   Fraudulent charges will be made. I downloaded this app for the free trial cancelled the auto renewal and then was billed for the renewal Be sure to read all the print on this. They will not contact you before they charge you the renewal fee to see if you still want it. I cancelled this a month ago and have received a charge today for auto renewal. When I checked my settings on this it even shows me the Restore Purchase. Please be advised I would not take the risk. And do not usually leave reviews. But buyer beware. I would leave zero stars but that was not an option.

   Unauthorized Purchase. I was charged a total of $110 that I did not authorize! I hadn’t even logged into the app for weeks and all of a sudden I see three separate charges. I’ve been going back and forth with their support team, they’re not helpful at all and they’re denying me a full refund.

   Not for Heavy Beginners. I have back mobility issues. I cannot do these. They are not taking into consideration that I am 70. My knees are shot. I have neck issues. This was supposed to take factors into consideration.

    Scam. This app is scam and doesn’t offer nearly what it pretends to for the $50 they want to charge you and then if you try to get a refund immediately, they just give you the runaround. Don’t waste your money. There are too many other legitimate apps.

    Kim Goff. This was bait and switch I wanted to work my belly or helping with incontinence - that cost extra according to when I got in there it said cancel any time - you can but it only cancels for not renewing next year.

    Streaming is poor. I like the app however can only use it on my iPad. They will not let mirror to your tv. They have an option of using the internet on your tv and then using a code for the session. The problem is it has all kinds of glitches and doesn’t stream smoothly so I must use my iPad which is not ideal since it is on a smaller screen

    Almost nothing available. I got a discounted rate but found that almost none of the yoga sessions are available unless I pay more. I’m not a fan of the bait and switch scheme!

    Disappointed. Expensive. When registering for the app I had to make a payment. The next step I had to subscribe to another another payment. Total cost was $75. I continue to get pop-ups for additional purchases. The workouts are not that great and you can get the same on another app for less money and without the constant popups.

    Scam. When I signed up initially, I somehow signed up for two accounts through my Apple ID. (At the same time). When I noticed two charges, I reached out and asked them to refund me for one. I’ve gone around in circles with them for months now. They find my account and tell me that I have two, and when I respond back they ask me for all my information, like they are starting all over. Even though my email has that information if you just scroll down and read it. I think they are being deceptive and pretending they don’t have my information. I’ve never experienced customer service as bad as this. I now want all my money refunded because I’m not going to use their app for anything.

    Deluged with ads. The programs themselves are ok, but good lord I can’t even access anything without being absolutely bombarded with pleas, cajoling, and shaming into buying upgrades. I’d be better off writing poses on a deck and playing 52 card pickup. Deleted.

    Deceptive. Basic chair yoga is fine, but deceptive website tricks you into buying extra subscriptions, and won't refund even an hour after purchase.

    Do Not Download - Fraud App. Do Not subscribe to this App. It is impossible to cancel the subscription once your credit card details are entered. I have sent 3 emails requesting cancellation with no response. My only recourse is to cancel the credit card now. Even if you choose Apple Pay, this App automatically uses the Credit Card details and not the Apple Pay.

    Scammers. The link to cancel doesn’t work. The “support team” doesn’t respond. And the bills just keep coming. Don’t download this app. And certainly don’t sign up. I needed to cancel my credit card to stop the charges.

    Its a scam.Positive reviews are fake.. Update on this review: so much time later, this company continues to attempt several charges a month (random amounts) on my credit card. My credit card declines each time. So they have not been able to take my money. But just want to warn everyone who might read this review. They are clearly fraud. The positive reviews you read there are false. Fake. In the beginning i wrote them several times and they never even respond. They offer no customer service. Once they get one permission to charge you, they will never stop. You have to do your own diligence to have your bank decline those charges. This is not always easy with every bank. And even when easier, it is still a lot of stress to deal with these situations. So just to leave a warning here. They are fraudulent. Do not trust a word they say. Notice their replies to these negative comments are automatic, pre-written. They sound good but they are fake too. They are not reachable and they do not contact you. The charges continue to be attempted on my card, every month. If i could i would upload a screenshot. Last night I saw an ad on Facebook for Taichi (not YOGA), after reading everything in detail, I decided to sign up and I chose the 3-month plan for $25.99. I authorized that ONE charge with Apple Pay, only to receive immediately THREE receipts from Apple Pay: one for $9.99 for a book! With auto-renewal at $19.99! Another for $14.99 for yoga with auto-renewal at $30.99 a month!!!!! And the one charge of $25.99 also with auto-renewal at $66.65!!! A month!! So what I authorized was a ONE-TIME charge of $25.99 would become $117.00 monthly charge without ANY possibility to cancel!!! Outrageous what these people are doing. Be careful because most of the positive feedbacks are from fake accounts, its not real people. So I had my evening last night ruined just trying to figure out how to get out of this nightmare. Only to find out there is no way out! Their policy is NO REFUNDS. Even if the charges were fraudulent because I did not authorize them. But the charges I can and I will request a chargeback from my credit card. But those renewals, they say you can cancel those subscriptions at any time on our account in the app. This forced me to download their app, against my best judgement, to try to at least cancel everything and deal only with the refunds but not the renewals. But once you get on the app all they offer is not an option to cancel, they give you a link to the itunes store. That link only told me to download the app! I do not want that app either! This should be illegal and its unfortunate that apps like this make it so hostile for everyone else that are doing it right. I just dont trust anything, because of these horrible scams from chinese companies, that ruin it for everyone else. Shame on you. UPDATE: they respond that they are willing to refund. This is a copy/paste standard reply they give to everyone. But again this is a lie. I have written multiple emails. All they did was confirm their NO REFUNDS policy, but they were willing to give me a yearly subscription for free. I Dont want anything to do with scammers. This is not the right way to do business. I should not have to be filing complaints and charge backs on my credit card to cancel a subscription I never authorized. I had authorized ONE charge and not to renew! The other two charges were completely and absolutely fraudulent. Plus the one charge i authorized was supposed to be for taichi. But it was YOGA, not taichi. So its all a fraud, even the false advertisement. All the positive feedbacks we see here are fake accounts. The real feedbacks are the negative ones. Go read only the negative ones, and you will see the nightmare people are complaining about. In the meantime my credit card already gave me the credit for these charges. But the stress and the wasted time dealing with this for an entire week nobody can compensate me for that. This company should not be allowed to do business.

    You can’t unsubscribe. Like the song Hotel California, you can check-in but can never leave. I want to unsubscribe and I have sent two emails but have not received any response so far. They claim that their customer service is 24/7. I guess I have to contact my credit card company.

    Does not have taichi. This app does not have taichi as advertised. I bought the plan and does not have any taichi class. Also, support does not answer any email.

    Disappointing & Unresposive. I paid for a year-long premium subscription and it did not work. It continued to ask me to upgrade even though i paid through an apple subscription. I wrote, I emailed. No resolution.

    Misleading - barely any tai chi. Paid $49 for this app based on the Instagram ad that said it was a tai chi program. It is not. It is 98% yoga and Pilates with one small series on tai chi. And the small amount of tai chi there is, is nothing that was promised. There isn’t even a 28-day plan as advertised right here in the App Store! Doesn’t anyone check to make sure the app description is true and advertisements aren’t fake? SMH Complete waste of money. Buyer beware.
