   Incessantly Begging for Reviews. Looking for an easy app to use for recording voice memos, this app’s UX is currently designed around the team’s desire to flash the “usefulness” of their app. At launch, the app will display a collage of high user ratings. Then, as you click through the app, pop-ups soliciting for reviews will come up time and again. This is a visually noisy app and you’re better off sticking with macOS’s own Voice Memos.

   Why does app even exist?. I can’t see a single feature this app does better than the built in app. Why would anyone want or develop this? And cation - the 3-day trial ending auto-subscribes you for a year!

    Recording gone!. Don’t purchase this app unless you don’t care if your recordings disappear. I recorded a meeting and didn’t save it right away. When I got home it was gone!

    No way to get help. I was trying to organize the voice memos into a folder. I selected all of the voice memos I had and chose the move option. I created a new folder to move them to, and when I hit move, all of the files disappeared from the main menu, but did not show up in the Folder I created. This should’ve been a very simple and straightforward process, but it was not. There is no way to go back and retrieve any of them that I can find, and I cannot find any folder on the phone or in the cloud that has the files. Extremely disappointed to lose all of my valuable voice recordings, and there is no one to call or email to get help with it. This app has been an absolute nightmare.

    What am I paying for?. This app records well and that’s about it. Transcribe is iffy. Consistently asked the language, there should be a way to store it. App stalls skips transcription of large parts of a recording. This app needs work. Needs to be user friendly and way less clunky. Also stop asking me to rate the app every touch I make in it, super annoying.

    Disappointed. I downloaded this app specifically for its advertised transcription feature, but unfortunately, it did not work at all. The transcription was either completely inaccurate or didn’t appear. I wasted a lot of time trying to get it to work, and there's no helpful support or instructions. Very disappointing—definitely not what was promised.

    DO NO SIGN UP FOR FREE TRIAL!!!! Terrible app and fraudulent billing!!!. I signed up for a three day free trial. I only really had two days to cancel. I signed up for the regular service, but was charged for premium. And I was not given any options for refund no matter who I spoke to. Do not get this app you will be billed fraudulently!

    Asks for a review. ALL THE TIME. I’d rate this higher but every time I go to use it I get a pop up asking for a review so here it is . I paid for this app only to get pipe up ads worse than playing one of those slot games

    Where did my recordings go?. I had this app since my first born in 2022 and had precious recordings from when he was a newborn to now. I opened the app today and now I have to have a subscription to access them? I really hope they’re still there or I’ll be devastated.

    Horrible...do not waste your money. This app did not transcribe more than 5 minutes of an hour long recording. Multiple attempts to transcribe post recording... same... no transcription

    Not Worth The Money. The sound is really good, but it’s easy to lose entire recordings because you changed the name of the recording before clicking save first. I clicked to edit the title then clicked save and the recording deleted. It’s not reliable, you will likely lose a receding at some point.

    Unreliable. My subscription is active until 2025. I used the app several days ago. Tonight when I needed to use it, it would not record. So I had to use another app. This is not the first time the app has not worked and I had to switch. If you need 100% dependability, this is not the app to use, especially for the money.

    Aweful. VERY disappointed that you can’t even try the app without signing up for a free trial & subsequently subscribing??!! I have a voice memo app on my iPhone, but I was interested in this one for the transcribing feature and if worth it, I would’ve subscribed for it, but I’m not being forced to sign up for an app before even getting to try it out!! I understand there’s a free trial but too many apps charge before the auto renewal date so I’m not signing up for anything without even knowing if the app is worth it!!!
