   Terrible experience!. Super disappointed in this app. It freezes and glitches everytime I use it on my iPhone and Tv. I requested a refund because my experience was so bad and they refused. Save your money!

   Where are the so-called videos for non-members?. I downloaded this app because I found Sarah Beth Yoga on YouTube and those videos have really helped me out physically and mentally. I wasn’t going to download the app though if I had to pay for the app because I don’t have the money to spare. However, the description said there were all kinds of videos to view plus members-only videos, leading me to believe there was some free content. However, the only free video I have discovered so far is the the video of the app tour. I tried to click on several videos to see if they were member-only and they were not listed as such but they wanted you to purchase a membership in order to view. What the flippity-flip? I feel like the description of this app was completely misleading. If there are so-called videos you can watch without a membership you should have a separate category for those. I signed up for an account thinking that’s why I couldn’t get into the non-member videos, but nope, that didn’t do diddley-squat except probably sign me up for emails I probably won’t want now. Thanks for literally nothing (app-wise). Guess I’ll have to stick to YouTube.

   Not worth the $$ when the videos are free on YouTube. I was excited for this app, the only thing I noticed was a few new videos but most can be found for free on YouTube. Also, I’m not going to spend $30 a month for something that can be easily found for free on her YouTube page.

   Believe the bad reviews. I am so disappointed. I loved her YouTube videos and assumed paying $30 a month would give me longer, better and more variety of videos. You know what they say about making assumptions. If you like 15 min of stretching and maybe 15 min of actual yoga poses followed by more stretching, this is the app for you. And if you like doing the same moves over and over again, this is for you. And if you like horrific customer service with zero response, enjoy spending your money. Otherwise, try another one. This one is a massive rip-off.

   Disappointed/ NOT FREE APP/ $29.99 a month!. Love YouTube videos! However, this is not a free app. Completely agree with other users, that say the same, you can watch only if you pay and $29.99 a month??? I mean seriously? Why would you advertise as a free app? So disappointed. Will keep watching YouTube videos instead.

   Expensive!. I discovered Sarah Beth on YouTube and enjoy her instruction, so I was excited to find out that she had an app. However, membership is $30/month, which is really steep for an app subscription. I couldn’t find any free content on the app. I realize she can’t give everything away, but the subscription cost isn’t competitive when other lifestyle apps charge $30 or less for a full year. Plus I had to create an account, only to find out that no content is free oh well, she got my email for free and I got nothing! I feel scammed!

   What's the point of the free app?. I love Sarahbeth yoga and have done her yoga using YouTube. When I heard her promoting her app I decided to check it out. I fully understand there is a monthly premium paid version with member only features, but I wanted to check out the free version first. THERE IS NO FREE VERSION! Save your time. Everything you try to look at is member only access. What is the point of even allowing a free install when there is NOTHING you can access? Just be upfront and show that the app is only for paying members. You have a right to do that. But making me waste my time downloading the app and trying to explore it a bit and have everything blocked for members only is deceitful.

   False advertising. I have been watching Sarah Beth Yoga videos on YouTube for a while now and I saw that she has an app now, so I come to iTunes and take a look. It appears from the description that there are both free videos and paid videos that wold be bought via a membership. Turns out, you have to have a membership to view any content including videos that do not have a “members only” tag. I was not able to download any video which isn’t surprising because it asked me to pay 29.99 in order to watch at all. Perhaps I just didn’t find an available video but that is also because there is no way to search for non members only video in the search bar which wouldn’t matter anyway since your can’t view the content. This is a bummer, I guess I will just keep watching on YouTube.

    Not Functional Unless You’re a Member. I’ve been using Sarah Beth Yoga on YouTube and was thrilled to find her app. Everything is nicely categorized and easy to navigate. I could easily favorite the videos I loved doing for quick access. The “members only” videos are clearly marked in the description fields. Disappointingly, you have to be a member to access ANY content - even the videos that are on YouTube and even the videos that are not designated “members only”. Prior to discovering this I contemplated spending the $30/month on the membership, but it just seems misleading. I’ll continue to just practice through YouTube.

    Free isn’t Free. I’ve been following Sarah Beth on Youtube for ages. The videos led me to believe the free content would be free on the app as well with paid memberships extras and bonuses. But none of the (@youtube) free content will play on the app without prompting for a paid subscription. I’ll stick to YouTube for now even though I thought the app would have been much nicer to use.

    Can’t even use the app. First time user and the app somehow expects you to already have an established account and gives no option to set one up. Utterly pointless.

    Dissatisfied. Found on you tube loved videos, received email for 7 day trail, download app, then hit a wall. Constant application errors, can’t create an account. I was very excited in starting this journey with Sarah Beth but now I’m in search of a new instructor.

    Awful customer support. I was practicing yoga with Sarah Beth for two year before the app was developed. I was so excited when it launched, and I joined immediately and took advantage of the founders rate. Right after download I realized that the videos weren’t downloading. At all. I tried everything. I made sure it was the current update to both the app and phone. When it didn’t work after buying the new iPhone 8 I reached out to support. They had my try a few things and when it didn’t work they basically told me I was out of luck! Okay, fine. At least I could enjoy the full classes at home. But that’s not all. When it was time for my subscription to renew, I got an email stating there was a problem with my payment option. Okay, no problem, I updated it and waited for it to renew. I got another email still saying there was a problem, so I logged back in and found that it didn’t update. So I updated it again. Then I received another email telling me that they cancelled my account! So I reached out to them and explained my problem. They said I would have to rejoin at double the amount I paid before! No way. Not after the so called ‘service’ I received. Sorry SarahBeth. I’ll be taking my practice and business elsewhere. It was good while it lasted.

