   All basic outfits, you should add a style setting to make the clothing be the people’s styles. Doesn’t make streetwear/alt outfits with my clothing, all basic outfits no layering

   Dysfunctional and they Do NOT Care. For 82 F degree weather, this system recommends wool pants, long sleeve pullover sweaters AND cardigans. This would give one the medical malady heat stroke and possibly unalive the wearer. They do this constantly. Their excise is there are “climate or weather fluctuations” so they base it on the average temperature during the day and also whoever are all sleep. Why include bedtime weather in an app about Ching outfits for you? We will never have a weather fluctuation as we will be sleeping not wearing a n outfit but pajamas. Their app is completely dysfunctional since it averages temperature including when in bed the coldest part of the sleep cycle when we will NOT be wearing their chosen Outfits. For this app to recommend wool, cashmere, sweaters even knit in 82 degree temperature I makes it useless. Until they fix their weather they use to base outfits to daytime weather when the outfits are woen or evening up until say midnight. But stop including weather when we are all in bed. We don’t be wearing guide outfits sleeping when temperatures are lowest I’d say.

   Used to be good but now broken. Recommendations used to be good but now it just does the same 3-4s clothes from my 80+ wardrobe. Please fix this and I’ll raise the review. I used to find great and interesting combos but now it’s just the same few clothes. New AI assistant broke the recommendations I think.

   Decline in Outfit suggestions. I used to enjoy my outfit suggestions from acloset, however in the recent year, I have been constantly getting weather inappropriate outfit suggestions (ie. summer dresses or linen pants with winter tops) or just generally strange layering; wish there was a better way to improve the outfit feedback and suggestions here

   The app no longer is what it used to be. It used to be so easy to find items on websites now it’s only websites they let you look on. This app was uselful for my job and now I gotta find another app to use for work. This is frustrating

   I didn’t get beans after I updated the app. This is a good app for clothes but… when I joined this app it showed me I would get 30 beans when I update the app but never got them! So now there’s no way to get beans pls give my beans! Thank u for your time have good day!

    Used to be good. :(. When I first downloaded the app months ago, it was perfect and easy to use and the navigation of the app was great. Now, they've done several updates which make it difficult to use, added unnecessary features, and overall made it bad. I wish they would've kept it as is since it was perfect! :(

    Sad to Go. I do not normally leave negative reviews, but as someone who has been using Acloset for the past 3 years, I am sad to say I will no longer be supporting/subscribing to Acloset after this most recent update. For a company who wants to keep clothing out of landfills, the excessive use of AI is contradictory to your mission to help the environment. AI is harmful to the environment, using high energy and water consumption in order for it to run. Even if you did want to use their AI services, you would need to pay for it with their in-app currency. Not only that, but even as a paid user you get pop-ups asking you to refer your friends. I used to reccomend Acloset to my friends, but I don't think I will be doing that anymore. Thank you for creating what was once my favorite app. I have since moved over to another app called SimpleCloset, which is a fantastic alternative-- and the best part is that you can pay a one time fee instead of a subscription-based model! There's also dark mode, you can view your closet offline, and a bunch of other things I like more. I had to download 200+ images from Acloset manually since there isn't an export option, but with SimpleCloset there's an option to export everything if you wanted to. Now I just need to move over all my calendar data..

    MAXIMUM ONLY AT 100 CLOTHES. I wish there was a warning message indicating the 100-item clothing limit. Also, the automatic background remover is kinda bad—possibly because the camera’s aspect ratio doesn’t match the intended framing when taking photos of the item

    Greedy Business !!!. Moved over to making you pay monthly/yearly when it used to be free. Greedy! App is buggy, paid for a subscription-never updated but put a charge on my card. App is still saying free but took the money. Please look at different apps. There are way BETTER OPTION!!!!

    THIS APP IS NOT FREE. I legit have spent 3 days taking pictures of all my clothes after 90 WITHOUT NO WARNING OR TELLING ME PRIOR TO THIS It poped up with an “you’ve exceeded your limit and to add more it’s 89 DOLLARS ARE YEAR. Im so annoyed the app was really good until that happened. 🙄🙄 A little warning would have been nice!!!

    Too Expensive. I miss and loved when the app was free :/ I understand to sustain the app they needed to charge people, but I think it's too expensive. I have been using the app since around 2020/21 so over the years i've accumulated a lot of clothing pieces. Now i cannot add anything or make any changes without subscribing to the premium plan because I already have 500 items on there. I feel like my years using the app were wasted and I think it would be more reasonable if they charged like $5 a month instead of $10 or instead of a subscription you just pay a one time fee for a lifetime of use. I loved this app for years but stopped using it because I was so disappointed.

    Glitchy. Want to love it but it’s amateur hour over here. The packing function resets the date to the current date no matter how often you try to update it or delete a trip to make a new one. For those of us who travel for work a lot this makes the app pretty useless. Also frustrating that there’s no customer service email or contact, just a Google form they ask you to fill out with no space to actually describe the issue you’re having, you just submit the Google form into a black hole and never hear back. Had I known, I would not have spent any money on this app.

    Used to like it before they charged in app. I will admit there are a bunch of really nice and useful features this closet app has over others I’ve used, but I will be moving to another one. They have now started to limit the free version to only 100 pieces which is so annoying. They keep it “free” in the App Store to entice you then charge mandatory in app purchases. Just give me ads to make up for revenue or charge a one time fee straight away. I do think your product is good enough but definitely not for a subscription. Very disappointing.

    Bug Ridden. Error with adding multiple items to closet. Error with creating account. Error with AI analyzing clothes. Waste of time all around.

    Takes to long to load. Everytime im trying to sign up its not working. After i press join it loads for a minute or two than doesnt work. Ive been trying all day long but its getting very annoying. Please do something about this. Im planning on deleting it. Do better.

    Worked fine until the latest update. Been using this app for about a year. Used to do what it's supposed to. The outfit suggestions were acceptable and I like seeing the CPW and times worn. Then the latest update dropped and now I can't view my closet. It's stuck on the loading screen and says "no connection" no matter what

    Waste of time. I wish it told you before starting that you only get 100 free items in your closet. After 3 hours of inputting clothes, it says you have to pay monthly to add more and keep your clothes. I wish I could just pay once for more space, but with the subscription, you are going to lose all of your hard work eventually.

    No longer free. So now you add AI and all of a sudden there’s a subscription? I had 127 clothes and now I can’t do anything because now there’s a paywall for anything more than 100. I will never support an app who limits the main feature and blocks it with a subscription service.

    Paywall after loading so many items. Darn I wish I’d realized there would be a charge after I put in so much time to log my clothes. What a waste of my time. If it was a one time charge I would pay it, but I will not be paying for a subscription.

    Please keep the secondhand market. I actually have sold many things on your market. I understand that as an app, you aren’t making a profit, but you should push the market harder and do in-app payments so that A-Closet can make a profit from the sales. Maybe charge a small buyer or seller fee. I loved selling on your platform. And if you want to integrate AI, you can do AI suggestions of items that are in the secondhand market. But PLEASE don’t get rid of the market. I love selling on A-Closet. I will change my review if you can take my suggestion
