   Not free. I am looking for a free exercise program. This was advertised as free, but it is not!

   Failed shared. I downloaded app to phone and tablet and registered using my tablet. Will not allow me to login on my phone. When I fill out help message it is rejected so I can’t get any help.

   It’s a rip-off even if the content is good. The app didn’t meet my expectations with exercises that were too long and I hurt my neck after the first time use. I failed to cancel my free trial ( I know ). They then charged me almost $90. I never would have selected that plan even if I liked the app. My advice: deal with more ethical companies. A refund is being considered by Facebook after a lot of hassles, we’ll see how that turns out.

   Purchase Required. I asked for free tai chi. This one was not flagged as “In app purchase available” so I downloaded it. Purchase was required so I deleted it.

   I’ve been defrauded. I subscribed based on an ad saying I could get a year subscription for $29.99. I was charged $39.99 instead of $29.99. Apple has refused to make it right (denied my claim for a $10 refund and/or full refund with cancellation of the app). The developer of this app is defrauding people. If you subscribe, you may be charged more than you were supposed to be charged. You’ve been warned!

   Landscape View Please. I must admit upfront that I immediately deleted this app after seeing that it only could be viewed in portrait view. Please make it available in landscape view for those who don’t use a phone. Thank you for considering my opinion!

   Only works on one of my iPads & UGLY AI models. I HATE this App. Was refused a refund. Biggest waste of $60 ever! After my trial period ended, they started using bobbing-AI model heads on top of the fat bodies. Do ugly AI models cost less? Ick.

    There’s only one routine?!. Something wrong with the app?? My Internet connection is fast. I just now updated and no matter which workout I choose. I get the same one.

    Deceptive. This app shows a variety of people leading workouts. Instead you get one woman, seemingly running the video herself. Very choppy and difficult to maintain rhythm. She seemed to move camera during workout and edit in a very choppy way.

    Not free. Per reviews I understood you get a bad quality but free version to do Tai Chi. Nope, right away they asked even what you had last week dinner to hit you with a class fee of almost $60.00. BE transparent people and advertise your fees before you waste others time by downloading the tricky Apps.

    For cognitively impaired?. I’m 63, very fit, and used to tough workouts, but this app was ridiculous. Every move is explained in slow detail, then you’re told, “now you,” as if the whole thing was designed for the cognitively impaired. Instead of keeping me active, I spent more time waiting around than exercising. The glossy session photos suggest variety, but once inside it’s a robotic person on a mat, which gets dull fast. Honestly, it felt like a waste of time.

    No free content. I downloaded this app after reading some reviews & seeing that there was free content that you didn’t have to pay for to actually use the app. That is wrong!! There is no free content at all. There are no free to use apps for seniors to do some guided exercises. I just want to get back into shape without having to pay to even get started. That makes it even more difficult to get started! A 7 day free trial is not enough.

    No communication. I just had a yearly subscription renewed that I did not approve! Heck I had completely forgot about this app. I haven’t heard one word from them for a year! Not even a subscription renewal alert. Now I am trying to receive a refund! You need to do better!

    Not free. I have read all their responses about it not being free, which is rather disappointing when it doesn’t say so in the description of the app. All they need to do is put it in the description then people will know what to expect. Only three days without subscription.

    Awful. Have emailed company several times to cancel my account. I keep getting the same email stating that I need to go into the App Store and cancel my subscription. I explained to them that I do not see the app in my App Store so I can cancel my subscription. And I have repeated this and they still tell me to do the same thing over and over and over again.

    Only free for 3 days. They say free, but after 3 days you aren’t able to access workouts unless you pay money! I found a free workout on YouTube, so I deleted this app and using free videos instead.
