   Doesn’t work properly. It always asks me subscribe everyday and Im Already Subscribed. I have to unsubscribe and resubscribe for 2027 in 2026 to access my 2026 plan I already paid for!!! It’s frustrating to say the least. Make THAT MAKE SENSE. There are better apps out there that tailor the workout to your goal. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE and no customer support to resolve issues

   This app sucks. I wish that I could give it 0 stars from what this app did. Female fitness after only 3 days of having my personal plan to gain more muscle tried to make me pay for it and I was informed that that part of the app was free I am really mad and don’t like this app at all anymore. The app workouts were ok and could do some improvement and I really don’t think I should have to pay to feel better and look better. I don’t recommend this app it is the worst I have had so far.

   Forced subscription. They have forcibly subscribed me to pay over $60 for this app when I did not approve the sale. Trying to contact anyone or change the settings is impossible within the app.

    Fake. I got this app and everything was free at first. It was great. I loved it then it asked me to read it so I give it five stars after I raided it five stars it started making me pay for every single thing like I couldn’t do a single workout without having to pay for it.

    I can’t believe it!!!!. This app at first was really great for me!! I loved it and tryed it out on the first day and then the next day when i went to go do my workout it made me pay for the rest of the time I use it!!! It expected me to pay $ 69.99 a year!!!! I immediately deleted this app and was SO frustrated and disappointed. So if you get this you will HATE it !!!!!!

    No support Buyer Beware. Buyer Beware, Awful app with no support! Jumps you around to their website which has no visible support path. Purchased this app from my iPhone and went to use it on my iPad. It makes you go through all the steps again and will not sync to use. Cancelled the subscription. Unfortunately they are not refunding and I have an app on my iPhone which is RIDICULOUS to do a workout from for an entire year.

    Forced Payment. I was excited about signing up for a free trial to see if I liked this app and it forces you to pick a subscription option in order to do the free trial - no biggie as that is extremely common nowadays. However, once I picked a subscription, it signed me up for the subscription and charged me immediately. Now I’m feeling stuck with an app that I don’t know that I’ll even like.

I had for only two days doing the “free” arm and stomach workouts just to find out you have to pay to do more workouts it’s so stupid, just go on YouTube at this point because all apps are thirsty and just want money. 1/10 don’t even bother getting this app.

    Dont get it. The workouts are super generic, there is no way to track workouts that you do outside of the app. The program it gives does not seem like it’s personalized, it’s the same workouts every time with no alternation between leg days and upper body or core. It’s just an awful way to spend money and time. It’s just overall underwhelming. Also no way to get your money back. I didn’t get a free trial offer so I just payed for the year after seeing some good reviews but I made a mistake with that and now I can’t contact anyone to get a refund. Do yourself a favor and just get the NTC app it’s so much better and it’s free.

I never even bought the yearly subscription I was using the free trial and I canceled it the same day I signed up for the free trial cause I didn’t like the app. Well they ended trying to charge me 37.98 for a yearly subscription that I never even signed up for. I don’t have money on my card cause of this charge that comes through 10 times a day Ana I’m not paying for something that I didn’t even sign up for this app is so stupid. So I advise you all so not get the free trial cause they will charge you for a year afterwards if you cancel the trial before it ends. It’s all about the money and they lie about people getting the subscriptions they are just adding them.

    You shouldn’t pay for a long and healthy life. Loved the concept of this app but I don’t think it is right to have to pay for having a long and healthy and happy life. I am saying having the ability to workout should be accessible to everyone not just the people who pay for it. I understand you want profit so make some features you have to pay for but don’t make the overall workout experience and the healthyness and happiness of human beings something you have to pay for
