   Appmageddon. FWFG trashed the app two months ago and started from scratch. The new platform is a disaster. The communication has been dismissive and fixes are nonexistent.

   Updates have made this almost useless. The updates have removed base functionality that users loved and used frequently. Support does not answer emails.

   Don’t bother without a subscription. There’s no way that I can find to filter or search for the free videos. And every video I’ve tried prompts me to subscribe before I can watch it. This is useless without signing up for the subscription.

   Nothing but problems. The app worked seamlessly for the last couple years, now nothing but problems whether using my Android device or my MacBook Pro. On the Android, videos will freeze, so it’s unusable. On my MacBook, I’m not even able to scroll the length of the page or see all my curated playlists I’ve spent the last few years making. The content itself is 5 stars, the app itself -5.

   Save your money. Don’t get the app, the app is garbage. Just do the videos for free on YouTube. The app is total garbage.

   New app made me cancel longstanding subscription. I cancelled my longstanding subscription a couple weeks ago because the new app is so bad on my [new and updated] iPad. Everything is weirdly sized…elements cover other elements during replay. Ugh. It’s such a shame! The content is so good! I understand the objective to create a bigger community focus, but the main purpose of this app is ultimately the easy and intuitive access of a large video library. I’m not sure what happened or what decisions were made during the revamp, but the app is now *less* useful and *less* intuitive than it was before with regards to its main purpose. That’s not good.

   New update broken (crash on opening). Please repair the new update. It crashes when it lowers. I just updated this app and it no longer works. I've tried everything. So sad

   Adrienne great, no support for app issues. I have been doing yoga with Adriene for several years and absolutely adore her videos. They are incredible and I have absolutely no complaints about the content. My issue is that I can’t turn the subtitles on the app off. I know how to do it, but when I select “none” the app still shows subtitles, which I find distracting to the point that I can’t use the videos on the app and have to go back to YouTube. I have tried erasing and redownloading the app, turning my phone off and back in again, selecting several different videos…nothing works. I contacted support and have received none.

    No one responds to help desk. I set up my acct and set up a plan on my calendar. The next day everything was gone. I reached out to help 4 days ago and no response. I had high hopes for this but I guess I’ll stick to YouTube.

    Crashes. Love the app and love Yoga with Adriene, but this last update messed up the app. I can’t open it at all on my iPad, it crashes immediately. I’m hoping they fix this soon, otherwise I’ll have to cancel my membership if I’m not able to use the app.

    Apple TV App - Can’t exit search!!!!!!!!. I love Adriene but seriously who built the Apple TV app? Once you select the search there is NO WAY OUT to the Home Screen. You’re stuck forever. It’s infuriatingly stupid.

    Disappointed. I have no complaints about the app or the instructor. In fact, I have loved using the app and taking the classes. Unfortunately, the Yoga with Adriene community and the instructor have become way to political this year. I practice yoga to relax, get away from politics, and the outside world. Even if I agree with the political statements being made, it’s still frustrating and no longer a relaxing and inclusive environment. I have now switched to other yoga apps and platforms that don’t bring stressful controversial topics into their yoga practices. Thank you for a great couple of years and all that I have learned.

    Want to support but new app is horribly glitchy. Videos don’t download easily, have to delete and redownload repeatedly. Yoga with Adrienne is great and I want to support, but it is far easier to use the YouTube channel! Please fix or redo!

    Aack-off line capability gone. I can’t access my downloaded content off-line!!! Please fix this, I don’t have cell/wi-fi 24/7. UPDATE: My downloads are GONE!! Every flipping time the app is upgraded I lose my downloads. Stop it!

    This version needs to be fixed now!. There is a certain situation you might want to look into. When I try to receive this months vlog, it does not show up on iPadOS. If I go to the web browser and login I can receive the Latest vlog. It also works just fine on iOS for the phone. It shows up in the app there. FWFG MEMBERS APP (The one with Benji) iPad OS version 7.0.3 (does not work) iOS Version 6.7.1 (does work) I did not update the iOS version. For fear that I won’t be able to watch the Vlog. Thank you, Joe I have multiple iPad pros. It works on another iPad Pro with the version 6.7.1

    Liked the old app better. Is anyone else having this issue? After the last update I can’t scroll videos in a series. It takes me back to first video. I tried to contact app support but it is extremely unfriendly. I can’t ask for help until I submit screenshots. I love the yoga but this app is extremely stressful

    Confusing upgrade tricked us into paying twice!. The app recently upgraded and we got an email saying we had to re log in and “renew” our subscription. We logged in and then it showed that we had to subscribe even though we’ve had a subscription for over a year. At this point I was ready to delete and cancel my subscription but my wife really enjoys the app so I trusted the email against my better judgment and subscribed again. This immediately charged my card and when I went to my Apple account I saw TWO active subscriptions. I cancelled the old one but that means there was overlap and basically we gave you thieves extra money. This is unacceptable and we followed the exact instructions from your email. I doubt I’m the only one getting scammed like this.

    New updates don’t work, poor customer service. I loved this app and content up until a couple of weeks ago. First, none of the content showed up for me, next, I was no longer able to log in. Within the app, there used to be a “forgot password” option and now it’s gone. I searched on the FWFG.tv site and reset it there, but it still doesn’t work in the app. I reached out to tech support and after several days someone got back to me, only to tell me that since they switched dev platforms, they’d connect me with the new support team. I still haven’t received an answer and no one seems to want to help resolve the issues or at the very least, provide some sort of communication. I just cancelled my subscription and will now use another app. I can understand flaws in the app, I can understand new platforms being buggy, I can’t understand the severe lack of customer support.

    Update is awful. I have been using this app for over a year and loved it until this update. I had a hell of a time figuring out how to login because my password was not working and there was no forgot password button. Since then it loads slow and all of my downloaded content and favorites are gone. It’s a major bummer and I’m questioning if my yearly subscription was worth it.

    Love the content but log in impossible. I have been a a subscriber for more than two years. I never set a password before the latest update. I was always offered an option to have a link emailed once my subscription was verified. Now you have to have a password that you cannot set through the app alone. I went online on my computer and set a password, logged in on the app and everything was great - for one day. Next time I tried to view content on the app (a day later) it asked for my password again and wouldn’t accept it when I entered it. Not looking forward to going through the same resetting process from a computer tomorrow morning when I want to do yoga. Please fix - I have faith you will.

    Can’t log into the app. After the app updated, it erased the randomized password my iPhone selected. The app does not offer an option to reset your password either, so you are just locked out. Too bad since my subscription just renewed too.

    New Updates. Unfortunately the new updates on this app have removed some benefits for members. You now have to navigate between the website and the app to access both calendars instead of combining the two like before. I have contacted customer service and they just give me links to both. Its annoying.
