   Terrible app. My app glitches every week and I was told it is my fault from tech team. Yoga instructors are not the tech team offshore.

   Complicated. Users need to create a new account for each YogaSix location. Creating new sign on and password resets are not simple and do not happen immediately causing frustration and no sign ups for new classes!

   Classes expire!. This isn’t anything against the YogaSix studios. I recently lost 7 classes (about $20 each) because I didn’t realize that there was a time limit (five months). There is NOWHERE in the app that tells you that. You have to read the fine print on the participation agreement. I think it’s shady, and until it’s fixed, I will leave my 1 star review up.

   One week free. Y wife signed me up for a free week and I couldn’t even sign in to book at class. What a waste.

   Love the studios but app doesn’t work. I switched to a member but I cannot schedule anything in the app since it says I have no credits. So I have to text or call each time I want to schedule a class. IT solutions offered did not work.

   Doesn't work with iwatch. The YogaSix app doesn't work with the Apple Watch. It use to sync and record workouts, no longer gives that option

    Fix your app. There is no longer a “back” button to go back to the previous page, one would have to close out completely and go back in. What happened to this button? Please fix your stupid app. There is always something glitchy with this app.

    One Pass. I have a One Pass via my health insurance that indicates I have 4 classes at Yoga Six each month. I went to Yoga Six once and the staff there allowed me access to their class - on their end using my One Pass App- I absolutely loved Yoga Six!! I Have the Yoga Six app on my phone and am a registered patron. For some reason it will not allow me to book the three remaining classes that I thought I was entitled to each month via my One Pass. There’s not an option on Yoga Six booking to utilize One Pass and the Yoga Six app wants me to pay money for a membership. I’ve emailed the yoga six help desk twice and called my home studio- no response. Frustrating experience that overall is taking away from the positive experience that I had with the Yoga Six class.

    The app is inconsistent in updating classes completed.. Data within the app is inconsistent with number of classes completed and no option provided to correct it.

    App Does not properly track class amount. I second everything the last reviewer shared. I have attended over 400 classes and reached the Y6 Warrior status for this, however my original home studio closed down. I have been an unlimited member for 3 years now, and apparently all of my classes were connected to the South Loop Chicago location which no longer exists, even though I have been attending classes at a new studio in Hyde Park for the past two years. I logged out and back into the app today, and suddenly it says I've attended two classes and does not recognize I have a membership at my new home studio in Hyde Park. The app won't let me register for a class at my home studio. The app should offer a way to merge data and track your total number of Y6 classes regardless of which studio location you attend. Please help fix this bug because other than this, Y6 Chicago is the best place!

    Not good. When I cancel a class on the app, the credits do not go back to the app. The YogaSix employee at the desk has to add them back on to the app.

    Not working. App completely stopped working after recent update. First, no data was populating (classes, studios, etc). I deleted and redownloaded and and now the app opens to a black screen. Very frustrating.

    Booking is a nightmare. Recent update no longer saves studios selected previously for booking besides home studio and got rid of filters besides teacher. I do a lot of virtual classes and previously was able to have unlimited studios selected and saved for booking and was able to filter by virtual. Now I would have to manually enter each studio each time I open the app and scroll to find virtually it would take me up to 30mins just to find a class. If this isn’t fixed soon I will sadly have to leave yogasix, this is not something I want to do as I love it but if booking is now this difficult it’s not worth it to me anymore. Also to mention I’ve been a member for almost two years with almost 250 classes taken and am out of town often which is why I do a lot of virtual. Am I the only one with this issue?