    Not able to create account. Had the same problem not being able to create account. Went to the website and it was $120 to subscribe for a year. I’ll be looking somewhere else.

    Love her YouTube videos. I really like her YouTube videos but, this app is complete crap! Can’t even login. I know I could go to the website and create one there, I just don’t like spending my money on some one that can’t even take the time to make there app useful.

    😭. The app seems very useful, unfortunately I wouldn’t know. As soon as I got the app it asked me to log in, I don’t know how I can log in to an account that I don’t have since I just got the app. There was no place to sign up for an account anywhere.

    Love her videos but..... After subscribing on YouTube for a long time, I'm thrilled that she created an app. Unfortunately all I get is a welcome screen that won't let me create a password or login. Don't know what to do....

    No Free Content. I have always enjoyed using her YouTube videos and wanted to try the app. I am absolutely not discrediting her materials, I think her programs are fantastic. Unfortunately, there is no free material to trial in the app (or at least none I could find besides the “how to use the app” videos) so I don’t have any utility for it on my phone unless I pay the $30 a month.

    Can’t set up a profile!. I’m sure if I was able to set up a profile I would love her app! The YouTube videos are so helpful but I wanted to use the app. Unfortunately, after I downloaded the app, I was only given the option to login. Can’t login if I don’t have a profile set up and there’s no way to set it up. Hopefully, this glitch will be fixed soon.

    Buggy off the get-go. I downloaded the app on my iPad to get going. The orientation stays in portrait? The images on the screen run off the page? I found this difficult to navigate, so gave upon write this review. I did watch one video, which eventually flipped to the orientation I was trying to encourage the video to: landscape. After the video was over, though my iPad was in landscape position, the screen went back to portrait and off the page. As a long time Sarah Beth follower, and as a new subscriber, I'm going to mark this up to first-time-app-issue bugs. I know Sarah Beth thinks about her followers, and any feedback received will be taken seriously so user experience can be improved upon. I know this will be fixed. Otherwise, SB is a great teacher and I can't wait to use the app to take with me on the go and to help keep me focused.

    Great yoga instruction but …. Edited to reflect my honest opinion of app and experience. I’ve been using and recommending SBY on YouTube for years now! I was taking classes at the Y for $50 a month, but the app was more economical even with the hefty price and I didn’t need to leave the house. Pros - The instruction is phenomenal. I love her voice. I love the videos. There’s an app on Roku so you can stream right from your tv. Cons - Price is a lot for barely any features. SB uploads a calendar each month and you can click on the workout that she provides. However if you are doing a calendar of your choosing, you cannot upload that to your month. What’s the point of having separate calendars to follow when you have to search for your video each day vs having it a click away? I asked about this in the member group and she said it was because there would then be 2 workouts showing each day. Customer service - not app related but still a thought to consider as I didn’t run into this issue just using TY videos. I purchased a sweatshirt which was quite pricey. The logo was peeling. I emailed and the response I received was that they picked the best vendor and have no problems so I let it go. Months later, here comes a Facebook post in the member group that if this happened, reach out and they will give you a code for a new one. They knew I emailed about this and I had proof but because I no longer had the original receipt from months prior, they couldn’t honor their post. Edit to add in response - I did respond as I said in this review. The first time I did respond that I would just let it go because I was told they ordered the best of the best. When it came out that shirts were peeling, I tried again but was told that without the original receipt there was nothing they would do. It was at that moment I knew I would not be renewing the app. I had been supporting a business that I believed In and enjoyed and felt cheated with that response. I love her yoga workouts and style, but as far as paying for the app and being a part of the “member community”, it wasn’t worth it to me.

    Love Sara Beth’s yoga videos.. I used the app a year ago and really enjoyed the content and accessibility. I paid for another subscription a little less than 24h ago, opted to reactivated my old account instead of creating a new one and I can’t access any of the member only content. Confusing and a bit frustrating this time around. 🤷🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️

    Simple Yoga App. This app is only available for use by those who have a paid membership - all the free content is on YouTube. It’s a very simple app with a favorite and download feature, which I enjoy. It also has casting capabilities that is very convenient! It seems that new content is posted monthly and it’s EXTREMELY organized! There is no option to create playlists of favorite videos, which is disappointing and cost a 1/2 a star. There are “calendars” of different videos to achieve multiple goals, but they are in PDF form so they are printable but they do not sync to calendar apps. It’s a great concept, just executed poorly. So there goes another whole star. My real rating is 3.5 stars, but I rounded up since half stars are not an option. I recommend this service to all my yogi friends!

    Loved the app not crazy about customer service!. I loved the app the few times I used it but my bank changed my credit card provider so when SBY tried to renew my membership it wouldn’t go thru. This was lucky for me because I forgot I had this membership. I’m currently doing yoga in a studio 2 to 3 times a-week. Anyhow, I keep getting these automated emails about my renewal even though I’ve requested my membership to be canceled and received an “we’re sorry to see me go” email. Today I got so tired of seeing them in my in box I decided to reinstall the app and try to log in to cancel my membership. It won’t let me it doesn’t recognize me as a member so I guess I’m stuck with getting these WEEKLY emails for the rest of my life. SBY PLEASE stop sending me these automated emails.
