   Great layout / horrible user experience. I signed up for 7 day trial -only got one day. I tried subscribing but kept getting error “offer not available” for every subscription choice. Emailed support multiple times but never received a response. Not worth the hassle -will find a different yoga app with a vetting & better user experience

   SCAM hard to cancel subscription. I always bought and canceled my subscription at the same time so in the next year if I think it’s useful I buy another year. Yet I still got auto subscription and money deducted. I never received reminder email about oncoming bill as they claimed. I reached out to the customer service, and they requested evidence about the cancellation, the problem is you won’t get email when cancel either. The cherry on top of the cake is that their courses are so bad as well and not being updated once during the last year. AVOID THIS APP!!!

   6 month update. I started this program to help relieve some back pain. This program only aggravated it even more. There is no support and if they do respond they treat you like a number and don’t even listen to your concerns. This program will not teach you proper form and is only geared towards young and advanced yogis. I stoped using the skill yoga app and looked for other apps. If you are in pain and need help! stop using this app. I would suggest “Man flow yoga” it is for everyone no matter you age.

   DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD INFO. I signed up during the pandemic and thought the app was fine. Then in 2023 the auto-renewal came in and I went online and canceled. You can’t cancel in the app, you have to cancel online. However, you can pay in the app, which so weird. Then my bank tells me that Skill Yoga charged me multiple times and I told them to cancel. It got so bad that I had to get a new card and cancel my old one. A couple of weeks later they managed to get a hold on my new card info. I’m reporting this app to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) for their fraudulent business practices. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT NUMBER OR EMAIL ON THE WEBSITE OR APP. They said you can reach out, but there is no one I can talk to. AVOID AT ALL COST

   SCAM hard to stop auto subscription. The subscription is not in apple, you are automatically subscribed for a year subscription every year. You can not use the app to cancel the subscription. It’s dirty, there is no technical reason for that. Also, if you are charged by accident because you forget to go to a web browser and cancel your subscription. They will not care and will not give you a refund.

   This app is a scam and total waste of money. They make it purposefully convoluted to be able to cancel your subscription. They must be a struggling business and users are fleeing as they will not issue a refunds for accidental renewals unlike most other apps. There’s no transparency. When I asked for a refund, they say “sorry you feel this way” instead of working with the customer. They have all the data on you, too by the way, so buyer beware.

   Very poor customer service / fraudsters. They charged me twice, and still not able to access for 3 months now. Neither they want to refund me the money nor provide access. Big frauds. Updated 5/2 I provided the information, but it took you guys 2 months to respond in the first place. I’m still waiting for refund for 2 months I did not have access. Poor customer services

    Unreliable. I would hope with an app with such a steep cost, (discounted to $42.../first year) you would get some level of reliability with the app. I used this app every for 2 weeks without issue. Now, I cannot load any videos or browse content. Just loading screens. I signed out and when I try to sign back in apparent I don’t have an account. If this was a free app, no sweat, it happens. But seriously if you are going to charge this much $$$, this is insanely unacceptable. Will probably go out of my way to recommend ppl do not get suckered into this like I did.

    NO DECENT SUPPORT. I did my subscription using my Face ID on my iPhone. Two days after, I tried to use the app on my iPad with the same Apple ID. The app keep asking for a password that doesn’t exist once I did my subscription using my Face ID. I tried the support but I were answered just once and with a bunch of questions and after I answered all questions I never hear back from the app support anymore. I just asked for a refund through Apple Store. I’m very disappointed because the classes are good but they are not prepared to deal with costumers.

    Price for other lessons. A reason why people aren’t buying your app is because you charge for other lessons why can’t you just let people use the app for free the. Start charging when you have more people

    Unprofessional. My phone was stolen alongside my debit/credit cards this app was charged to my account. I reached out to customer support to have my money refunded and customer service were very nonchalant and un-eager to help. Needless to say I have had to dispute the charge with my bank for 83.99$, this process as been proceeding for the last 30 days and can take up to another 60 days, all due to fraud this is so unfortunate.

    Advertises offers it doesn’t allow.. For some bizarre reason this app shows me offers then when I try to purchase tells me the offer isn’t available. If so, don’t advertise. If you want my money, then take it. Bizarre.

    Auto renewal. When I signed up I remember chose not to auto renew . A year a later I got charged full amount for the year. Maureen said she wasn’t able to refund due to the autorenew policy. How convenient for them ... You can’t cancel on app either making it more difficult to cancel the autorenew. PS : I don’t have a computer / desktop so the option to cancel is not even available on the app. Rather dodgy, manipulative and ‘convenient’ so to say for you to leave it as such.

    Nothing free!. Why bother saying in app purchases, when it should just be a paid for app? You let people go to the bother of signing up and then want an immediate purchase to try even the first routine… stop wasting people’s time

    Avoid at all costs. Customer service will blatantly lie to you!. I never realised this was set up on an automatic payment. Maybe I forgot. Maybe I never realised at the time. Whatever, it doesn’t matter. I had a yearly sub automatically taken out of my bank so I requested a refund as soon as I realised. Customer service said no and that they physically could not do it as their payment provider wouldn’t allow it. I’ve never known a merchant to refuse giving customers refunds. Anyway, they offer a 14 day money back guarantee for your first 14 days so how can they issue a refund for that? I wouldn’t have cared if they obviously weren’t lying to me and pretending to be empathetic at that same time. The majority of companies would offer a refund as they realise sometimes people might forget what they are automatically subbed to on a yearly basis on an app they haven’t used in months. Stay away from this company. They clearly don’t care about their customers and only want to line their pockets. It’s probably why they don’t do the subs through the App Store - so you can’t see or remember you’re subbed to them. Parasites, leaches, scum, whatever you want to call them.

    Home does not load. Recently home tab stopped working. It just shows the loading, never finish loading. Other tabs work fine.

    Expensive. It’s one of those apps where you have to sign up for a bunch of stuff before they tell you it’s $90 a year or $17 a month. Don’t know why apps can’t just be upfront about the price.

    Please change your copy about spirit animals. Love this app, it’s such a sleek way to practice yoga. However your notifications often contain copy referring to spirit animals. “Want to meet your spirit animal? Sorry, it ran loose.” Perhaps consider copy that doesn’t make light of cultural traditions. At best it’s ignorant and at worst it’s cultural appropriation or new age homogenization of traditions. I personally do not have a stake in this and do not intend to speak for cultures that reference “spirit animals” but I think you can do better.
