   live channels broken. For at least 2 weeks the live channels are playing sound but no picture—screen is black. Movies are fine. My other apps and internet provider are fine nor have I changed devices. Please fix this glitch.

   Will not let me log in. I downloaded the app onto my MacBook Pro. I can’t log in. It works fine on my iPad. I’m deleted it off my MacBook.

Watching sports on this app is a joke. Never just works properly. Any good review for this trash is probably from a bot. Tubi is free and runs ads so why doesn’t this platform work since you charge and spam ads in the middle of movies? Do better clown amateurs.

   Unhappy. I liked the app and there was shows on it that I enjoyed watching but to finish most of the shows you start you have to buy a subscription. This wasn’t an issue except for the fact that on the app there’s literally no option to buy a subscription. I googled it and it says “go to the setting” yada yada, so I did and there was no option. I watched videos of people donning the settings and my app doesn’t have those settings options. Then I seen someone say go to the internet browser and do it so I did and still there was no option on the website. I’ve never seen an app that makes it so hard to buy a subscription. I ended up deleting it and now I have to watch the shows on pirated websites because most of the shows I watched are only on Prime Video. Ridiculous honestly.

   Rip Off. As if I don’t already spend $139 annually for Amazon prime and purchase a lot of products from Jeff and Linda’s monopoly. They have to add commercial commercials on Amazon prime video. How much more do they want milk out of Americans? They don’t care about us. It’s about time something changes.

    Unnecessary Address Requirement. Why does Amazon Prime Video require a full shipping address, zip code, and house details just to subscribe to a digital streaming service? This is incredibly frustrating and unnecessary. Unlike platforms like OSN+ or Netflix, where signing up is effortless and focused on entertainment, Amazon's registration feels like a complex shipping process for physical goods. Please simplify your system and separate the streaming platform from your e-commerce logistics. We want to watch movies, not fill out delivery forms!

    The Worst Dynamic Pricing Scheme. As if mandatory ads in a streaming service weren’t bad enough paying for wasn’t bad enough… now Amazon has implemented weird terrible dynamic pricing. I didn’t want to believe it the first time… I spent an hour adding things to my watch list one night… only for 80% of them to suddenly become rentals the next day… I thought maybe it was me… maybe I somehow didn’t realize I was watchlisting rentals… no, not it. This time is somehow more egregious! I was nearing the end of season two of a tv show, but I fell asleep and it auto played the last 2-3 episodes of the season. When I signed I I could see it played all but like the last minute of that seasons finale. I go to the episodes and all of a sudden the last 2 episodes of the season are now rental only! So I say fine… I’ll skip ahead. Well the first season of the next episode is somehow rental now. I’m in the episodes tab, I see the rest of the next season is free. I’m annoyed but I turn on episode 2 of season 3… well I accidentally closed the app… now that’s a rental! I say fine I’ll start the series over. Now all of season 1 is suddenly a rental! It’s really hard to write this review without profanity… no company that implements dynamic pricing should get ANY of our business. Especially in this manner!! I plan to fully unsubscribe and make my purchases on a different platform.

    Glitches are terrible. I rewind 10 seconds and it takes me to the beginning of the episode and makes me rewatch the ads. Knowing Amazon that’s probably a feature not a bug.

    Can’t turn off Subtitles. This app is so annoying. Every time I watch something on it, the subtitles show up. I turn off subtitles multiple times and they keep showing up. This is ridiculous. This bug needs to be fixed ASAP

    Forcing password reset. This stupid app won’t let me sign in on my new iPhone. Even though I’ve signed in on the regular Amazon app and signed in to Amazon and Prime Video through the browser, for some reason I have to change my password to use this app and only this app. So, basically, I won’t be using Prime Video on my iPhone.

    If you let them, they will. I’m constantly annoyed at the time limit to watch movies you pay for. Why? Can’t I at least watch it one time through without a stopwatch ticking in the background. I’m sorry, but with a busy life sometimes you can’t do avatar in one sitting. Oh well, I guess I just have to PAY AGAIN? Why do they do this? It makes more money and people let them. I’m never buying movies on Amazon again. This is just like the late return fee scams back in the day except it’s all digital now, it costs them nothing, so double gross scammy grifting. Every dollar counts when you want an ultra yacht. IMO

    Subtitles & buying while I already have subscription.. There are no English subtitles and some anime recently from the Crunchy Roll subscription. Also I pay a subscription and you don’t let me see the finale episode of some anime for weeks unless I buy the episode and I already pay for the subscription.

    Mystery charges that linger. The only way of getting rid of 38$ monthly charges is literally closing my bank account. Even the customer service woman couldn’t find out where these charges are from but somehow these charges find my account. Fun part is I don’t even have prime yet get charged for it anyway… twice!

    terrible. when i start a show: ad. when i navigate to where i fell asleep: ad. even though i literally just watched 2 ads already, seconds of the show goes by and runs into the designated ad time i i have to watch another ad!!!! it took me 7 flipping minutes from tapping the app icon to start watching the show i wanted. AND I PAY FOR THIS!

    AI Search Beta Ruined the App. I got thrown into some test group and now I can’t search for titles. They completely removed the search icon. My only option is to use “ai search” that they replaced it with, which takes you completely out of the app and searches across all platforms and then gives me the option to pay for a subscription I already have. I’m not scrolling to find the title I want so I guess I just won’t use the app. Brilliant roll out 🙄

    AI sub optimization. Jeff just had to get his hands on the new buzzword technology and implement it where it wasn't needed. The new "AI" search function serves no function outside of making search times longer. There's zero reason for it.

    Doesn’t work on iPad. I have had prime for years and stream it regularly at home via fire stick. However, I am wildly disappointed that the app doesn’t seem to work on my iPad Pro 12 inch (yes, the iPad and Prime app are both updated and yes, the Wi-Fi signal is very strong). I am able to utilize all of my other streaming apps just fine from this device in my current location - but not Amazon Prime Video, which is the only one that doesn’t work and I’ve attempted multiple times over multiple days. Tired of giving Bezos my money for garbage that doesn’t work.
