   Stop making me rate every single workout!!!. It’s infuriating!!! I’m just trying to pick my next video but instead you make me click like ten buttons to get out of the video I just finished!!!

   Annoying. Cannot even create an account. It keeps telling me to fix my email. I used 4 different ones. Weird.

   Location. I previously used this app and the locations for the workouts were very appropriate like yoga overlooking an ocean scene. Now it looks like they are working in someone’s basement on a cement floor with the walls painted white. It looks cheap and is distracting compared to other fitness apps that the workouts are in a gym setting. Also the training is not as good as it used to be. The trainers jump right into the workout with no warm up or cool down. That can cause injuries. I have the pro version and tried to cancel it but am stuck for a year. Waste of money! Do not recommend.

   Lost Chromecast Functionality. Loved this app but it no longer works with Chromecast on iPhone (they switched casting function from AirPlay to Screen Mirroring). Watching on a tiny iPhone is NOT worth paying for…. Contacted support who insisted it was my devices or network, despite Chromecast working perfectly fine with literally every other app I own besides this one (make that make sense?). Disappointed I discovered this all right after my subscription renewed. I will NOT be renewing again, and the lack of support makes me hesitate to recommend to anyone else. Plenty of other workout apps that will cast fine to my devices (including YouTube).

   Multiple Accounts. I’d like to be able to have multiple accounts on the tv app. Am I also allowed to ask for categories based on morning, afternoon, or evening workouts as separate categories.

   App not working. The app will not load up. Not sure what’s going on. This is one of the best apps ever. I recommend it to everyone.

   BEWARE!!!. So my mom recommended this app to me. Saying it was free . Not only does it throw upgrade flyers I. Your face at every turn and ads .but the scarier part I thought was interesting is that they had a rehab exercise section for lower back pain. I thought since I had been in a car accident in January. This might be a good option. Well it wouldn’t let me start the program unless I entered insurance. So I added my old insurance policy. And then it let me access it. At no point did it verify that the insurance would have coverage for any of this. And there’s a disclaimer at the bottom that you will accept any and all fees if you’re insurance doesn’t pay for this. I’ve worked in dental insurance before and the moment you have insurance, they’ll generally bill you three times the amount of a self-pay cost. This disclaimer allows them to bill you whatever they deem necessary. But making you feel covered because you have insurance. THERES NO prices LISTED ANYWHERE FOR WHAT THESE rehab exercises cost and you don’t even get to see what it entails. This essentially places no cost ceiling . without giving any sort of price transparency they can BILL YOU WHATEVER THEY WANT. I would also recommend you read all their terms in agreement and consent forms because it does allow them to auto bill you for those things!! It’s super SKETCHY AND DISHONEST PRACTICE.

   Bring back casting to TV. This app is useless on a tiny phone screen. Please bring back casting for ALL levels of accounts. I used to use this daily but now I’m ready to delete my account and the app. 😡

   App will not let me sign up. I downloaded the app and got an error message saying my email was invalid. I would like to try the app but have been unable to create and account because the app does not recognize a Gmail account.

    Loved this app for years but not working anymore. I’ve had FitOn for 4+ years and loved it. Unfortunately, as of today, the app refuses to work. The app keeps insisting I do not have internet access (incorrect: I am connected to the internet), while my daughter, who has a previous version of the app, has no issues. I’ve tried to contact FitOn, but the bot on their Contact Us does not understand the simplest message (“app not working”). No phone number for support (unless you’re a Medicare patient or a corporate entity). Sorry, FitOn, the love affair may be over.

    Issue With Photos. I am having an issue with taking photos. Would I try to take it in portrait mode? It’s landscape mode and when I try to take it landscape it takes it as portrait. I’m not sure what’s going on, but can you please fix it? I would also like to add progress photos whenever instead of it being after a workout and I would also like the option for my progress photos to be private and not shared with the community.

    Not for me. Have to pay to project the app to my dumb tv with an HDMI cable. Deleted immediately.

    Really, celebrities??. What an awful thing to see first thing when I click on the info for this app in the App Store. I don’t know why some companies think that having celebrities endorse their product will draw new users. For a lot of us, it comes off as gimmicky and is a HUGE put off. The average Hollywood celebrity has WAY different values than I do. Not to mention that they’re overprivileged and out-of-touch.

    STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE! Continues to charge!. Another year, another fraudulent charge. This credit card is not on file with anyone provider, yet FitOn continues to charge it! How do you have my personal credit card information on file? Canceled the App / Subscription still got charged for renewal! Tried to reach out and only got the chat bot.

    Paid for pro- casting to tv barely ever works. It’s so frustrating paying for an app and basic features like casting rarely work. It often takes 10-15 mins to fiddling around with it to finally cast. And sometimes longer so I usually give up after wasting 20 mins. I won’t be renewing my subscription.

    AirPlay doesn’t work. The main reason I pay for the subscription is to use the airplay feature. Airplay no longer works, so what’s the point? I love the content but the app itself is very frustrating.

    No renewal notice. Edit: I answered their response as requested, and they never followed up with me. Will never recommend. Beware, if you subscribe via their website to get a deal, they will charge you without sending a reminder email first. I also couldn’t get into my account because the password reset emails never showed up. And when I emailed support about being charged with no reminder email, they canceled my subscription but wouldn’t refund the charge. So I’m out $30 I needed for groceries.

    Frustrated. I have done workouts on the tv using FitOn before but when I tried to do the code for the app on my phone the open app button covered the place to put the code

    Worthless Meal Plan. The meal plan feature is terrible on this app. The recipes are good, but there is not feature to change the settings to repeat meals or swap items. Every meal on everyday is different. Who has the time or money to eat that way?!? It also makes the shopping cart feature useless with over 100 items, it would lead to so much food waste to use this meal plan. Also just the general layout of this app is too much, hard to follow and ugly. There is not real option for more advanced, most of the workouts are under 20 minutes.

    Seems okay. Honestly seems like an okay app, and I still plan on testing free features. I was considering doing the subscription, until my one star reasoning came through. The fact that you have to be a premium member (and mind you this is not a one time payment) to cast to a TV (a function already built into the devices) is stupid. As well as needing the premium to connect / sync certain smart watch features. It’s unreal that I’d be paying to use my own phone and TV that I already paid for just to mirror it to my tv. Half of the listed premium features are simply them blocking your phone from doing something it could usually do. Not to mention, red flag number two, as I said this is not a one time payment. $130 a year is crazy. I’ll be looking for an app with better free features and a subscription more worth the money. This review will stay unless any of the above points are fixed.

    Wonkiest app ever!. This app is “supposed “ to work with BlueConnect in reporting my workouts. It does not! I have to delete my “recorded” workouts, then manually put them back in to get them to report to BlueConnect! I have called at least 20 times but get no results! It’s not 1999 people, make it fuquen work!
