   Alarm is terrible. Can’t figure out how to use the alarm. It’s not intuitive at all. And it appears if you can figure out how to use it, you have to set the alarm for how many hours from that moment you want the alarm to go off. You can’t set a time in the morning. I wish i had my $3.99 back.

   Unusable. Crashes constantly.. The app doesn’t work. It just crashes over and over again. I want my money back.

   AirPlay Doesn’t Work. AirPlay has stopped working. Dealbreaker. The “Contact Us” button in the app Settings does nothing , so you can’t tell them. I’ve moved to a new app.

   Not a good app for an alarm clock. My wife has used this app for years for white noise while we're sleeping, and it does work very well for that. I recently downloaded the app on my new iPhone to use it as an alarm clock & have had nothing but trouble. The sound type keeps changing for some unknown reason and for 3 days in a row I get a dog barking alarm that goes off at 9:00am that I never setup & don't know how to remove! So aggravating.

   Unreliable don’t waste your money. It used to be a good app. This app is now useless. Do not pay for the upgraded version as it will be money down the toilet. It has not been updated for two years, which is sad. I paid for the paid version. Wish I could get my money back. Hate it when app developers have a good app, get you to turn over your cash for upgrades and then they ditch the app and run with your money. I go to bed with it running in the foreground and screen on like it says to do. The alarm never fires when it’s supposed to and when I looked to see why I find the app has moved itself to the background and shut the alarm off or I set the alarm for 8am and 30 seconds after I set it it starts firing. What good is that? Last night I decided to forget trying to use the alarm since it never works anyway and just decided to play cricket sounds. It did great until 4:30am, then for some reason just stopped. I looked at the app, it appeared to have the same settings I went bed with and should have been doing cricket sounds but no. I swiped the app off the main screen in disgust and as soon as I swiped it away the crickets started again. I gave up and just shut the app down completely. It’s a big fat tease because there are sounds on here I can’t get anywhere else but I can’t use them because the stupid app decides when the alarms will fire in the middle of the night or when the sleep sounds will be turned off to ruin my night of sleep. 🤬

   Cant even open the app 😡. I literally just bought this app like 3 minutes ago and cant even open it because it crashes and closes the moment i click on it! Totally unacceptable! The whole reason I decided to buy it was because the other sleep machine thats i been using drains my battery incredibly at night, so I figured maybe one of the apps that cost a few dollars will perform better and right out of the gate im totally unimpressed! I will certainly be reaching out to the app developers for either a solution or a refund because im not the one to be player with!

    Don’t buy it’s for the alarm clock feature. Purchased for the alarm clock feature. I HAVE NOT used the noise machine part. I just wanted an alarm clock that slowly fades in. I used the feature as directed, with the app running in the foreground before locking. Didn’t go off. Alarm turned itself off. Almost made me late. Also will turn itself off if you try to listen to music. Very weird glitch for something as simple as a clock. I would like my money back.

    App Keeps Shutting Off. I play this app every night, all night. It's now shutting down after a minute or two. Very frustrating.

    Recently changed!!!. I bought this app about 7 years ago & have loved it, but a couple of months ago it updated and I can no longer save my sound settings that I paid for when I bought the app. Looking for a nee sleep app now since this one no linger meets my needs.

    Sound abruptly stops. The app has abruptly stopped at three different times within the last week during the night. The sudden silence wakes me up. Please fix.

    Update made it worse. Have used this app every night for almost 10 years. The latest update has really ruined it, as I now have to re-select the sound mix each time I open the app. Not sure why they changed the core functionality. Have started to look for a replacement.

    Great app ... once.. The developers have so mucked this app up. First, you could not return from the alarm page to the sound page. Second, in the last update, it no longer remembers your settings. I hate it. I have used this app for sleeping for years, and now it may be headed to the dustbin. Did Microsoft take it over? I feel like I am downgrading with every update.

    Aweful...can I get my money back?. App has clearly not been updated in a long time, so must not be compatible with newer versions of iOS. The various menu sections all have a “done” button to get you back to the main menu, but the button doesn’t work. So the only way back is to kill the app and start over again. Useless.

    Updated now doesnt work right. I did the update to 4.1 and now the back button doesn’t work. I wrote to support several times and no response. Since it took 4 yrs for the first update I have to assume they won’t fix this for a long time. Used to be my favorite app until they screwed it up. If it doesn’t work right then why have it! “(

    Used To Work Great But. This was a fantastic app and I used it for a couple of years. Suddenly, when creating or updating an alarm, the app hangs up and the back button stops working, preventing me from utilizing the alarm function. I’ve emailed support twice to no avail. Don’t waste your time or money on this app. There is zero support.

    Not Working No Updates. This app use to a must have. There unfortunately have been zero updates to allow the app to work with improved mobile technology. As of 2020 this app is no longer working. Do not waste your money. There are other newer apps on the market.

    This is July 3, 2020 and the app does not work.. The app was last updated in 2015. There’s a number of features that do not work. On several screens you can’t press the “done” button to close the screen. On the share button a window pops up that is gobbledygook and ghost images. You can’t select a recipient to share and you can’t close the window. For these features it is only possible to close and reopen the application.I tried to fix these problems by deleting and reinstalling the application and restarting my iPhone. However you can use the application, create and save new mixers and load a mix you’ve saved however you can’t close the window on the “SAVE” screen so you can only do that once then you’ll have to close and restart the application. I tried to send the developer an email using the email address that is shown on this page but my email was rejected because it said I didn’t have access. So you can’t contact the developer.

    Back button broken. Great app, but poor app maintenance. Please fix the back button. Restarting app is frustrating.

    Maybe time for an update.... When I go into timer/alarms or settings I am unable to select done in the upper left screen when finished. I am just stuck in that selection of the menu unless I restart the app.

    Quit working. It randomly quit working, quit making sounds. Just shuts down.
