   Can’t restore purchases. I got a new phone and now I can’t restore my purchase. The app bugs out and crashes when attempting to play any of the free sounds.

   Ruined. AVOID! I used it for years… but suddenly they made the app inoperative. When I re-downloaded it most of the sounds were gone. So now I have to pay them $16 for sounds I formerly got free? What a bunch of conniving thieves.

   Useless premium upgrade & no instructions on how to use. Bought the upgrade and nothing happened. When I tried to use the tools (after I had to search how to do it!) all it did was show me a page that said I have the premium upgrade membership. Not one darn thing else. I deleted the app, restarted my phone, downloaded the app again and it was just the same thing even a day later. I emailed support and got the typical auto reply. Then nothing. So, I don’t have time to waste on this. I deleted it and cancelled my subscription. It would be a good idea to maybe consider fixing these issues so those who purchase premium, will be able to actually use the perks vs. just having pages pop up that says the premium upgrade was purchased. Good luck if you choose this app.

   Pay to win knock off. You only get like 5 sounds with the app the rest are very expensive when you can just use something else also they don't have white noise like most people prefer so I would say just use like something else

    Such a waste. In my groggy state I made the ignorant decision to purchase the pay to play “sounds”. While the app has a pretty cool intention of mixing the sounds you like the $20 add on is total garbage. They loop WAY too often and it’s not worth it. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

    Waste of Money. I paid $19.99 for the mega pack and didn’t even get a bunch of the sounds that appear on my screen. And a lot of the ones I did get certainly don’t seem to be designed to help a person fall asleep. I’m super disappointed and wish there was a way to get my money back. I still didn’t get my money back and I still don’t have all the sounds I paid for. Rip-off as far as I’m concerned. Deleting the app.

    Keeps crashing with latest version of ios17. First off this app was awesome when it came out. I’ve had the old version of this app since 2012. I PURCHASED the lifetime to get rid of the ads at the time and so I could use all the extra functions and sounds. Now you decided to make it a yearly/monthly subscription and us early adopters are just left hanging in the wind. Now, you’ve changed the name (instead of sleep pillow it’s SLEEP SOUNDS by sleep pillow), want us to pay more money, and nothing I do can get it to work now. I’ve used this app to help me sleep for a long time and now when in open it the app just crashes and closes itself out. DO NOT PURCHASE. Unless the developer restores all of our purchases I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS DEVELOPER AGAIN. Look at the most critical reviews. Many people mention this problem.

    Disappointing/ Bad costumer service. I decided to pay for the upgrade but I never was able to get the upgrade sounds. When I reached out to the customer service they never got l back to me! They stole my money and I’m very disappointed.

    Doesn't support Airplay. The sounds are great. But if you use Airplay in your bedroom you are out of luck this app will not use your high dollar carefully considered bedroom speakers. Instead it will insist on using more primitive connections. Seems like an obvious oversight not to include airplay compatibility.

    Worthless after update. I used to use this app all the time and I just got a new phone and the newest updates to this app don’t let you use any of the old functionality without paying an insane amount of money. I still have the old version on my iPad and it’s so sad I can’t access it on my phone, it was the only thing that helped me sleep.

    Formerly great. I paid for sleep sounds. I bought it because I wanted to support the developers for their efforts, and because it wasn’t a subscription and I only needed the most basic functionality, I thought it would be good to buy it once and have it forever. Now it’s got a handful of recorded sounds I hate, no white noise, and my old version immediately crashes when you launch it. Well, I guess they showed me what I get for trusting them. If any developer out there is wondering why your users are afraid to pay for apps, it’s garbage like that.

    I paid for all sounds and it won’t restore. This company regularly reproduce the exact same app with slightly different name. Previous app crashes and new one won’t restore. It happens every other year. It happened before, it is doing it again, and it will do it again. They did not respond to email. Don’t buy.

    All gone!. I purchased every sound with rain and the ocean and loved the different mixes I could create to sleep to for $20. Recently, as I traveled and went to use my ocean sound mixes, I noticed that I no longer had access to them. They’re not even there to choose from let alone purchase again. I thought the purchase was for as long as I had an account with the app. Very disappointed & feel as though I was ripped off. I used a different Free app!

    Was great but now wants $. This app was great until they changed it. Now you have to pay for anything more than a basic few sounds. My old version no longer works, crashes when I try to open it. Apple now has white noise included in their accessibility settings and it’s FREE. Bye sleep pillow 👋🏻

    Easy to use. I was looking for an app that would be easy for my elderly mother (93 y/o) to use. It needs to be ad free no matter how much it costs. I was specifically looking for water sounds. I read many reviews (always start with sorting “most recent” and look at one star reviews) and tried three apps. After several nights with each, I chose Sleep Owl and paid a one-time price of $20 for an extensive set of all available sounds. There were cheaper packages, but I pay more than this for one meal at a Thai restaurant and this bought me more than 200 sounds. Sleep Owl is very stable and has a very intuitive UI. It uses photos to show what the sound will be, so mom doesn’t need to find her glasses. She can mark sounds as favorites which will show up in a sort option. Also we went through and selected different combinations of three sounds to save together, such as two different rain patterns with ocean waves lapping gently. There are several affirmations available and this would be a good place to use them. Each sound can have the volume adjusted independently. But I wasn’t a fan of their chosen affirmations, they seemed blunt and the rhythm of speaking was odd. Sleep Owl sorts sounds into categories, such as water, win/fired, animals, urban (cars, trains, coffee house), brain waves, gentle music, several others including a heartbeat to use for infants. Surprisingly, the selection of white noise, pink noise, brown noise, etc is limited to just two options. But there are 7 wind chimes and temple bells! Lots of fans available, 2 fish tanks, radio static hiss, scuba diver, airplanes droning. Mom loves this app and wants to tell everyone about it! I am now using Sleep Owl myself instead of MyNoise which I bought because it can be calibrated to counteract tinnitus (look on their website). MyNoise is now a monthly subscription and also it works best with headphones or earbuds which I don’t like to sleep with.
