   Unfair billing practices. They send a lot of emails and they automatically renew the membership. When we try to cancel it even though the plan has not yet started they are refusing to. The teachers are good but unfortunately I got a raw treatment when I choose to leave. Don’t give your active credit card. I will try to dispute with my bank now.

   they charged me after a whole year and half of canceling my subscription. MYT charged me for no reason even though I canceled my subscription in 2021.

   Teachers are great. App has flaws.. Five stars for the teachers, but two for the App. The gallery view is no longer available on my IPad. Maybe there is a reason for this, but I did not receive an explanation besides “it’s been changed.” The Website option is no longer available, which I preferred. I have been with MYT since the pandemic. Because of the time difference, there are only 2-3 classes appropriate for me in my time zone.

   The old app was more efficient for me. I got a new phone a few months back and had to download the new app. It has been clunky. Sometimes I cannot get to messages to let my teacher know I’m running late or sick etc. Also the rate my teacher option rarely pops up. I’ve been giving my teacher a 5 star rating for over a year. Now I have not had that option in several months. One day I could not log on at all because the app did not send my pin.

    Don’t make an in app purchase. Love this app. Really helped me keep up with my yoga practice. But DO NOT MAKE AN IN-APP PURCHASE/pay with Apple Pay. I have been charged $75.99 a month for 6 months while the actual fee is only $49 a month for unlimited group classes. Sad that, the app doesn’t notify you, and Apple won’t process a refund.

    Great app, but still slightly buggy.. I’ve used the app for over 4 months now, and it’s very user-friendly, and easy to schedule lessons. The company has been fairly transparent about the pricing changes in that period of time. The app itself has had some technical issues from time to time, but their customer support has been quite helpful. They have also improved the customer interface considerably and paid attention to suggestions, which is much appreciated. As for the lessons, I have nothing but good things to say. I have some familiarity with yoga, but was re-starting from a novice level and was skeptical if this would work for me. I have been pleasantly surprised! It is VERY instructor-dependent, though. Two of the instructors I have worked with are fabulous - they know their stuff, are able to modify to accommodate injuries etc. I didn’t have a great experience during one lesson with a new instructor in the early days but I just moved on to someone else.

    myYogaTeacher APP. It is really nice, but sometimes the internet is a little glitchy. The teachers are very kind and they explain everything really nicely.

    My Yoga Teacher App. I love this app and program. It has changed the way I practice yoga in so many ways. I can use this app between all my devices my computer, my laptop and my phone. I don’t miss a class, and it’s just so easy to access.

    Yoga to cater to your schedule, mood and ability above all!. It has been two months with this app and I think it’s helped me connect to yoga again in a fun way. I can manage to find a session at most hours to fit my schedule and also depending what my energy levels are for the day. The teachers are knowledgeable. At my 1-1session my teacher Sheetal is excellent at giving me the right stretches that cater to my mobility issues. I also look forward to the group classes that still provide that individual attention to detail
