   Trash app. Would give it less stars if I could, the app sends you in a circle over and over again you cannot link an account you cannot create a membership and unless you want to pay the highest price membership you cannot progress through the log in validation system. Wildly poor ui when the app just opens a web browser page in that also advertises to you for the app you are currently trying to use!!! Absolutely wild that this made it past any person on the dev team and is the model that apparently corporate wants to run with, pathetic!!!

   frustrated. never loads. on the loading screen 24/7 and it hasn’t been working ever sense i got it.

   Doesn’t work for me. I downloaded& deleted the app once and tried to re download because I’m interested in applying for the membership.. but I open the app and it just toggles .. like for over 30 minutes and nothing. I don’t want to get a membership now because I saw that this is how you key in the gym everyday. If I don’t have a QR code then how does that work? Yes I’ve tried deleting the app completely and re downloading and nothing.

   Not for me. First thing you have to do is join PF. Info on pricing plans that start at $15 (low end) then jump to $49 a year! With no info on cancelling a membership. I was suspicious on “free access” and I was right! Deleting the app now!

   Page won’t load. Everytime I tried to select login it recycles back to the “We are all strong” screen. VPNs and web security has web toggled off to test to no avail.

    👎🏼. Great staff but no space for mats unless you put it right next to equipment, no room to use medicine balls or bands. Weight training equipment blocks most of stretching area. No classes offered at my location

    High School Summer Pass. Used the High School Summer pass and it never actually worked, I spoke to the employees and they also did not know how to use it the app is extremely clunky and borderline useless

    Stupid Login Error!. Planet Fitness why do you constantly fail to help people log into their accounts??? I’ve been trying to login to my account, ive requested to receive a one time code via email and you never send it! I receive other emails from it but the verification code! Horrible login process!!!!

    App doesn’t load at all. I recently got the app and membership and my app and qr code loaded the first day but after that it just brings me to the loading screen and nothing loads. I’ve waiting for 20 minutes, updated the app, deleted it and reinstalled it and nothings working. Now the employees have to manually enter my phone number everytime I go and I can’t access the app.

    What is going on. My app don’t work it’s been loading for ever and it won’t load already tried deleting and installing again and didn’t work I got the app on my other phone for the summer pass and it didn’t work it was on this one

Was a member with planet for 2 years and I had to switch banks and I’ve been waiting for my new card/account so I went in for a day pass even though I’ve never ever used a day and on your website it says 1 free day pass which is false advertising, going to the gym next store instead… I didn’t know planet fitness was so money hungry….

    Doesn't load. The app never loads for me, I cannot use it. I've deleted the app and reinstalled numerous times, I've shut my phone down and back on as well. The app simply doesn't work.

    Planet Fitness App. This is the second time the app after an update has changed my email to an old email account from several years ago! Also very frustrating is that a user is unable to change email addresses within the app! Again, another frustrating point is that it will not accept the code supply PF in order to sign in, (because it has the wrong Email in the first place after an update) and keeps indicating it is the wrong code even when it is copied and pasted rather than typing! All in all it is pretty much a POS app that isn’t designed with the user in mind!

    Response to my review. I sent a review weeks ago. 5 days ago I was given a response that I just saw. I specifically wrote about a woman’s attire in the gym. I asked for a non generic response and I still received one. I mentioned that staff told me they are not allowed to tell her anything. And the response I got on my first review was “talk to management at the gym to address the issue”. I already did that. It seems corporate is blaming or handing off the blame to employees who have already told me they can’t address it because they have been told they can’t. Which is it? Still no answer from anyone. Still a generic reply.

    6.5.26. Update logs you out and will not let you log back in — even after sending a code it wants you to sign up again. Everyone checked in by phone number this morning.

    Trash app. Never had a problem until now. Back home from college and want to work out for free with the summer pass. I go to the app it's logged me out, which is fine so i go to log in and it's now prompting me to buy a membership even though i got the acceptable email for the summer pass. No matter how much I try, it pushes me to get a membership. So upsetting and now I can't even get into my actual account with the membership page popping up
