shein delivery is faster than you can ever think ,because I ordered a week ago but I've already received my package mind due they said I'll get my order on the 22 - 29 but I received it before
order was very quick to arrive and I was pleased with all of my purchases
Shein has wide range selection of almost everything I need. specifically on clothes, I didn't get a hard time picking clothe specially for me as a plus size girlie.

false advertising! The main image shown on all listings has little to no resemblence with item being sold! how are we supposed to find anything on here?
The colour in the picture is different from the item that has been delivered. I am returning the item back.

The prices are never what they show u at first. When u get to your cart the price is always higher than what ut us in the advertisement.
very confusing discounts that never work especially that stupid wheel. its a fake discount get to grab your attention!
I regret downloading this app,i can't even purchase a single thing from them. you'll see price of something and you add it to the chart,the next thing you're seeing is x3 of the price you saw before.

UPDATE: two years later and Shein still disappointing with customer service. Twice, I've received damaged goods and almost a month so response from a human. AI been bringing me in circles.
Zero stars. Absolute joke of a customer service system. Had a return issue where the courier failed to communicate, and the live agent was incredibly rude, dismissive, and blamed ME for the error.
my 2 items were refunded automatically, money has not been refunded as yet. very bad experience
