   Offering less and less and less. Just opened the app today, and instead of many classes to choose from, it shows me one. ONE.First live classes are gone, now this?! How am I supposed to discover new classes?! Going to start looking for other options.

   New interface. Hello! I love Glo! I’ve used it 90 precent of my mornings from January to today and the interface has changed a couple of times in the last few months and I’m ngl its making using the app harder than it is easier! I liked the way the way options for search were laid out before (clear, nice to look at, bubble categories) the list now is just more visually cluttered. I liked having more options to pick from when I opened the app, not just the one. I’m still going to use this app because I love it so much but I want to return to the old way the app worked 😭

   Single recommendation screen is not usable. Long term paid subscriber here. The newly updated start page that gives me a single recommendation is not usable. I actively liked seeing what was new and trending as well as multiple recommendations. There did not appear to be a way to reconfigure my start screen the way it was. Happy to change the rating if my concerns are addressed.

   Classes good, deceptive renewal practices. The app and yoga classes itself are very very good. HOWEVER. Beware that this company will not notify you of annual renewal (which is $245 as of this review) and that the website is incredibly deceptive - you can't actually cancel from the website, you have to reach out to support to get them to cancel your subscription. They do not give any straightforward way to cancel your subscription via app OR website. Look somewhere else if you want a business that doesn't engage in deceptive business practices.

   Ridiculously Expensive and Disappointing. I cannot believe how much the subscription price of this app costs for what you get. I’ve been a faithful FWFG subscriber for several years, and I thought I would try something different. Boy do I regret that choice. This brand of “yoga” is almost exclusively focused on the fitness part. The teachers offer very few prompts, and the classes offer little growth opportunity. I’ve used this app less than 10 times, and I subscribed back in January. I would honestly rather use YouTube than this app - even after paying for it. I tried requesting a refund back in January, just after the free trial, and I was refused. Never again. Save your money!

   WTF guys - NOT a great start. I’ve literally just gotten the app, paid for a 30 day subscription and nothing is working right. I can’t finish the BEGINNING videos because it cuts me off less than 2 minutes into them and throws me onto the subscription page- repeatedly. I tried to contact someone rather than place this review here, but was unsuccessful at any other avenue. Can someone do something or should I just ask for a refund for an app that refuses to work? I’d prefer an app experience that is pleasant than get my $$ back. Someone PLEASE HELP. PS. I’ve taken a screenshot of this review for backup purposes

    Super Buggy App. Great content, incredibly buggy app. I have not been able to attend the live studio classes a few times which is super frustrating and one of the main reason I became a subscriber.

    Never worked. I signed up and tried to access on my iPad it ‘transferred’ my membership to the iPad but wouldn’t work with my watch. So then I went back to my phone and it said it had to ‘transfer’ my membership to use on my phone. I hit ‘Yes’ and then nothing. I tried for weeks and updates and nothing. I wrote to them right away when it first was having issues and guess what…nothing. So I paid $30 for nothing. I suppose zen has no ending and no beginning so maybe this was what they were trying to teach me that I can pay and have no ending or beginning because there was nothing. Such a disappointment.

    App and website are extremely glitchy and customer service is unresponsive. I did a free trial and it expired and when I went to purchase the full membership is would not take any of my cards. I contacted customer service and the responses were unhelpful. They eventually stopped responding. I tried to cancel my account and the website won’t let me. It just keeps going back to the Home Screen and my account is still there. I created a second account to hopefully get the payment to go through and it did. But then when it was glitching out so much I decided to cancel that free trial and it won’t let me. How do I cancel my account so I don’t get charged if your app and website are broken!!!? rediculous

    Charged Again. They charged me again after saying they would issue a refund, because I had dropped the dispute in reaction to that promise. Very sneaky and untrustworthy, doesn’t care about maintaining a good reputation or servicing their customers without stealing from them. Reinitiating the dispute.

