This is a terrible app; there is no facility for free delivery, even on high-value orders. Restaurants charge CGST and SGST separately, and the app does the same—it is a complete rip-off.

Ordered an item that is already made at the restaurant. It need to just pack and send. Delivery time displayed ~60 mins. I checked an hour later it still showed 45 mins and the order wasn't even picked up.
I am switching swigg 1hour delay. If I go and buy it directly, it won't even take 15 minutes.

I have been a regular customer for a long time, which is why this experience was disappointing. My concern was not properly addressed, and despite explaining it multiple times, I kept receiving the same generic response.
Appalling lack of transparency and customer service. Zomato's support seems completely run by unhelpful bots; it took 20 minutes to connect with a human agent.
