Been using Viber for a decade! It's amazing,fast and reliable to use for texting and calling contacts, the updates are getting better too which is fantastic it keeps getting better. And there's also like alot of cute and funny stickers you can send which is peak lol.
viber has been absolutely brilliant for many years since i added it to my phone and computer. 100% wonderful.

I am forced to have ChatGPT enabled. Attempting to disconnect it from the settings results in an error stating to try again later. I did try again later and got the same error every time.
Viber pushed a forced update with ChatGPT. The AI is reading what you write and forcing itself into conversation. This is a brutal intrusion of privacy.

You forced onto us new themes. I can not customize it without being too harsh for my light-sensitive eyes. I really don't need these screaming colors for my chat bubble, why can't we use old color scheme?
The new colour theme is hurting my eyes. Add a shadow to the white letters or put lilac instead of purple to messages I sent.