    Bad customer service. I used an offer I was sent for a yearly membership. At no point did I sign up to be automatically renewed for this. I got spammed so much by glow that the email started to go to my spam folder. Then, while I am transitioning job out of town for my first job in this new role, I was charged for a yearly subscription. This amount was way more original amount I paid and it was something that I never consented to. I then came home, found the email in my spam that they had said that they had sent me to. It didn’t ask me if I wanted it renewed, it just told me that it would. I find this unacceptable. And let their customer service have the opportunity to make this right with me. While I do not want the service right now., I do recommend it often to my clients. Moving forward, I will not be recommending a platform that takes money that people don’t have when they don’t consent to it. Then, when given the opportunity to make it right, they do not take it. They would rather lose a client, then refund the money so that my life can be easier and I can still pay my rent coming up.

    Beware!. This company misrepresents their cancellation policy. I signed up for their free introductory package and then due to an out of country trip did not see the notification that my trial had ended. They billed me for one year of service and when I contacted them to change to monthly they refused. When you sign up there is language that states “ you may cancel at any time” but they will not issue you a refund. I was told it was clearly stated in there disclosure form and it is - item number 25 near the bottom of a long document. What purpose do they have of attempting to retain payment? Any company that is this determined to retain customers in this way is not ethical.

    Not that great and poor customer service. I purchased an annual subscription of the app thinking I would love it but I just didn’t. I never used it and could have swore I canceled the subscription before deleting the app from my phone. I didn’t even use the app for a full hour in total. Fast forward a year later and I was charged for another year. I reached out to customer service asking them to please cancel my subscription because I never used it, thought I had cancelled, and couldn’t find any place on the app the cancel the subscription. They wrote back saying that they don’t offer refunds and that you have to log into the website to cancel, you can’t do it on the app. So I paid almost $500 to use this app for less than an hour. HIGHLY disappointed.

    Unusable broken login page. Impossible to use because the login page has serious problems, the layout jumps around when you tap the field to enter your login information and the keyboard never opens

    Not a good company. Customer service is located in another country and you can’t talk to anyone. They wouldn’t let me cancel my membership the same day it was coming out of my account. They told me I should have read the clearly stated form. Don’t deal with this company. They are not in it for their customers.

    Beware of this site. They will not give you a refund, even if you are injured.. I have tried to use this site. I am an older person, and I have struggled to find practices on this site that I can do safely. I got injured after doing just two practices, very short, slow practices, including one that is for aging parents. Two days and only two practices into the subscription, they will not refund me.

    App not working. I downloaded the app and tried to signup with Apple. I kept getting error messages that say, “Sorry! Please try again.” I tried multiple times and was finally able to signup for the seven day trial but the app didn’t recognize that I have the trial membership. I can only preview classes and not actually take a class. Needless to say, I am canceling the subscription.

    WORST customer service…USER BEWARE. I have been using Glo since 2017, and while their content is decent, the company itself is terrible. I canceled my annual subscription the day before it was set to expire but they claimed I didn’t cancel correctly (I disconnected my account from Apple AND emailed customer service) but this wasn’t sufficient. Soooooo, they charged me for an annual membership ($245 😳) and refuse to refund me because the subscription is non-refundable. But here is the best part: when I log into my account my membership IS expired and I have no access to the content. I paid $245 for a subscription that I have no access to. Attempts to contact the company have been unsuccessful. The only way to contact customer service is via email, which results in disjointed email threads when they do eventually email you back. I would NEVER recommend this company and would give them negative stars if I could.

    Bad experience not flexible. I have a new baby at home and didn’t get a chance to cancel before the 7 days trail ended. On the first day after the plan started, I contacted them right away explaining my situation and how this app won’t work for my schedule. They’re not flexible at all to try to accommodate. I even said I’m ok with charging me for one month or give me a partial refund but got denied again and again! One day late to cancel most companies will just refund you! Very disappointed so be sure you like it as they won’t refund you.

    Um what?. I subscribed to this app already and I’m trying to do a flow but it keeps telling me to do the flow I need to subscribe. I’m already subscribed… Tried this app again and was told I could sign up for a free 7 day trial and I did. After the 7 days I would be charged 30 dollars. I signed up and was immediately charged 75 dollars. This app is so shady idk why I keep trying to use it.

    Can’t schedule on-demand classes. I like to add on-demand classes to my calendar but for some reason the app is not allowing me to schedule ahead or add to my calendar. Please fix!
