i like the app, i have for 5 years, it runs great for me. I have a savings, checking, crypto, invest and credit card account. Haven't had issues with any of it.
This is by far THE best online banking co. & website that takes real interest in their customers! My direct deposit ensures that my funds are in 2 days before payday. Hotel, car, flight packages, concert, events, festivals etc. perks. The endless investment options right at your fingertips (stocks, bonds, Bitcoin etc)
really enjoy the banking app, like financial tutoring, with investment, and Crypto trading options available

Приложение падает после обновлений
После нескольких последних обновлений приложение вылетает при открытии или при переходе между вкладками; переустановка не помогает.
App crashes constantly after recent update as soon as i log in, whatever y'all did, please undo as I never had this app crash on me before.
Previously I've never had an issue, however it's been a couple of months now where I can not even launch the app without it crashing. It's very unfortunate. Please revert any "new" changes, you've broken the app.
Keeps crashing after recent update, unusable unfortunately. Edit: 2 weeks and an update or two later, still can't keep app open longer than thirty seconds, crashes as soon as I switch tabs

the only brokerage I know of that actively works against its customers. restriction after restriction. can't make short term trades without getting flagged, no cash accounts, and they refuse to drop the pattern day trade rule. I lost $200 on a trade because they wouldn't let me sell
Buy and sell something the same day without $25k invested? That's Pattern Day Trading. That's an account lock. Try to transfer away before 3 months since last deposit? thats a lock. They protect your money for sure, but, when it's really you trying to move things? They won't get out of your way
They locked my account for 2 months because I tried to transfer to Fidelity. Every time I talked to the support, they didn't do anything and said 2 more days.

they closed my account for well I still don't know why and it's been over two months and I still haven't been issued a refund for the money I had in my account
worst customer service ive genuinely had to deal with in a long time. highly dont reccomend if you want your account deleted randomly.

they will hold YOUR money hostage. never again. when you add money to the investment account you better not want to get it out. they have been holding my money hostage for weeks.
Absolutely terrible experience so far. Transfers "initiate" but don't actually go through so they tell me to use my banking app to make the transfer when their option should just work
if I knew it was going to take this long for my deposit to show up in the account I would have never opened this account. it says next business day but it has been 3 and still no $ in the account.
