Other apps should learn from Swiggy! I was starving at a railway station. McDonald's, Zomato, and every other food delivery application failed completely due to location issues. Only Swiggy delivered flawlessly without any PNR hassle.

I am very disappointed with my recent experiences. My orders are being cancelled after waiting for almost an hour, which is a complete waste of time.

My experience was very disappointing. I had placed a food order and made the payment online. After that, I received a message from the delivery partner asking me to cancel the order because he had some urgent work. So, I cancelled the order as requested, but I did not receive my refund.
first thing the coustomer service is useless if your order is getting late they will only update your timings nothing else and if u will rase to cancellation they will make you pay on your next order

Very disappointing experience with Swiggy. My order was incomplete as the Idli Sambar was missing, yet I was charged the full amount. In addition, a rain fee was added even though there was no rain at the time of delivery.
at first it was a good app, but recently when compared to other food delivery apps, the cost is much high. gst, taxes and delivery charges just round upto 200 rupees, higher than the food itself!

Three cancelled orders from Chaayos. No explanation. No call support. No chat support. The restaurant never even received the orders. Apparently the only way to raise concerns is through email and hope someone responds.
Swiggy's services have become worse over the days. Delivery partners don't give a damn about you. Customer executives don't help. They keep the stupid AI assistants making unnecessary conversation without providing any solution.
