad every 30 seconds to 2 minutes and they aren’t short ads. Each time the ads are almost 2 minutes long.
