   Buddy passes. The buddy passes never work on the app. I have tried contacting customer support with no success or changes in the app. I always have trouble adding a buddy to a class on the app. Please fix this!!!!!

   Crashes every time. Why does this crash every time i open it? It doesn’t need an update. It won’t work. Just terrible.

   Unusable. App is updated. Deleted then redownloaded. I cannot book a class without it forever loading, throwing an error, or booking multiple classes. I do not understand how in this year of 2026, simple application features don’t work. It’s a CRUD app for god sake. Do better

   Slowest App. This app is unbelievably slow, it’s quicker to go into the browser and book/ look for classes. For the amount of money this company makes they should be able to have a functioning app

   Terrible. PLEASE fix this app. It is so laggy and slow. It’s been so hard to use as long as I’ve had it (about 5 years) and somehow seems like it’s gotten worse. It takes me 10 minutes to book a class because it’s so slow it’s unbelievable. I also have it set to adding the class to my Google Calendar, it says that in the app, but it adds it to my Apple calendar every-time. At that point just don’t even add the option.

    Slow and Lags all the time. Designed so poorly for such a big brand. To book classes, it lags and freezes and sometimes log you off. Please make this a more high functioning app.

    Privacy Overreach Disguised as Convenience. Why does the app now require *full access to my calendar* just to add a class I signed up for? Previously, it only needed permission to add events, which makes sense. You do not need my entire calendar data (including private events, titles, locations, and notes) to create a single class entry. Granting full read access is unnecessary and invasive. It’s disappointing to see a wellness company disregard digital privacy so casually. Please revert to the previous permission model or provide a manual “Add to Calendar” option. I’ve been a longtime CorePower user and generally like the classes and instructors, but the latest app change is really concerning.

    Crashes. Crashes every time I try to open the Schedule tab. This has been happening for 18 months. I’ve tried deleting and redownloading but still it crashes.

    Beware Cancellation Subscription Charge. Be careful of the subscription charge when you cancel the monthly plan. They don’t tell you that they charge you for an additional month if you want to cancel your monthly subscription. I only found out because I’m traveling for work for a few months and I don’t know when I’m coming back and I wanted to cancel for the time being. The CorePower Yoga Sales Rep doesn’t tell you about it, which is shady of this company.

    BUGGY. Please invest in talent who can update this app! It takes five times as long to book a class because of how slow and buggy it is. For a franchise your size, you could do better. Now, do better.

    App never works anymore. This app never works anymore. It worked (nearly) perfectly back in 2023/2024. It always says I don’t have connection (when I do) and is constantly “loading”. I end up having to just use my browser to sign up for a class, which is really annoying. We only need one function class sign-up! It’s not that hard. Fix this app!!!!

    The most stressful part of yoga is this app!!!. I honestly cannot believe the long running set of issues that do not get addressed with this app. Regularly unstable about 30% of the time it glitches and often crashes. For at least two years the issues have been unchanging. The point of this app and the franchise model is to provide convenience and consistency at scale. This app is so incredibly bad. Very poorly managed. Is anyone dealing with this? Do you all look at the reviews much??

    When did this app get so bad?!. To the developers- I beg you, please improve the app. It’s become almost impossible to use, I constantly have to close out and reload, it doesn’t process what I’m pressing often as well. For how much I love CPY, the app genuinely gives me the ick

    Never works. Kind of like the water dispenser that went unusable for years at my favorite studio, this app is not functional. At the $140 a month price point I expect there to be filtered water in the studio as much as I expect your app to work properly. Please invest.

    Always crashes, it’s slow, with bad UX. I’ve been using this app for years and it still continues to have issues. I have to exit and reopen the app constantly. For a large franchise and the amount we pay, I’d expect a better app.

    Delete & Install!. Sadly this is my 4th time with the app becoming non-functional and the yoga center staff cheerfully advising me to delete it and re-install it. It would be more professional if CPY just fixed the app so it would work.

    I would give zero stars if that was an option. This is hands down the worst app I’ve ever had to come in to contact with. So glitchy and doesn’t work the majority of the time. Clicking buttons doesn’t navigate you to where it should. Do better CPY.

    Can’t turn off “motivational” notifications. While I love the studios, the app is terrible. The classes don’t display properly half the time and there is no option to turn off the annoying motivational notifications, which are just noise

    Lost a potential customer. This app freezes and crashes so bad that after 30 minutes of refreshing, troubleshooting, etc I’ve given up and I will not take class here

    AWFUL!!!! Please fix. FIX THIS !!! The blank screen when booking a class every other day is unacceptable!!!!! Fix it !!!! Have to log out , delete the app then reinstall it ?!

    APP HAS SERIOUS GLITCHES!!!. I booked a class and it booked me multiple times for the same class. I was then not able to cancel either of the classes even though it was 2 hours before (as their policy states). So, if I do not show up for the class I will be charged an extra fee twice. Which is on top of the $200 membership that I already pay…
